Book Beat - Shadowed by Grace by Cara Putman

Italy...World War II...Romance...If you enjoyed these elements in my novel On Distant Shores, here's a novel you'll love!

Cara Putman's Shadowed by Grace introduces photojournalist Rachel Justice as she follows her dream of creating art and telling the story of the war, while searching for the Italian father she's never met. The Army brass entrusts her to Monuments Man Lt. Scott Lindstrom, who hopes to find and preserve works of art and return them to their rightful homes.

From colorful Naples to magnificent Florence, Shadowed by Grace takes the reader on a tour of wartime Italy. Soaring language, deep characters, engrossing history, a riveting plot, and a heart-pounding romance . . . do not miss this story!
