Lottery Losers in Now Available in Audiobook Format! #audio #audiobook #audible

Hi lovelies,

I’m delighted to announce that my steamy contemporary romance novella, Lottery Losers, is now available in audiobook format! So if you want a quick listen at just over two hours, then I hope you’ll check it out. The narrator, Poppy Jay Fox, did an amazing job as always (she also narrated Hiding in Plain Sight, Mia’s Men and Mia’s Wedding for me).

Blurb:

Winning the lottery is a dream come true… isn’t it?

Susie Parmenter and her husband of almost twenty years, Peter, are lottery jackpot winners. They’ve been able to do everything they’ve ever dreamed of—quit their jobs, design and build their perfect home, buy expensive cars, travel the world… So why is Susie bored out of her mind? She thought being a lady of leisure would be amazing, but unfortunately the reality is far from amazing. How can she possibly tell anyone that, though?

Climbing the walls, sinking deeper into irritation and misery, Susie can’t see a way forward. But what she’s not betting on is that Peter has noticed his beloved wife isn’t happy. And he’s taken steps—drastic steps—to turn things around. But will they live to tell the tale?

Note: Lottery Losers was previously published in the Love Me Hard boxed set.

Excerpt:

“I’m horny, not Superman.”

“That remains to be seen. Why are you still wearing clothes? Are they glued on? Is it against your religion to undress? Are you afraid I’ll go blind if I see you naked?”

He tossed his top on her face.

She filled herself with his sumptuous scent then clawed the cotton away, not wanting to miss anything. “Don’t rush. Give me a show.”

Even his taut belly turned red. “Seriously?”

“I stripped for you.”

“Faster than the speed of light. You could have gone slower and given me a heart attack in addition to a stroke.”

He liked what she’d done. A gift with no equal. “I was hot.” She stroked his chiseled abs. Her mouth watered at his incredible brawn. “Surely, you have more control, being so strong and big in all the right places.”

He laughed. “Yeah, right.”

“You are.” She stroked the prominent veins on his biceps and cradled his sculpted pecs.

His muscles twitched.

Her pussy went nuts. New moisture seeped from it, needing him inside. “Expose yourself a little at a time. Make me wait. Make me want.”

He pointed. “No snickering or this stops.”

“Cross my heart.” She licked his finger. “You didn’t laugh at me.”

His features slackened. “How could I? Why would I? You’re amazing. No one on Earth has skin like yours.”

“Lifers in solitary do. They don’t go out in the sun, either.”

“It’d be a crime if you did and screwed yourself up. You shouldn’t mess with something so flawless.”

His compliment stopped her dead. No one had ever used that word to describe her, not even her parents, who thought she was pretty great. She grinned. “Thanks. I don’t know about perfect, though… I’m surprised you even noticed my complexion.”

He blushed. “Why? Stuff like that doesn’t get past me. I’m an artist.”

Au contraire, V. You’re a man first.”

Mid Week Tease: “It’s gorgeous. I love it already.” #reverseharem #whychoose

mid-week-tease-buttonHi everyone,

Welcome back to Mid Week Tease! This week I’m sharing more from Mia’s Wedding, the second book in The Heiress’s Harem series, which just released and is now available to read in Kindle Unlimited. It’s also available in paperback and audiobook formats.

Mia's Wedding“Wow,” Mia said as they boarded the boat, catching sight of the interior. “This is stunning. It’s like a limousine on water.”

“That’s exactly what it is, ma’am,” the man she assumed was the captain said with a smile. “There’s everything you need in here—champagne, of course, minibar, climate control, music system and even WiFi. You just head on inside, then sit back and enjoy the journey.”

Elias shook the man’s hand. “We intend to, thank you so much.”

They passed through the door, and Mia walked carefully along the aisle as she grew used to the movement of the vessel on the water, taking in the seats—probably Italian leather—the plush carpet, the polished-wood surfaces, the ambient lighting courtesy of spotlights set in the ceiling, the beautiful display of flowers next to the ice bucket which held their champagne… He’s gone to a hell of a lot of effort, here. But then I suppose we are technically on our first date. I’m not sure the Aventador weekend counts, does it?

She smiled fondly as she remembered the weekend she, Elias, and Alex had enjoyed in Kent, as she’d sped around a track in a ludicrously expensive sports car. Elias had won the experience for her at a charity auction—the auction at which the three of them had first met—and Alex, who wasn’t short of money himself, had embellished it by renting out the race track for her so she could really put the car through its paces.

