Marie is a fantasy and science fiction reader with a serious writing addiction. If she wasn't writing about all the people in her head, she'd be lurking about coffee shops annoying total strangers with her stories. So really, writing is a way of saving the masses. Her fantasy series, The Lost Ancients, starts with The Glass Gargoyle. Books two, three, and four are also currently out :The Obsidian Chimera, The Emerald Dragon, and The Sapphire Manticore. The six book series will conclude in 2018.

There is also a space opera trilogy, with Warrior Wench out now, Victorious Dead coming in July 2017, and Defiant Ruin finishing it up in 2018.

When not saving the masses from coffee shop shenanigans, Marie likes to visit the UK and keeps hoping someo

I am so glad you've enjoyed them. There will be a total of 6 books in the series. Book 4 comes out late fall 2016, and books 5 & 6 will be out in 2017. Sorry about the smaller books, sometimes the story draws in on itself, since each book is a story by itself but they are also really just one GIANT book cut into 6 pieces- some of the pieces ended up being smaller (and I totally know what you mean by that feeling!). But, I think you'll be very happy with the next three books though- they are already BIG in my head and notes. Book 4 especially- this is a big turning point book ;). Thank you for reading!(less)

“Unfortunately, I hadn’t seen it either as Then the practical and survival oriented side”
Marie Andreas, The Glass Gargoyle

“Orenda looked up and seemed surprised at all of us staring at her. “I told you I was a shield maiden when I met you. We fight.” She had gone from protected fighter princess, sure her people were the only elves left, to finding out there were many elves left, and some were homicidal maniacs. She was handling it pretty dang well.”
Marie Andreas, The Sapphire Manticore

“They all started screaming as if I was a one-woman invading army and had the heads of my victims dangling from my belt. Then they started throwing pans at us.”
