We Made Tamales!

For years I have wanted to know how to make homemade tamales. Since we've been eating gluten free again I've been addicted to the tamales from Costco.

Isn't the internet great? Instead of traveling miles to find a Mexican woman to teach us how to make tamales, we could hop on the computer and find many various recipes with directions and many with pictures.

Garage Sale Goodies

I love garage sales. There are always things I never knew I always wanted.

Today was a military post wide garage sale and we went. I found a bunch of great like new winter clothes for four of the girls, two costumes (we love costumes), lots of beautiful home decor including three lamps. I think I'm lamp obsessed!
