I was really excited to get a chance to taste this Cinnamon Apple flavored matcha from Adagio. This would actually be a really good gift for any tea lover, because it’s very good quality matcha.I have a bamboo match whisk, but you can use a regular whisk to make matcha. I especially love matcha lattes when the weather is colder.I combine 2 teaspoons of sugar with 1.5 teaspoons of matcha.
