The protagonist in the story, Daksha Maeve, the daughter of the Queen of Nebulanta, fell in love with Aman Aziza, the elder son of Chief Minister Arthur Finn. Daksha went through several desperate attempts to confess her feelings to Aman which never failed to end up in chaos.
At this time, Arthur Finn who had his eyes on the throne for a long time, made his cunning move, by making a wedding proposal to the queen.
Aman who was already in love with his unknown true love (who he happened to find with the help of his secret power) found himself in a tight spot. Here, his younger brother, Aidan Maverick, came to the rescue and agreed to pursue Daksha and marry her, and thereby saving his brother from the trouble.
