Clarence T. Jones received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and built a career as a Control Systems Engineer, Technical Instructor, and Technical Writer in automation, software, and IT industries.

Early in his career, Jones recognized professional workers' constant challenge: performing daily tasks while keeping abreast of emerging technologies. This awareness led him to create a Technical Training Center and develop a philosophy of presenting complex technical topics in ways anyone could understand.
