Elio Guarisco (M.A., Art, Italy) is a founding member of the International Shang Shung Institute of Tibetan Studies, and an active member of the Dzogchen Community—for which he now coordinates the Ka-ter (Kama and Terma) translation program as one of the three principal translators—while also serving as an instructor of the Santi Mahasanga program of study and practice. In addition to serving as instructor for the Training for Translators from Tibetan program, he also works for the Dzogchen Tantra Translation Project.
