New Cave Release! Cris Anson

Older widow Delia Barnes is sporting a black eye when she greets fellow authors before an erotic romance convention, which she explains away by joking "I didn't say 'Yes Master' quick enough." Sitting at the bar, burned-out ad executive and former Dom Kurt Reinhardt overhears the remark—and interrupts to suggest maybe she needs "a new Master".

Urged by her friends to accept the younger man's invitation to learn some D/s basics—hey, an author needs to do her research, right?—Delia joins him to ...

Weekly News

My good friend Tess MacKall has some great news to share HERE. A few of my other friends have had the same news—M. King, Cindy Jacks, and Cora Zane—and I'm so bleedin' pleased for them all I could burst. Having known these wonderful women for a few years now, I've watched them grow and strive for their places in the writing world, all of us aspiring to be where we aimed to be. To get there is a wonderful feeling, but when your friends get there too—wow, it's such a brilliant range of...

Bored

I'm bored. This is what happens when I take a break from writing. I needed one, but what the hell do I fill my time with? There's a house to clean some more, baking I could be doing, cooking meals with a bit of effort instead of shoving stuff in the crockpot, but…that's too boring.

I tried to explain my dilemma to Hub and one of my walking buddies. I need to teach myself to step away from the keyboard and behave like a human being and not a workaholic every so often, but when you've been a...

Frank Taught Me That – Charley Oweson

 Frank Taught Me That

The sky is full of grey rain clouds. They glide sluggishly. Each separate puff on each cloud is enhanced, the grey resembling the shading of an artist's pencil.

The wind is cold, sharp. The bushes sway. Each leaf jostles the next. Many colours of green—many textures: crisp, waxen, velvety.

The grass needs cutting. It leans over in places, is non-existent in others. Each blade is a different length, width. I can recall the taste of a grass root from my childhood. Sweet. I...

Bad Blogger, Bad Blogger, Bad Blogger…

God, I seem to go in fits and starts with blogging. Sometimes I have shitloads to say, and others I…don't.

Writing News

I have an EC release this month (WOOT!) and Burning (as Sarah Masters) comes out on the 9th with Loveyoudivine. It's the second of the Blinded series, told from Lee's point of view, 1st person. The co-author book with Jaime Samms, Fight, will be coming very soon. I'm really pleased to announce Fight will also be available in print, which is pretty damn groovy, even if I do...
