Santa Claus Dies in Sleigh Crash Testing New Technology from Elon Musk

Riga, Latvia – In a heartbreaking tragedy, Santa Claus has passed away following a sleigh crash offshore near Latvia. Top 20 Burgers in Denmark

Hungry yet?

Since moving to this beautiful country about two years ago from the U.S., I’ve been searching for the best burger in Denmark, that being said, I wrote them all down.

And before we dive in, if they’re on this list, they’re worth checking out, there are just a few that have even more reason to check out.

Let’s take’em one bite at a time.

20. Louis Burger — Bacon cheeseburger — Istedgade 42B, 1650 København

Classic cheeseburger, nice bun, good bit of flavor, nothing super special, but worth it if you’re looking for a yummy burger and you’re in the area. ❤

Tommi’s Burger Joint

19. Tommi’s Burger Joint — Bacon cheeseburger — Høkerboderne 21, 23, 1712 København

Another classic burger, very juicy, greasy, and super flavorful. Quality across the board. It’s weird to say this, but it felt uncared for… like, “here it is, whatever…” Look at the bun, it makes me feel sad now.

Still yummy. ❤

18. Halifax — Biarritz — Torvet 6, 3400 Hillerød

Looking for a big burger? Welcome.

I had the Biarritz, which brings a thick layer of goat cheese, mushrooms, and pickled red onions.

It’s a beast, you MAY need a fork to eat it.

Go have one, it’s a delight. ❤

17. Kristinedal Burgers — Bacon Cheeseburger — Studiestræde 37, 1455 København

For such a little burger, it’s a bit expensive but very good. Tried both the bacon cheeseburger and the oxburger. The other thing about this one is we had it delivered, so… might have been even better if it had been in person. But none-the-less, made the list.

Don’t shy away (if you have the money). ❤

16. Burger 161 — Hot Mexican — Kastrupvej 161, 2300 København

How do I say this? “A burger like Mama used to make…” This one reminds me less of a fast-food burger and more of something you’d get at home.

I was driving and saw this place on the side of the road and decided to make a quick stop.

Huge burger with jalapenos and chili cheese tops! Which begs the question, can it be considered a burger with extra snacks on top?

Most definitely.

A very different burger compared to many on the list.

Still. Worth it. ❤

Burger Bomben

15. Burger Bomben — bacon cheeseburger — Flodvej 75, 2765 Smørum

Look at this thing… it’s a mess, and it’s huge, and it’s bun is grilled, and it’s crazy. When I ordered it, I was NOT expecting much. From the pictures to the vibe to, just everything, I didn’t think I’d be happy.

I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into this beast. Soft bun, juicy burger, although the lettuce was a bit limp for my taste, still a solid burger. ❤

14. Smash Burger — Triple Burger — Algade 44, 4000 Roskilde

Are you in Roskilde? Then this is where you need to go for lunch or dinner.

I went full American and got the triple burger. Which included 3 big smashed patties, so much cheese, and the perfect amount of bacon to make your heart skip a beat (due to the cholesterol… j/k).

Reminded me a bit of Five Guys, in the States.

Big recco for this one. ❤

13. Bøff — Bacon Cheeseburger — Mølcks Passage 1, M D Madsensvej 3, 3450 Lillerød

There are a bunch of these delightful little burger places across Denmark and they’re wonderful.

Honestly, it’s just a great burger. Medium-sized, good flavor, and again, nothing to write home about, but if you’re hungry and near one, stop. Won’t let you down.

Don’t shy away from the original burger. ❤

12. Square burger — bacon cheeseburger — Sydområdet 18, A, 1440 København K

Are you a naughty little monkey going over to Christiania? Then stop here for the munchies afterward.

I know… it doesn’t look like anything magical, but it really hit the spot. I also enjoyed their chicken burger, if you’re into that kind of thing.

Fresh ingredients, cut-up tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and a solid burger.

Would stop again. ❤

Popl Cheeseburger

11. Popl — Too Expensive Cheeseburger — Strandgade 108, 1401 København

Number ELEVEN… DO YOU HEAR THAT, POPL? 11…for good reason.

I have beef (teehee) with this one.

I was told repeatedly, “You HAVE to try Popl, the Noma burger! You just HAVE to!”

Then I did. And it was good. No doubt about it, but look at that burger. Does that look like a Noma burger? Also, for two people, our lunch was over 700 DKK. That’s over $100 USD.

For two burgers. And some weird sides.

If the price was cut drastically, the score would most likely be higher.

But it’s not, so… probably skip this one. ❤

10. Yoburger — Double Bacon Cheese — Østerbrogade 64, 2100 København

We’ve entered the top 10!

I still laugh thinking about the guy who was working there. I asked if I should get the single or double for the full experience and he asked, “Are you hungry?” and when I said yes, he said, “get the double.”

Obviously.

FYI: In this middle range, many of the burgers have the same “vibe.”

Just really, really good burgers, but nothing that really stands out as something you can’t miss. ❤

9. Bob’s Streetfood — Bacon Cheeseburger — Dronningens Tværgade 22, 1302 København K

This may as well have been served in Flavortown, because it was fantastic, and a more recent addition to my list.

After swinging by BUKA, the famous bakery, I realized how close I was to Bob’s and had to do it.

Another middle list, incredible burger, but again, nothing that stands out as insanely special. ❤

8. Burger Factory — Truffle Burger — Christianshusvej, 2970 Hørsholm

I have a special place in my heart for truffle burgers and strangely, burgers served out of odd buildings…

This is another big burger, great bun, and the perfect amount of truffle to tease your tastebuds into a frenzy.

Swing by, fight the urge to go to the kebab place next door, and enjoy another delightful burger, tipping the scales toward perfection.

