I'm very pleased to announce the forthcoming publication of two new books in 2022. The first is Twice upon a Time: Selected Stories, 1898–1939, the third volume in The L.M. Montgomery Library and a collection of Montgomery’s short stories that reveals how she revised her periodical fiction for her books, including Anne of Green Gables and its ever-popular sequels; it will be published by University of Toronto Press in spring 2022. The second is my first novel, In the Key of Dale, about a sixteen-year-old queer music prodigy who starts writing letters to his late father; it will be published by Arsenal Pulp Press in fall 2022. I will keep you posted on both books as further information about them becomes available. Both books have been in the works for quite a while, so I'm very excited to share them with you next year!

I've just published a blog post in which I reveal the cover for my upcoming YA debut novel, In the Key of Dale , which will be published by Arsenal Pulp Press in fall 2022. I've updated my website to include the cover, the synopsis, and information about preordering it.

Dale and Rusty have lived in my imagination for nearly a decade, so I'm really looking forward to introducing you to them this fall!
