En route to meet her handsome prince, Princess Svana begs her butch waiting-maid Rosamunda for a quick cuddle in the great outdoors. Before Svana can say, "Identity Theft," the brute steals her royal apparel and marries her prince. The poor princess must take a job minding geese alongside an odd young man. Who will save her now?

Story Excerpt
When she was quite young, Princess Svana was betrothed to a fabulous prince whose father was a friend of the queens' from way back in the disco epoch. Even the tabloid reports confirmed prince Everitt was honorable, open-minded and handsome as a fairy's own child. Svana couldn't have been more delighted with the choice, or more excited about her future prospects. Despite her personal principles, the queens had taught her the overarching importance of good looks. A handsome husband meant everything.

On the occasion of her eighteenth birthday, it was time for Svana to take her leave of the caring queens and marry the good royal.

Unfortunately, prince Everitt lived at a great distance. In preparation of her departure, the aged queens packed for their daughter many costly trinkets, jewels, and cups made of gold and silver. In short, they sent with Svana everything which appertained to a royal dowry, for they loved their baby girl with all their hearts.

As you might expect, Svana was not particularly happy to leave behind her many friends, the beloved queens, her birth mom, her pets, and that green grocer who never forgot to import a few mangos from faraway lands. So, to appease their darling daughter, the queens sent along a maid-in-waiting, Rosamunda. The strong-as-an-ox servant was to ride with the princess and hand her over to the bridegroom, making very certain nobody messed with their baby girl along the way. And messing with Svana was a distinct temptation for all who beheld her, such was her incredible beauty. Apart from that one time with the green grocer, which didn't really count since it was underwater, she'd managed to keep herself relatively un-messed-with.

Adult Excerpt
After riding Falada, the speaking mare, for some distance, Svana began to feel a delicious sensation between her legs. The rhythmic bouncing pressure against her lower lips generated an undeniably pleasant heat at the apex of her thighs. This was by far her favorite part of riding, this beautiful wet burn. In time, she could no longer bear the suspended bliss of it and, bringing Falada to a halt in the center of a vast field, Svana surprised her waiting-maid with a request:

"Oh, my dearest Rosamunda, riding this way has my precious cavern flowing with love nectar. I feel I would die without immediate gratification. I beg you, dismount, and take a drink from my cup."

"You have got to be kidding me," Rosamunda replied, halting her ride as well. "First of all, precious cavern? Love nectar? Who the hell talks like that, Miss Priss? If you're horny, you can bloody well get yourself off. I don't choose to be your servant."

Svana was not surprised by her maid's harsh words. They had grown accustomed to one another's ways, even in this short time together. So, in her great thirst, the princess laid her head down against Falada's great rump. After pulling her skirt tails up well over her waist, Svana tapped with one finger at her engorged lower lips. So sensitive were they from the riding that even the slightest pressure sent waves of pleasure throughout her body.

The wetness between her thighs was hardly a shock, for Svana's pussy was extremely responsive. She was every bit as likely to appreciate a codpiece askew as she was to behold the great tumbling cleavage of a peasant woman. Bodies delighted her eyes, and as she observed the puffy white clouds against the bright blue sky, she reflected upon such bawdy sights as those.

Rubbing her fingers against the juicy folds of her craving cunt, Svana panted and moaned. Her ample breasts jumped as she fingered herself, her stiff nipples popping out from under her corset. Her nipples were nearly as dark as the red of her bodice, though her flesh was nowhere near as gold as the precious thread woven through. Stroking the waters of her swollen pussy, the princess abandoned herself to the immensity of her personal pleasure.

UPDATE: Revised Call for Newbie Writers

Hello Monday (and people participating in Monday--I know it's always tempting to bail on this particular day of the week),

Remember how I posted a call for submissions from Sommer Marsden, in search of Newbie Writers? I think it was last week or so, but the days, they bleed together. Anyhoo, she's revised her call. Here's the updated version:

What I've decided regarding the newbie call...(and please pass this on if you passed on the original call for subs, thank you! :D )

I think I'm going to open this call to writers who have never been published or have had their first sale (paid or otherwise) within the last year. I've heard from several folks that intended to submit to me and since staring a story they have made their first sale (Mazel, by the way!). So, I sat and considered the length of time I considered myself a 'newbie'. And I can honestly say that I considered myself green for the first year. I was constantly asking questions, fucking up or having some kind person guide me in the right direction or help me fix an error or hone a skill. So, I'll pay that forward and be as fair as I can while still focusing on new writers.

