Projects at our house

As usual, we always stay busy and are always working on something here.  Here is an update about the happenings at our house:



Right now my husband is almost finished with the bookshelf/table/shelf. Benjamin was outside helping him with the whole project. Here he is sanding:

Here is our little three year old. She has a table set up int he garage so she can paint while the family works on projects.

Part three of the Series: Food for the Family



There are 20 foods that I will not buy for my family after careful research and experience in healthy eating for my family.



Continuing with Meats:



As I wrote in the previous article about the practices of the Tyson chicken plant, there are many chicken plants that allow similar practices. It is better to buy your chicken organic. If you can't, the second best is to buy the whole chicken.
