MORE US ATTORNEY FAILURES TO APPLY LAW TO OBAMA SUPPORTERS

The below link is to the story about The Atlantic magazine writer Andrew Sullivan being given special treatment by the US Attorney while continuing with prosecuting others in the same court at the same time for the same charge. It seems the US Attorney feels Mr. Sullivan's attacks on Sarah Palin and her infant son Trig was worthy of being exempt from prosecution.

I wanted to update everyone concerning our efforts to have the book Barack Obama & Larry Sinclair: Cocaine, Sex, Lies & Murder? place on Bookstore tables.

Because this is our first title and we are a "small press" publisher, we do not have the financial resources for the marketing/publicity campaign required by Barnes & Noble, Borders, Books-a-Million etc... to have the stores place our book on the shelves at this time. I have downloaded the ORDERS of US District Court Judge David O. Carter entered September 8, 2009 in Santa Ana California for anyone who wants to read them.

One item I think needs to be noted is that contrary to claims that the Judge denied Defendants Motion to Dismiss, according to the below Order's, Judge Carter set the Defendants Motion to Dismiss to be heard on October 5, 2009. Again, this is for informational purposes only and to be truthful and accurate about the rulings Tuesday.