New call will be for newbie writers either unpublished or freshly published within the last year (so let's say June 2010 is the cut-off. If you were published before that, then please wait for my next call). Beyond that, the call remains the same. Which is:

REVISED Call for Submissions

I want newbies, youngbloods, fresh meat, green around the gills

I am looking to put together another mini anthology. But this time, I want the writers that no one has had a taste of yet. Virgin blood. So you may submit to this anthology only IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN PUBLISHED OR FRESHLY PUBLISHED WITHIN THE LAST YEAR (please see note at the beginning of this post).

So what next?

Dirty stories from 2,500 and up (nothing over say 5K please) are eligible. Topics are open except the standard no-no's. Which I will spell out since you are new.

~~~~>No sex with the underaged (under 18), animals (shifters don't count), dead things or people (barring undead supernatural creatures). No scat. No snuff.
FORMAT: Word .doc or .rtf format if you must, double spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point, set at .5 indentation for first line of the paragraph only. PLEASE DO NOT USE HARD TABS.
*If you do not format correctly, I will skip reading your entry no matter how good it is. Why? Because I'm super busy and if you sub to a publication, you need to follow the rules. Capiche?
Here's the most important part: PLEASE POLISH YOUR WORK. Read it, put it away. Read it again and put it away. Then read it out loud to yourself. Seriously. Your ear will hear your errors. Do I expect it to be perfect? No, said the woman who once put "He stroked her cheese" instead of "He stroked her cheek." I do not. But I do expect you to make it as close to perfect as you can.
DEADLINE: August 31, 2011. Release date is up in the air. If that bothers you, don't sub. This (as of right now) will be an ebook put out by my little press December Ink.
THE FINE PRINT:
I'll be using 10 stories max. December Ink takes 25% of the cut, the remaining 75% is split evenly among the ten contributors and each will receive an ebook copy (print too if it ever goes to that). You could make a bunch of money. You could make hardly a thing. I ask for 3 months exclusivity and then you are free to go ahead and sell your work elsewhere.
Your work stays in the book as long as it's for sale, and that means you receive royalties as long as it's for sale.
Submissions should be sent to decemberink@gmail.com marked SUBMISSION: [YOUR TITLE] BY [YOUR AUTHOR NAME]
In your email please put:
Your name
Your pen name
Your mailing address
your contact email
A short bio
Good luck! Any questions can be sent to the same email addy. :)
And now I really and truly am going to bed. I was under the weather, then climbed back on top of it, and now it's winning again. Damn weather.
XOXO
Sommer
Six Sentence Sunday - Waxing is for Pussies
Well, well, well...another pleasant valley Six Sentence Sunday! Since my kinky lesbian threesome short "Waxing is for Pussies" was rereleased by loveyoudivine on Friday, I'm thinkin' I'll go with six sentences from that little gem. Get ready for poor Claire to start cursing up a storm in the midst of her very fist bikini wax:
I was strong like bull. I could handle anything...except waxing. "Jesus motherfucker Mary and Virgin fuck!" I howled as Soo Jin tore off the wax strip. With her pussy-wetted hand, she treated my burning red flesh to a series of committed smacks. Slap, slap, slap right against my inner thigh and mound. It felt strangely wonderful and it hurt like hell.
New Release: Waxing is for Pussies (Lesbian Threesome)
Today my lesbian threesome short "Waxing is for Pussies" is being re-released by the awesome loveyoudivine Alterotica, my home for queer and kinky books. This funny, fetishy story was originally published by Torquere Press. Now you can get it from lyd, All Romance ebooks, and many other retailers!
Claire is a butch dyke who doesn't go in for all the "girly" stuff. Her girlfriend Billie works at a salon, joyfully painting nails all day. When Billie takes up hot waxing, she asks Claire to be her test subject. She also asks her salon buddy Soo Jin to give her hand. How will Claire and Billie react when Soo Jin takes the request for help as an invitation to play?
Excerpt: "Have you ever had a bikini wax?" Billie asked as she ate.
I laughed. "Do I look like someone who gets waxed?"
With a shrug, she said, "I don't know. You got a pedicure once."
"From you," I added as she lifted a piece of sushi saturated in soy sauce to her mouth. "I just wanted to meet you. Every time I tried to say hi on the street, I chickened out. I get nervous talking to beautiful girls."
Billie smiled as she chewed. "Want one?"
I waved away the sushi. "Nah, I already ate, but thanks."
Shaking her pretty head, she leaned forward to kiss my cheek. I knew she'd have left a big red lipstick stain in her wake, but I left it for the moment. "Not sushi, sweety." She cooed like a crafty little dove. "A bikini wax. Want one?"
