Marvin van Lemon’s 1st Book Reading
Today was the first reading of my new book Champions of the Garden Games: Winter Fun For Everyone. What a nice treat to begin my writing career at A.M. Cunningham, the elementary school which I attended, until I was 10 years old. Special thanks to Mrs. McQueen and the staff who were absolutely fantanstic and very supportive and the children who were incredibly well behaved. I will definitely be posting the pictures on my flikr account for everyone to see and to show the world there is a new lemon in town, and his name is Marvin…

Marvin van Lemon Intro
Hey Kids! I'm Marvin van Lemon, host and commentator of the Fruilympic Games. Check out my awesome website at www.fruilympians.com where you can play games, enter contests, win prizes, make new friends and even receive a free e-colouring book. Follow me as I make my way through gardens across Canada, on my way to Vancouver to discover who will be crowned champion of the next Garden Games.

Champions Of The Garden Games
Champions Of The Garden Games is a creative way for children to learn about the winter sports. Through the use of rhyme "Marvin van Lemon", the commentator of the Garden Games introduces readers to a cast of colourful fruit and vegetables, each of whom participate in one of the winter events. Marvin encourages kids to to try these sports out for themselves and see if they can be a Champion too.