There was a gentle thud, and she turned to find Elias had closed the door, sealing them in to the cabin, mercifully keeping out the cold. She felt a little sorry for the captain, but he’d looked to be well wrapped up. At least it wasn’t raining.

“What do you think?” Elias asked, taking off his jacket and laying it carefully, almost like it was a new-born baby, down on one of the seats. He gave it a little pat before straightening up.

“It’s gorgeous. I love it already.”

The boat’s engine fired, and they didn’t try to talk for a moment until the machine settled into its rhythm and the captain steered it away from the pier. “I’m glad. Shall we sit?”

They settled onto the luxurious cream leather seats at the back of the boat, meaning they could look left and right to admire the various views and landmarks of the city, rather than having their backs to anything.

“Would you like some champagne? Or something to eat?” He indicated a platter of snacks, including grapes, cheese, and vol-au-vents.

“Not just yet. Are you going to tell me where we’re going?”

Explicit Excerpt

From “Countertransference”

Warmth radiates from her velvety skin, along with a fragrance of roses. I try to minimize my contact with her flesh, but I can’t help my fingers brushing the back of her hand. A bolt of lust sizzles through me. My nipples peak and my cunt liquefies. I gasp, dizzy with sudden need.

“Is something wrong, Elizabeth?”

I’m so preoccupied fighting my urgent, inappropriate arousal that for a second or two I don’t notice her using my given name. “Ah—no, nothing…”

Her fingers tangle in my hair. She pulls me down, till I’m inches from her face. Her breath warms my cheek. “Don’t lie to me,” she murmurs. “You need to be honest with me about what you think and feel.”

Before I can respond, she seals her mouth to mine in a feverish kiss. In those first moments, I struggle to pull away, to put some life-saving distance between us, but she’s far stronger than I’d ever guess. Her elbow hooked around my neck, she pulls me deeper, drinking me in, pouring her self into me. When I surrender and melt—which does not take long—she releases her hold just long enough to unfasten her other wrist. Then she twines both arms around my body, toppling me onto the bed next to her.

“Alisha—no! Stop!”  I might as well try to halt a hurricane.

She burrows into my chest, using her teeth to tear the buttons off my blouse. In seconds, she has freed my bra-covered tits. Clamping one nipple in her hot mouth, she sucks it through the fabric while flicking her tongue back and forth over the tip. My desperate moan earns me a bite that’s anything but gentle. Meanwhile her hands are busy at my waist, unfastening my pants and dragging down the zipper. She thrusts her slender fingers into my crotch, wriggling under the elastic of my panties to brush my soaked pubic curls.  Electricity snaps along my spine.  I arch against her hand, wordlessly begging for penetration.

Instead, she slides her hand out from between my legs. Her laugh is like spring rain. “I want you. And you want me, too.”

“Alisha, I can’t…”

She yanks my bra down to expose my breasts and snags one engorged nub between thumb and forefinger, twisting until my cries drown out my objections.

“You can. You’re head doctor, right? You can do what you want.”

“But the law…the camera…”

“You really think the staff is watching? Believe me, they have better things to do. But if that really bothers you…” Abandoning my needy tits, she hops off the bed, removes the johnny and tosses it toward the corner of the ceiling. The garment catches on the camera, draping over the lens.

Meanwhile I’m stupefied by my first glimpse of her glorious nakedness. She’s a nymph, a  goddess, perfect in every particular. The nipples crowning her modest breasts are chocolate brown. Spun-gold curls hide her sex. My palms ache to trace her sylph-like curves. My fingers itch to probe her secrets.

She sets herself to removing my clothing. I don’t stop her. Each brush of her smooth skin on mine feeds the fire between my legs.

Dicewriting for Erotica and Erotic Romance by Zak Jane Keir

DicewritingLast summer, I did a session at Smut Leeds on using dice for generating story ideas. It was a lot of fun, and people said it got their imaginations going. Afterwards, someone mentioned that it would be really useful to have a whole book of story charts, so I went off and wrote one.

Available from: Amazon UK | Amazon US

Zak Jane Keir is available to run sessions on Dicewriting at writers’ groups and other events – contact her at dirtysexyworld@gmail.com

BLURB

Want to write erotica or erotic romance, but don’t know where to start? Been writing it for years but worried that you are running out of kinks/character traits/unusual locations for that first kiss –  or the crucial farewell spanking? Dicewriting works for anyone with an interest in the genre, whatever your level of experience.

