Torn to Pieces – Paranormal Menage Romance
Torn to Pieces will be released through Sizzler Editions as part of the Intoxications line!
Iolite is a witch in love with two wolves, wanting, needing both to fulfill her life. Both of them are two halves of the same being who she loves.
Jackob and Kerian are former lovers turned enemies by pack law, but without the witch’s solution for the disease ravaging the wolves, both packs will certainly die. Both want Iolite, both want to love again but are uncertain of the consequences.
Can Jackob and Kerian get past their emotional baggage to help heal Iolite’s broken heart as well as their own in order to save their packs?
Excerpt:
He turned down Central Ave, pulled onto 6th street around the recently converted large stone building of condos. Iolite’s top floor apartment had a great view of downtown. What she was doing here was beyond him, the music from numerous clubs and bars often kept her awake at night. “You keep me safe knowing you’re not too far away.”
The thought made him smile.
Kerian parked the bike and hopped off, rounding the corner onto Central. He cupped his hands to his mouth and shouted, “Hey, Iolite!”
She stood on the balcony. Her doors were open, letting in the cold. She appeared at the rail.
“Iolite,” he smiled.
She waved a hand in the air. “Here I am, Kerian! Come on up!”
He grinned and, with a salute, walked to the front door of the building and headed towards the elevator, smirking at the brown and orange color scheme chosen for the interior.
The elevator reached the top floor and the doors opened.
Before he stepped out, a pair of arms clasped around his waist. Iolite flung herself into him, her body’s warmth cut through the cold chill in his. Her hair smelled of patchouli and sandalwood, her underlying scent, rose.
“Hey now,” he laughed, pulling her tighter into his body. The doors started to shut on them.
Dressed in hip-hugging jeans and a gray sweater, her hair flowed like a large soft blanket behind her. Silvery hazel eyes sparkled. Ruby red lips puckered together and blew him a kiss. “This could be like that book I read,” she winked.
He arched an eyebrow. “What book?”
Hands slid down his back and around his chest. “Over the Moon.” Four sexy authors writing hot romances.”
With a grin, he held her hands in his, the softness of her skin a complement to his roughness. “I like where this could go.”
Her mouth seized his. Soft, pliant lips caressed his mouth, her sweet lips opening to invite him in.
Kerian’s tongue swirled around her mouth, tasting lush honey and wine as it explored her, stroking her tongue along with the rest of her.
Her tongue matched his stroke for stroke before wrapping around his and sucking.
Hands clasped his shoulders, tugging desperately at his shirt.
Kerian cupped Iolite’s face in his hands, caressing her mouth with his before plundering her with his tongue. Exploring every inch of her brought his cock to a hardness he hadn’t felt in a long time, and the warmth of her body pressing against his sent shudders through him.
“Mmm,” she pulled back from the kiss and hit a button on the elevator. The doors shut again. She dragged her mouth down his skin; she inhaled deeply and sank to her knees.
He heard the zipper on his jeans being yanked down. His cock sprang free into tiny little fingers that gripped him.
Kerian gripped a fistful of hair silken hair and inhaled sharply.
Velvet heat engulfed him from her mouth.
He jerked against her, unable to respond verbally.
She laughed, sending vibrations up the length of his cock. Her tongue swirled around his shaft and stroked the underside of him.
Flames raced up his body along. His fist tightened in her hair.
Iolite shifted but kept him deep in her mouth, only to pull back oh so slowly on him and drag her lips up his length.
Kerian clenched his free hand into a tight fist. Gritting his teeth, he managed to groan out, “You’re killing me, babe.”
She nodded, bobbing up and down on his cock. Fingers slid between his legs, cupping his balls.
The wolf inside wanted to mount her and claim her as his but the human encouraged sharing. Right now, Kerian couldn’t care about being anything but being inside her. The way her mouth moved on him made him jerk his hips against her mouth. He apologized silently for thrusting harder than he intended.
His cock slid out of her mouth with a loud pop. “It’s okay, silly.” She kissed the tip of his cock, smiling wide as it jumped in her fingers.
She sank her down on him again.
Kerian hissed, stumbled against the wall of the elevator, “I want inside you!”
She shook her head, swirling her tongue up the length of his shaft again before letting him slide out of her.
Pumping his now slicked cock up and down, Iolite licked the head like a lollipop before sucking him back inside her.
Kerian sucked in a breath. “Goddess you’re hot, your fucking mouth is so hot, Iolite!” His balls drew up against his body. Heat flushed his cheeks and sweat formed at his brow. Kerian’s eyes shut and his breathing picked up.
