WH Press Sec Robert Gibbs Admits White House Violating Law

During the daily press briefing by White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs told Fox News Major Garrett the White House will not collect emails, names etc... received from the White House's flag@whitehouse.gov. There is one small problem with Mr. Gibbs statement: by law the White House cannot delete or destroy those emails, in fact federal law requires that all information be retained and archived.