A set of random concepts will push your imagination in different directions, by suggesting juxtapositions you hadn’t thought of before, providing a surprising motive for a character’s behaviour, or maybe introducing a type of sex act that wouldn’t otherwise have occurred to you.

The charts in this book relate to characteristics, locations, plot twists and different desires. All you need to get them working for you is pen, paper and a single six-sided die.

Dicewriting is a writing prompts method you can use on your own, or incorporate into a session with a writing group. What happens next is up to you – and the dice.***

Mastering the Beast (Taming the Beast #3) by Tina Donahue (@tinadonahue)

Series Blurb:

Magic has never been as sexy or as fun. In New Orleans’ French Quarter From Crud to Stud is the makeover service for supernatural beings who want to tame their beasts so they can date mortal babes. Owned by a half-witch and staffed by a good fairy, a reformed female demon, and a voodoo priestess—among others—the place is always hopping. There’s moonlight therapy for weres, aversion therapy to keep vamps from sinking their fangs in anyone’s neck, and no end of spells, potions, and treatments. These ladies definitely put the boys through their paces. But it’s not all work as they search for their one true love. Their journeys aren’t easy, but they’re definitely magical.

Mastering the BeastMastering the Beast Blurb:

Surrendering is the only option she desires…

No one believes that under the tough attitude and schoolgirl fashion sense, reformed demon Zoe burns for a man, love and sex. She keeps those urges on ice and well hidden. She sold her soul for a guy once, and all it got her was a one-way ticket to Hell.

Her job, keeping supernatural creatures in line at From Crud to Stud, is all work and no play. Until she’s saddled with a trio of new enforcers who ooze so much sexual heat she’s afraid to be on the same planet with them.

Stefin, Anatol, and Taro try to contain their laughter as their adorable new boss tries to lay down the law. Apparently, no one told her they don’t take orders. They give them. And they’re determined to smooth her rough edges and tame her beast with acts so wanton they’ll make her scream—for more.

Talk about all hell breaking loose. Surrender won’t come easily, but given their devilish charm and her aching need, her journey to submission is one done deal.

Warning:

Contains an unholy trio of demons who don’t like to take turns. Break room…snacking. After-hours…training sessions. In other words, a sensual ride on the pleasure express. Features m/f/m/m sex in every flavor except vanilla. Bring. It. On.

Excerpt:

Footfalls rang in the hall.

Three guys strode into Becca’s office, their movements fluid and assured. Each looked thirty or so, in mortal years, and had dressed in black, their shirts silk, their boots and pants elegant, like bouncers wear at an elite club.

No one was dancing in here, especially Zoe.

A faint sulfur scent emanated from the unholy trio. Flames flared briefly in their eyes.

Demons. The trouble she’d sensed earlier.

She froze, too stunned to move or speak.

The guy in the middle was easily six-three and nicely muscular, his blond hair shoulder-length. His rough good looks, bronze complexion and stubble put the va-va-voom in virile. Sin filled his light gray eyes, his mood dangerous and predatory.

Her belly fluttered.

He winked.

Disquiet and lust rolled through Zoe. Her legs went watery.

The guy on the right proved equally tall and powerfully built. Beautiful, he had rich-chocolate skin, dark eyes and long hair worn in dreadlocks.

Those babies would feel awesome gliding across her naked boobs and thighs—until he screwed her over like every other male had done.

She steeled herself against his allure.

He smiled.

A freaking dimple dented his right cheek, his grin an unusual combination of boyish mischief and raw sensuality.

Her pussy creamed.

Hot didn’t begin to describe the last guy’s masculine features, deep-blue eyes and thick auburn hair. Those wavy locks trailed past his ears and curled on his neck. His stubble called to everything female within Zoe, as did his height, big body and the assured way he regarded her.

The guys’ enticing sulfur odor enhanced their musky scents, making the mixture wanton and unashamed. Their impressive cocks pushed against their flies.

She bet each of their rods jutted from blond, black or auburn curls.

The room spun.

“Guys.” Becca lifted her reddish eyebrows. “This is Zoe.”

The introduction seemed to come from far away, Becca’s voice muted by the ringing in Zoe’s ears. She tried to respond but only managed an odd noise, part grunt, mostly a groan.

Becca edged closer. “Zoe, this is Anatol.” She gestured to the black hunk with the dimple. “Stefin.” The blond god in the middle winked again. “And Taro.” The blue-eyed hottie regarded her intensely. “They’re our new enforcers.”

Each looked in charge already, their stances saying they wouldn’t budge one damn inch for anyone, especially a female demon.

Becca offered a nervous smile. “You’ll be working with them from now on.”