Iolite’s mouth could make a man or wolf forget all about his duties or cares.
She sucked and slurped harder, faster.
The tight coil of tension neared a breaking point with each thrust of her on him.
Iolite jerked him out of her mouth. She lowered her sweater and exposed creamy globes to his delight.
Her voice dropped to a husky note, “Come on me!”
Before he had a chance to respond, she sucked him harder, faster. Her tongue continued brushing over the sensitive spot on his head.
Kerian’s mind shattered at her touch. Spasms started low in his gut while his knees grew weak. He reached for her shoulders, dug his nails into her.

Building a Mystery(romance)
Some of you may have seen on twitter or facebook my talk of trying to write a novel in three days, starting TUESDAY! YES! Going to rock out the words like a buas heh.
I’ve mentioned briefly trying to cross other genres with romance. I’ve managed to get a decent foothold in science fiction/fantasy when I wrote books like Siddella’s Surrender and Bound to Her, made a good entry into contemporary romance with A Christmas Favour and Stuck, but now I’m trying my hand at something else.
I needed to write two stories for agent Saritza Hernandez, neither one in paranormal since both she and Marisa have plenty of that from me. We all feel that I can expand into the contemporary market with ease while growing as a writer.
In April I began plotting Liliana’s Awakening, a novella dealing with growth and finding passion between two penpals who become lovers. The trials and tribulations of crossing the cultural bridge even in today’s day and age make for the beginning of a great story about love knowing no bounds. I was very proud to write the story and happy I had the inspiration I did because the happily ever after I may have written (had to put that in there!) needed to be written for my heroine.
I completed the first draft just ahead of my proposed schedule of finishing the novella by June 1st (I finished it May 28th) and am letting it rest while I plot something new.
This month I’ve been focusing on crafting a romantic suspense novel, currently with a shit title. Honestly, I have NO idea what to name it since I’m still plotting it, but I’d read in an article on Ghost Woods where author Michael Moorcock talked about his basic tips for writing a 60,000 novel in THREE DAYS!
Imagine if I could do that a few times a year…
The fun you would all have as readers LOL! Anyway, I’ve spent the entire month of June preparing, trying to figure out how and where to drop bodies, why the bodies drop and how I’d kill the vis. I’ve crated three dynamic characters I hope you’ll get to meet very soon, all in the name of writing something outside my comfort zone!
I have one more day where I need to figure out some loose plot points, then away with the fairies I go!

Edits back for Paula’s Craving – Out soon from Decadent Publishing!
Naturally I have no cover art yet, but the book has been off for edits for a few weeks now and I have them back in my hot little hands. First round, with some expected changes, unexpected plot twists and new material. The scene I’m about to pull will end up here for you after my street team has seen it.
Dana, my editor at Decadent has done a wonderful job of pointing out weak spots and as we go through the story to enhance it, I think it’ll turn out to be something impressive for readers of contemporary romance.
Some back story for you folks:
Paula’s Craving was originally titled “Cliff” a romance novel I started when I was 15 years old, based on the idea that a shy teenager who saw himself as damaged goods thanks to his upbringing, was spotted and friended by a girl a few years older than he. She shows him through his clumsy teenage body how to enjoy life and change his outlook.
Well that book couldn’t have been published due to sexual content among the characters at the time but back in October, as I faced my first of two life changing events (both heart related and traumatizing in their own right) Paula and “Cliff” needed to have their story told. It screamed at me for a few weeks actually. I plotted, planned and had to realize the core issue still remained. “Cliff” had grown into Ryan, captain of Industry, but he hadn’t ever let himself be for the mistakes his parents made.
Yet when he stumbles into a hotel bar and sees Paula, he takes his one chance at temporary happiness by bedding the woman he’s pined for over the last 15 years.
Paula knows better and determined woman that she is, chases after Ryan. The rest of the plot, I’m changing so you can’t know yet LOL!
Until then, I hoe you eagerly anticipate the release of Paula’s Craving, a short contemporary romance about people learning to accept themselves as they let love in.

Just finished JR Ward’s Lover Reborn
Just finished the book and Goddamn was it good. First off, most of you know I have issue with the multiple POV switching shit, but this book seemed more seamless. Said that a lot on line though.
The depth of emotion put into the characters rocked my world, watching and understanding what Tohrment and Rosalhynda (later , Autumn) went through separately. And the fucking ending…no spoiler alerts. Let’s just say goddamn man, goddamn.