Need to get back. ❤

7. Cocks & Cows — Bacon Cheeseburger — Hovedgaden 78, 3220 Tisvildeleje

The next few burgers could all be made at the same place.

I’m not saying that as a negative thing, it’s just they’re so close that it would be hard to pick them out as different from each other.

The location of this Cocks & Cows is also incredible, by the beach, up north. So if you’re stopping by for a quick dip, this is your stop.

It’s another great burger, great fries, combo that will delight anyone stopping through.

The fries are great too.

And the chicken burger.

And the name makes me chuckle.

It’s all good. ❤

Fatty’s

6. Fatty’s — Bacon cheeseburger — Njalsgade 19D, 2300 København

Is there anything better than a restaurant that knows you’re a fatty and doesn’t care if you know that they know?

I lost my train of thought there, but look at that burger…

Maybe there are too many veggies, but honestly, it’s probably there to counter-balance the fact that you saw a place called Fatty’s and were like… “they probably know how to make a good burger…”

It’s a bit expensive compared to others, but definitely worth it.

Look at the picture again.

Ugh… now I need to go back. ❤

5. Curly Burger — Bacon — Food Truck…

Okay, you’re not going to like this.

This burger is incredible, but, it’s from a food truck, and who knows when or where you’ll be able to find it?

I was lucky and saw an ad for a flea market that they were going to be in front of.

So flavorful. So juicy. All the flavors. Many onions. All the cheese.

If you see the truck, get the burger, you will NOT be disappointed.

So good. ❤

Gasoline Grill — Butter Burger

4. Gasoline Grill — Butter Burger — Landgreven 10, 1301 København

This is a Danish staple and for good reason.

The burger is perfect. The bun is perfect. The condiments are perfect.

But…

This burger is only at their original location. If you get this at any of the other locations (especially the airport) it’s not going to live up to your expectations of a #4 burger.

While it’s been one of the best, I’ve also had MANY bad versions, at multiple locations, and it has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Still… stop by the original, it’s worth it. ❤

3. Dandelion Burger — The Burger — Nytorv 3, 1450 København

You can’t possibly understand the power of this burger until you try it.

First, the good.

Organic beef, white cheddar, and 20–25% BONE MARROW! It’s one of the richest burgers I’ve ever had. Some people have told me they have trouble finishing one, because it’s so rich. If a burger could be an expensive cheese, this would be very expensive. Does that make sense? I don’t care, I’m sticking with it. It’s so good.

The bad. They put this vegetable & mayo relish that I didn’t like at all… next time I’m going to order it without it. Just go with the standard ketchup and call it a day.

Might actually move up a spot… hmmm…

Time will tell ❤

Bock’s Burgers

2. Bock’s — Cheeseburger — Ved Jem & Fix / Land & Fritid, Præstemosevej 4b, 3480 Fredensborg

Okay, I know what you’re saying, that burger doesn’t look like anything special… but, it’s perfect. And the thing about it is that it’s perfect EVERY TIME.

Bock’s is a burger made in a shipping container, in a parking lot of Jem & Fix, far away from Copenhagen in Fredensborg, but if you want a perfect burger, you’ll find it here.

I need to get there again soon… ❤

Hungry Dane BurgerHungry Dane — Bellevue — Bellevuevej 17, 2930 Klampenborg

Look at that burger. So much cheese. The buns are softer than a baby’s bottom. The condiments are exactly where they need to be. The burger itself is cooked to perfection.

Is it greasy? YUP. Is it filling? YUP. Do I have dreams about it and wonder if it has dreams about me? No, but now that I type it out…

Peter at Hungry Dane truly has a love for burgers and you can tell. He’s a burger mad scientist who’s constantly working toward the best burger in the country… nay, the world.

When he called me over to get my initital taste of Hungry Dane, he asked, “Are you ready for your first food orgasm?”

I laughed when he said it, but gotta admit, he did not disappoint.

That first burger I had at the Bellevue location was the best burger I’ve ever had. And ever since having it, I’ve been chasing the same high.

Someday I’ll find it again. ❤

99 REMINDERS WHY ADHD ROCKS AND 1 WHY IT DOESN’T…

Here’s the thing about ADHD, sometimes it doesn’t look like ADHD.

When I first started researching it, I found an image like the one below that really helped me understand what I was dealing with.

I thought ADHD was trouble focusing and hyperactivity… that’s it. But as the picture explains, that’s only the tip of the iceberg.

So many more boxes got checked off as I moved down the list and I realized that for me, ADHD is both a superpower and my biggest foe.

This isn’t to say that I’m blaming ADHD on anything, I take responsibility for all of my choices, distractions, emotions, and more, but it does give me a little help understanding my brain.

Also, if you’re the whole way down here, I want to apologize for the title, it’s more a description from my new book, ADHD ROCKS, than a sharing of the actual 99 reasons.

Don’t buy the Apple Vision Pro

I know it’s not the Apple Vision Pro, but it might as well be…

Every single person who has it is posting about how great it is.

But… hear me out.

It’s not priced at, and I quote, “holy shit pricing,” because that’s how much it costs to build.

The actual price to build it is around $1700, which is rough, but HALF the price it costs for you to buy.

What you’re looking at right now is “prestige pricing.”

When the first cell phones were released, you remember them, the Zack Morris phone, they cost upwards of $11k in today’s money.

Those who could afford it, bought it, those who can’t afford it, called their friends from home or a pay phone.

Same goes with the Apple Vision Pro.

Those who can afford it, buy it (or use Apple’s special financing), or… they settle for Meta’s Quest 2 or 3.

And it truly is settling…

The Vision Pro is miles better than the Quest 3, light years, really.

My guess is that in 2025, you’ll have an Apple Vision Pro 2, Apple Vision, and Apple Vision SE version hitting shelves.
