Just a face in the crowd

You are loved!

Yesterday I had posted a question on my Twitter to which I got many interesting responses. What I had asked was this:

"Do you believe blessings of people come true? By corollary, do you believe curses can?"

The reason why I asked it was because I get so many mails which express gratitude for what I write. They tell me how much my words have helped them, how much they have motivated them, moved

There's someone awesome in your life!

Not everybody will always treat you fair. You might have done everything you possibly could for them. You might have been there for them in their times of need. You might have had some really great moments with them. You might have cherished their friendship,even treasured it and given it a lot more importance than it deserved. This is my mother's cottage. I must have clicked a countless pictures of this. It enthralls me just the same no matter how many times I see it. I am compelled to click a picture.

I did not die.

If you have not read my post of 7th Sept 2010, do read it here, before going further.

Right now, I am typing from a remote little  village in Kerala, lying on the cool granite floor in my mom's cottage. I am surrounded by miles and miles of  lush green rubber forests. There is also silence, darkness, the sounds of crickets and  a myriad other insects chirping and the soothing sound of rain as