Without meaning to, I laughed out loud. There were so many reasons to say no, I didn't know where to begin. "What, you mean at the salon? Because I'm pretty sure your boss just banned me for life."
"We could do it after hours," she said with a sneaky grin. "I'm a key holder."
What other excuses could I come up with? "I've heard it hurts like hell."
"Oh, don't give me that." She spread some wasabi on her sushi and topped it with pickled ginger before setting it in a pool of soy sauce. "You have how many tattoos? I think you can handle a little hot wax."
She sure wasn't making it easy for me to resist the call of the wax. I tried to think up a better excuse than, "I'm a pussy and I can't take the pain," but it wasn't happening.
"Besides," she went on, "I think you'd taste great bare. My lips would like it." When she winked at me, my jaw swung open. Hell, yeah! My lips would like it too! "And—who knows?—you might just enjoy the process."
Rising from the footstool, she pulled down on the hem of the black cotton dress that served as her uniform. The one last piece of sushi, she left in front of me in its plastic box. I stared at it in displaced awe. After tiptoeing to the door, she turned around and said, "Come down after hours. We'll have a good time."
Call for Submissions: "Getting Better" Banner Art
Any artists in the house? One of my publishers put this call out. GREAT cause:
Each year, Torquere Press authors donate stories for a Charity Sip Blitz that is published in September. 100% of author royalties are donated to a designated charity, and a matching donation is made by the publishers. This year, the Torquere authors are looking for an artist to donate a banner for the official Charity Sip Blitz page, and a companion graphic for participating authors to post on their blogs and journals.
The beneficiary of the 2011 Charity Sip Blitz is the It Gets Better Project. Artwork should have the year, 2011, the phrase "Getting Better," and the phrase "Charity Sip Blitz" clearly legible. Banner size should be 456 by 60, in .jpg format. We encourage designs that fit the general themes of the Torquere Press web site and catalog . The author participation graphic should be derived from the banner design and submitted in a 200 by 200 size, also in .jpg format. Please keep in mind that authors may choose to use the participation graphic as an icon, and thus may resize the graphic to 100 by 100. Clarity is important.
The artist whose work is selected will be asked to sign a one-year agreement donating exclusive use of the design, and certifying that the artist either owns the rights to all images used in the design, or that the images are copyright-free. The artist is encouraged to sign the banner as part of the design, and in addition, Torquere Press will place a link to the artist's web site on the page where the banner is displayed.
Deadline for submission is July 15, 2011. Please submit your artwork in .jpg format, along with your biography and web contact info, to writingofjrocci@gmail.com with "Charity Sip Art" in the subject line.
Last year, 28 authors from around the world participated in the Charity Sip Blitz, and we're aiming even higher this year. This is a great opportunity to bring your work to the attention of a global GLBT romance audience!
Daniel stopped in his tracks, his lips curling up into a happy smile. Speaking of Mr. Perfect! Trevor was inside Tarts, one of their favorite restaurants, seated in a booth with a young woman. Must be his sister; Trevor had said she would be in town. Daniel took a step forward, intending to go inside and give Trevor a playful piece of his mind for not introducing him sooner.
But then Trevor did something Daniel didn't expect. Would never have expected. Trevor leaned across the table and kissed the woman. French kissed. Definitely not his sister.
My Erotic Celebration of National Aboriginal Day
June 21st marks the Summer Solstice, as most of you probably know, but you might not be aware that June 21st also marks National Aboriginal Day/La Journée nationale des Autochtones here in Canada. The Canadian government recognizes three groups as falling under the "Aboriginal" umbrella: First Nations Peoples, the Inuit, and the Métis.
Tangled Roots was one of my very first erotic romance ebooks on the market, and to this day it's my one work that deals most in-depth with the complexity of Aboriginal cultural identity. The best part? If you purchase the Coming Together: Neat edition, all royalties are donated to Kiva, supporting entrepreneurs across the globe.
If you're interested, I've also written a number of other stories featuring characters from all three Aboriginal groups mentioned above:
My lesbian erotic romance Traditional Inuit Throat-Singing, which was featured in alyson books' Best Lesbian Erotica 2009, is one of my favourite stories. I wanted people to be able to read it so badly that this Christmas I just decided to post it here on the blog. If you'd like to read this contemporary lesbian love story for FREE, click here: http://donutsdesires.blogspot.com/2010/12/free-read-traditional-inuit-throat.html
Sexy Summer Solstice Story Snippet
So, I'm trying to speak in S-words as I plug my lovely trans fairy story Secrets of the Solstice Sacrifice.
Secrets of the Solstice Sacrifice By: Giselle Renarde | Other books by Giselle Renarde
Published By: loveyoudivine
Published: Jun 25, 2010
ISBN # 9781600544927 Word Count: 10,656
Heat Index
Professor Selyf is a fay magical, a solitary academic who lives near the mythical village of Gwyllion on a Welsh hillside. When a knock at the door interrupts him from his manuscript, he curses the intruders—until he gets a look at them! The ginger boy, Bedwyn, he doesn't much care for, but Trysta, his beautiful cara, awakens Selyf's heart and the sleeping serpent within.
Trysta has a "female problem," as Bedwyn puts it, and needs the professor's audience. She and Bedwyn are mixed-bloods--half human, half fay. When Trysta's mother conceived her, she wished for a little girl. The fae have a unique ability to select their children's genders with simple wishes, but since Trysta's system contained "stagnant" human blood, the wish only half succeeded. Trysta was born a girl with one particular boy part.
Bedwyn doesn't know the true nature of Trysta's "female problem," and she asks Selyf to help her resolve it so she can finally share her body with her caru. As a guest in Selyf's home, Trysta grows as attracted to the professor's magical intellect as he is to her beauty. The desire to give in to temptation mounts, particularly when Selyf realizes the only way to resolve Trysta's problem involves a sexual sacrifice on the solstice.
Excerpt: He knew she'd return. He sensed it in her look of longing as she left for dinner with that stupid sod of a caru. "You're here for my bed, I presume?" Selyf said as she slipped in the door. Her eyes revealed everything she longed to say, but he understood her restriction. "Will you sit with me?" he asked, beckoning her into the chair by his desk.
Gazing into the empty seat, she shook her head. "I should not have come," she said with a look of apprehension in her conflicted eyes. Slipping her bag from her shoulder, she sat in the chair. "You should know you represent a distinct temptation for me."
Selyf was not easily scandalized, but her bold admission took his breath away. "As do you, for me," he admitted. "But you needn't fear me, Fay Trysta. I have spent all my adult life as a solitary magical. I know denial and self-sacrifice only too well. You are safe here in my home."
With tears in her eyes, she nodded. For a moment, she looked as though she might speak, but then said nothing. As she rose from her chair, she finally blurted, "What if I don't want to be safe anymore?"
He only stammered, with no response at hand.
"You speak of denial?" she went on. "What do you think my life has consisted of up until now? At my age, I have yet to experience the pleasures of the flesh. In the village, I must pretend to be exactly what I seem, and why? Because only my mother, her mid-wife, and I can know the truth. You have no idea the trust I've put in you, Professor Selyf. You hold my very life in your hands."
"I hold your life," he repeated, rushing around his desk to meet her. "Why may I not hold your body as well?"
Slipping past him, she hurried to the window, mumbling, "Bedwyn." Just as Selyf's heart began to plummet, she continued, "He mustn't see." Ensuring the curtains were fully closed, she walked to him like a vixen on the hunt. Her eyes burned like roaring embers as they explored the lengths of his body. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she ensnared him in a kiss the likes of which he'd never imagined. He felt her veiled passion course through his veins as his mouth melded with hers. Their tongues fluttered and surged one against the other. His whole body was so rapt with hers he could hardly breathe. As they kissed, he ran intrepid fingers through her silken hair and down her back. In turn, she held his cheeks and his neck, his back and his sides. When he grasped the firm flesh of her buttocks, Trysta wheezed and broke free.
The look in her eyes was indiscernible but for the temptation they aroused. He almost apologized for being so dreadfully forward before realizing it was she who'd kissed him. Grabbing her wrists, he pulled her into his arms and carried forth the sweet embrace she'd abandoned. After a moment of brave indecision, she gave in to the kiss and melted in Selyf's arms. His tongue wrangled hers until she broke away once more. Pressing her soft lips to his ear, she whispered, "I've never felt like this before."
"Neither have I," he admitted. "You've aroused in me the sleeping serpent."
At that turn of phrase, her body grew limp in his arms. "Yes," she said. "I know only too well what you mean."
