I have a stalker!

Well, sort of . . .

Check out Edgy Inspirational Romance's review of Within My Heart, and then the interview following on Outside the Author's Studio, which was such fun. Thanks, Joy!

Here's a peek...

What's the last thing you threw away, Tamera?
A foil wrapper from a Dove Dark Chocolate candy. I keep a bag of them stashed in the butler's pantry. Top right-hand drawer, in case you're ever

Jesus Calling

CBD.com is a great place to find the latest inspirational reads. And today, they're having a "Friday Special" that's featuring one of my favorite devotional books. It's entitled Jesus Calling (by Sarah Young).

Interview with Francine Rivers

I just read a great interview with Francine Rivers on Jane Kirkpatrick's website. Francine offers revealing insights behind her latest two novels––Her Mother's Hope (which is fabulous) and  Her Daughter's Dream (which is at the top of TBR stack, if my daughter doesn't snag it first)! Enjoy!

First sign of fall

Jack and I were riding along this morning, minding our own business when what do we see?
Pumpkin Spice Lattes are back...

And the combination of that, plus the Starbucks Free Drink Birthday card that's been burning a hole in my purse were just too much. That fated siren's song...

Cheers! And here's to an extra 45 minutes on the treadmill today (at least!)

Lost Moments...no more

Do you mark a novel all up as you read it? I do. Some of the books I read look like textbooks when I'm done. Underlined. Circled. Page corners turned down. Nothing's sacred. Everything is fodder for learning, for remembering, for being WOW'd by words.
Here are some recent favorite sentences I've underlined in books I've read in the past couple of weeks:

A fun interview, from the PET'S perspective

Leanna Ellis hosted me for a fun interview over at her place, and she had a fun twist. She also interviews the author through the pet's eyes. And Jack was in a tell all mood that day! Not good...

New Interview at CBD.com

I had the wonderful pleasure of chatting with Dianne from Christian Book Distributors (CBD.com) recently about the release of Within My Heart. Here's a portion of our exchange...

How did you come up with the concept for Within My Heart?
So far, all of my stories have grown out of struggles I'm having in my own faith walk or from questions I'm wrestling with at the time, and the story in
