Clean Dining Room Baseboards



GET.be.STAY.organized. Today: Using a lamb's wool duster, dust the baseboards in the dining room. Using a warm, wet microfiber cloth, wipe them down. Then, dry them with a dry microfiber cloth. Wow, now you can have picky company with pleasure.

Clean Dining Room Floor/Carpet



GET.be.STAY.organized. Today: Sweep/vacuum and dry/damp mop the dining room floor, especially in the corners up against the baseboards and around the base of the table legs. If this area is carpeted, give it good attention with a vacuum and the attachments.

Aside from Carbon Monoxide being a poisonous gas, the fact that it's being added to our red meats without our knowledge and consent is unacceptable. How is it, that something can be deemed "generally recognized as safe" when there is enough scientific debate ove...

Guardian of my Energy



Newsflash to me- I cannot do it all. I'm seven months pregnant and I'm now starting to slow down. While I've had an amazing pregnancy this time around, I'm now feeling a little more pregnant and a lot more tired and drained. Insomnia has hit me hard. I have between 9 and 11 weeks before the baby makes her appearance. This is baby number eight and I realize having energy for exercise, moving across the country, etc. as long as I have has been a tremendous blessing!

Guardian of my Energy