Now I understand I missed the previous book, Payne’s story so I’m definitely a little confused by things but it’s the ONLY book I haven’t read, aside from the current release and the mini story with Zsadist, his shellan and Nalla. But hey, I’m a writer, I’ll catch up between projects LOL!
These books have been an inspiration for me honestly. My older work, longer work, tends to deal in darker themes and find characters who are so damaged and fucked up…didn’t think a market for them existed. Apparently, judging by the type of reader response I got when I mentioned I was going through the series, I was (thankfully) wrong.
Looking forward to more by the WarDEN. Much more.

In case you need some Decadence from me: Unedited Excerpt from my contemporary romance Paula’s Craving follows -
Paula wrapped her legs around Ryan’s hips, enjoying the strength in his body.
He thrust inside her, entwined arms cradling her close like she imagined he would.
The weight of his body blanketed hers now, his mouth fell on her. He tasted masculine, of honey and whiskey, his aroma a heady scent mingling with their arousal.
He trailed kisses down her chin, nibbling over her flesh, making each nerve stand up and beg its turn for his affections.
She tightened her thighs around him, wrapped her arms around his broad shoulders and let him fill her to the brim over and over again.
Ryan caressed her breast, pinched the nipple and took it in his mouth, forcing a moan from her.
She arched her breasts upward, loving the wet suction of his lips and the flicking of his tongue back and forth over her nipple.
He caressed her hips, drove slowly in and out, rocking his hips against hers so he hit her clit just the right way.
Tightness swelled in her belly. Every bit of her burned for him. She tangled fingers in his long blond hair and tried to bring his mouth to hers.
He murmured something against her breast, then licked a trail of heat up her chest, over her collarbone before finally stopping at her ear.
“Baby, I’m so glad,” she panted, “Finally!”
Ryan stopped mid thrust, stiffened against her and jerked his head up.
“What?” She opened her eyes and met his gaze, found the fierceness and some other emotion in the depths of his blue irises.
Quickly, he masked his emotions again and began a slow, rhythmic movement that made Paula’s breath hitch.
She dug her nails into his arms, moved her hands jerkily down to grip his waist and help him thrust harder.
“So close,” she threw her head back. “So close, come with me, Ryan. Come with me!”
He took advantage of her open mouth and captured her lips, thrusting his tongue in at the same speed he drove his cock in.
Every movement seemed to be for her. Hell, even after all this time apart, she swore they fit together perfectly. Ryan had been the shy one in high school but she caught onto his little game.
He’d been on her mind again. Ryan always occupied her mind at the oddest times, providing unspoken support when she most needed it. Then, she bumped into him at one of her local haunts and when his eyes met hers, her heart hammered.
Just the same way Ryan’s hips did against hers.
Every bit of contact against his skin wasn’t enough. She clawed at his hips, urging him on before his final thrust sent her over the edge.
Paula stiffened, moaning his name while running her hands up Ryan’s large frame. “Come baby!”
At that moment, he did, his cock pulsing rapidly inside her.
She squeezed him harder, dug her heels into his ass while she ran her fingers through his hair and stroked him.
His breathing labored, heart pounded loudly against her chest.
Finally, he settled down and lay over her, blanketing her.
A few minutes passed. Paula shifted, reluctantly slid Ryan out of her, tugged off the used condom and discarded it. Someday she’d like to feel him explode inside her. Right now, his suggestion of safe sex both warmed her heart and irritated her.
Padding over to the bathroom, she grabbed a washcloth, cleaned herself off and sauntered back to the bed in her Vegas hotel room. Looking at Ryan’s muscular frame and the way his hair fell over his face, softening his features, made her heart flutter a little.
Slowly, she crawled back into bed beside him, felt him clutch her possessively.
A smile crossed her lips as she closed her eyes and let the sound of his even breathing send her into dreamland.
The next morning Paula woke up to an empty space beside her. No note, no remnants, nothing.
Ryan had disappeared.
She grit her teeth and bit back tears at the thought he’d give her an incredible time then leave without so much as a kiss goodbye.
That didn’t seem like him. Well, actually it did but it wasn’t the real him.
No man bared his soul in bed to her like Ryan had.
Paula sat up and wiped away tears she couldn’t stop from falling, then steadied her resolve. “You’re not getting away from me, Ryan.”
Look out soon for Paula’s Craving, coming from Decadent Publishing
