6/7/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Donald Trump makes this stupid comment about the judge who’s Mexican and then he’s under attack by Republicnas such as Bob Corker, Newt Gingrich, Mitch McConnell, and Paul Ryan; the very people he says he gets along with. You can’t trust these establishment guys. Did they attack President Obama 1/100th as much as they attack other Republicans? Also, Donald Trump has done damage to himself and so have his surrogates and advisors. If Hillary Clinton wins the presidency, we can thank the Trump surrogates for her victory. After that, according to Sen. Mitch McConnell all you need is a president to sign something into law or veto a bill. As conservatives we won’t have a shot until he is ousted in the next Kentucky Senate election. Later, Hillary Clinton should be indicted over her email scandal. Unfortunately, the Department of Justice is obstructing justice and is in full cover up mode for her. We have a women running for president who is in violation of the Espionage Act and the Federal Records Act. If somehow Hillary is cleared of this scandal, she will use the investigation as a political weapon to gather sympathy.

6/6/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Today is the 72nd anniversary of the beginning of the D-Day invasion in Normandy. This was for the survival of the American people and we’re taught very little of it in our public schools. After that, it’s fine to attack a judge's record, but It’s quite another for Donald Trump to attack Judge Gonzalo Curiel for his ethnicity; that is what liberals do. Instead, Trump should be focusing on issues that are important to the country and preparing to beat Hillary Clinton. We conservatives have to make sure not to be like the left and use their attacks, but advance the cause for liberty with our belief systems and values. This election is not about Trump, Bernie Sanders or Hillary Clinton, but about the American people and our future. Also, Trump is now backing Renee Ellmers in his first congressional endorsement. Ellmers is quintessential establishment and the worst of the kind. She stabbed pro-lifers in the back and failed to stand up to President Obama’s amnesty order and this is who Trump endorses?

6/3/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

These disgusting street riots in San Jose, CA Thursday night outside the Donald Trump rally was not only an attack on the right, or on Trump, but it was an attack on America, the civil society, and our first amendment. What Trump is saying doesn’t justify these people attacking his supporters. The left in our own country is very good at violence while they pretend to support peace. Any presidential candidate including Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton should have the freedom to campaign anywhere they want without the expectation of violence against them or their supporters. What happened in San Jose is akin to what one would expect to see in a third world country, not America. The cops could have been deployed earlier; it was the Mayor and police chief's fault, as they could have put this riot down. Later, the Communist communal stuff that Michelle Obama preaches is not who we are as Americans. America’s greatness is based on our constitutional system which embraces the civil society, liberty, and the Declaration of Independence.

The policies promoted by the left are waging a totalitarian war on liberty. One example is a landmark California bill which would make it illegal to engage in climate change dissent. The second example is the Justice Department shaking down Bank of America. They are reducing a billion dollar, mortgage fraud penalty to $84 million in exchange for Bank of America donating to liberal nonprofits. This settlement skirts federal law and is blackmail. The Justice Department is now an arm of the Democrat party and advances their left agenda. Later, why all the focus on Trump University? It would be better to focus on the liberal indoctrination mills like our public schools. Are you happy with quality of education in public schools? A lot of it is a scam and misleading. Finally, The PGA Tour is moving from Donald Trump’s South Florida golf course to Mexico. Trump is now promising that this type of stuff is going to stop if he is President. The PGA is a private entity and they are free to go wherever they want. What other private enterprises will Trump try to stop if he is elected?

What has developed in this election is not a conservative coalition but a coalition, on the Republican side, of big government advocates. Ever since Ronald Reagan, the Republican Party have abandoned conservatism and the Republican establishment, for now, has succeeded in defeating the conservative movement. They’ve become a party of progressive Republican protectionists. But progressivism cannot create nirvana on earth. Constitutional conservatives must articulate that liberty, not progressivism, is the best course to opportunity and happines. Later, Mamadou Diallo, the man who beat a rapist to death in defense of his family, has been freed. Diallo has been released without bail and will be required to appear in court at a future date. Finally, President Obama is now blaming his economic problems on talk radio. When your healthcare deductibles go thru roof that’s talk radio’s fault, right?