Working with or for, as in taking orders, yearning helplessly then losing out as she had with the last man in her life?

Like hell.

Love Changes Everything by Peri Elizabeth Scott

Love Changes EverythingBlurb:

Simon has developed feelings for the girl who bedeviled him growing up, his best friend’s sister–not that Alys is a girl any longer. She’s a grown-up, beautiful, wonderful woman who makes him crazy. He obtains her brother’s permission to ask her out. And is rejected.

Alys is innocent and plans to stay that way until she meets a man who holds the same moral code, regardless of her lengthy crush on Simon. Privy to his escapades and conquests, her jealousy has turned to distaste ans she sets herself on a different path. She wants a man who has refrained from meaningless affairs, who has waited for the special woman. And that’s not Simon!

Simon does the research but Google assures him he can’t become re-virginized and thus Alys is beyond his reach–until one day when he takes her, as a friend, for lunch in his beloved truck. That day, love changes everything.

Available from: Amazon UK | Amazon US | Barnes & Noble | BookStrand | Kobo

*****

Excerpt:

“Sorry.” Alys’s response was short but succinct.

Simon waited, but she wasn’t forthcoming with any excuses. “You’re … you’re saying no?”

A quick blink, a sweep of thick, dark lashes before those impossibly golden eyes widened. “I guess I should have said no. But I am sorry.”

It was insane, but he wanted to continue the conversation, even figuring he’d regret it. “Why are you sorry?”

A faint tinge of pink colored her cheekbones and a couple of little white teeth worried a corner of her full bottom lip. “I get asked out a lot. And I know it can’t be easy to get turned down.”

Her reply should have reeked of feminine arrogance, yet it didn’t. If anything, it was considered and thoughtful, and despite the twinge of her rejection, he found himself admiring her for it. But wasn’t that Alys? Kind. Caring.

A hint of surprise followed, confusing him. It didn’t make a lot of sense when he dwelled on it—rarely was he turned down and when it happened, it didn’t bother him. This was different, and a twofer. Huh.

Telling himself it didn’t matter did not stop him from pursuing it like a juvenile trout after a cleverly crafted, manmade fly. “Is there a reason you won’t go out with me?”

Another blink, accompanied by her tucking a strand of silky red-gold hair behind her ear betrayed what he thought was a bit of nervousness, and he thought to back down. Aside from his intense need to have her, Alys brought out some weird emotions in him, ones he might catalog as protectiveness—even possessiveness—and that wasn’t him. Better he let those sleeping dogs lie. He was crazy about her but clearly, the sentiment wasn’t returned.

“Never mind. Forget I asked.” Even to his ears he sounded peevish and decided to add petulant to his rapidly increasing scope of emotions. Time to get gone. He was back to fleeing from her.

She said, “I don’t date men who’ve … been around.

Mid Week Tease: “Come on then, let’s get on board.” #reverseharem #whychoose

mid-week-tease-buttonHi everyone,

Welcome back to Mid Week Tease! This week I’m sharing more from Mia’s Wedding, the second book in The Heiress’s Harem series, which just released and is now available to read in Kindle Unlimited. It’s also available in paperback and audiobook formats.

Mia's WeddingShe followed dazedly as he led her around the left-hand edge of the square, which was lined with benches and large flowerbeds. When they reached a gap in the buildings and passed the last one, the view opened up on their left. There was the Thames. They continued over a footbridge, past another expensive-looking building, and towards a pier jutting out into the river. A sign read Welcome to Chelsea Harbour. They stepped onto a walkway, then walked across a bridge and onto a small platform. A few people queued up for the scheduled river boat services, their Oyster cards and travel passes at the ready, but she suspected that wasn’t where they were going.

Sure enough, Elias jerked his head towards a small but beautiful boat moored up at one side of the platform. A man stood on the pier beside it, bundled up against the cold and clearly waiting for them. “What do you reckon?”

With a smile, she replied, “As long as they’ve got the heating on, I’m up for it.” She rubbed her arm with her free hand—her thin shawl wasn’t doing much to ward off the cold air.

“Oh, Mia, I’m so sorry—I should have made sure you brought a coat.” His eyes were wide with concern, and he released her hand, only to wrap an arm around her shoulders and pull her in for a hug, then chafe her arms.

She shrugged. “I’m an adult—or so my birth certificate tells me—I should have thought of that myself. Come on then, let’s get on board. I want to see what you have planned.”

Elias grinned. “You mean you want to get in the warm.”

“Yeah, that too.”