5/31/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

A NYC man, Mamadou Diallo, beat to death a rapist, Earl Nash after he tried to rape Diallo’s wife. Diallo is a hero for protecting his family yet is now being charged with manslaughter. After that, Donald Trump is good at kicking the media around, but conservatives want more than that, they want substance. Our country is going to hell, we want more than an entertaining press conference. How about holding a press conference on capitalism or the Constitution? Later, a 17 year old gorilla was killed in a Cincinnati zoo after dragging a boy who fell into the enclosure. Authorities who shot the gorilla feared for the boy’s life. They did the right thing, after waiting for around 9 minutes and should be respected. In addition, authorities need to question the mother to find out where she was when the boy got into the gorilla’s pen. Also, the leftists are now using this as an opportunity to attack zoos. The phony animal rights groups on the left don’t care about the humane treatment of animals, and are just using them to drive forward their agenda.

We at the Mark Levin show honor our fallen heroes on this Memorial day and every day. President Obama has done a great job fundamentally transforming the country. Big government and its regulations are constantly pummeling free enterprise. The leftists have effectively seized control of the government and under Obama have taken control of our schools, suburbs, economy, and bathrooms. Conservatives have to be firmer than ever before in fighting the left and others like the populists and Republican Whigs under Sen. Mitch McConnell. The only way to stop the runaway government and its proponents is to embrace the Constitution and Article V. Also, Hillary Clinton, the criminal in waiting, has been found in violation of the Federal Records Act and that’s no small thing. She should have surrendered all of her emails before leaving her service, because they were government property. Every aspect of her life has been based on cutting corners, favoritism, and money thrown at her. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that the Obama Administration will do anything about it. Finally, Governor Greg Abbott calls in to talk about his new book, “Broken But Unbowed” and his convention of states push.

5/27/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

President Obama visited Hiroshima, Japan and explained that there was no need to bomb them during WWII. Does he not know that during WWII, the Japanese slaughtered millions and that the brutality they unleashed on the American soldier was unspeakable? In some ways the Japanese fought WWII like ISIS. Also, Obama thinks that nukes under America’s control is the same as nukes under North Korean control. We have no problem with America having nukes, but we do have a problem with evil regimes having them. Finally, Donald Trump is reaching out to Bernie Sanders supporters and bashes Ted Cruz supporters. He treats Sanders with an odd respect; he says he’s been mistreated by the party, likes the Sanders voters and likes that they have similarity in trade. Trump should start reaching out to conservatives not the socialist Sanders supporters.

5/26/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Donald Trump now has enough delegates to win the Republican nomination on the first ballot and it’s hard to get excited about it. The reason is because there isn’t a conservative horse in the race, no matter how many so called conservatives compare Trump to President Reagan. In addition, Speaker Paul Ryan’s commitment to using the power of the purse is not believable. He and other Republicans in Congress and the Senate had many opportunities to use this power but failed to do so. Also, the Senate forfeited the treaty power to President Obama and his administration. Later, If Obama loves America, he sure has a funny way of showing it while in Japan. He is now honoring ALL of those who died in WWII. Why honor the Japanese soldiers who attacked Pearl Harbor and killed our soldiers? Finally, Governor Greg Abbott calls in to talk about his new book, “Broken But Unbowed” and his convention of states push.

5/25/16 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

Hillary Clinton, the criminal in waiting, has been found in violation of the Federal Records Act and that’s no small thing. She should have surrendered all of her emails before leaving her service, because they were government property. Every aspect of her life has been based on cutting corners, favoritism, and money thrown at her. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that the Obama Administration will do anything about it. After that, Elizabeth Warren is rather wealthy for a Marxist. Now she is attacking Donald Trump for capitalizing on the housing meltdown by buying houses at a reduced price. However, she herself participated in this and was flipping houses for profit. Just because Donald Trump was engaging in capitalism and business activities, doesn’t mean that he wanted to see a housing meltdown happen. The difference between conservatives and liberals like Warren is that we practice what we preach. Later, Charles Murray of National review was absent when Ted Cruz was in the race and his commentary on Trump has little weight. Where was Murray when we were actually able to choose the most conservative candidate in the race? He and a lot of people were not openly promoting Ted Cruz when they had the chance.
