Heller Brothers are BACK!
I'm so thrilled to announce that my Heller Brothers Hockey series is back, and it's new and improved!
I recently got the rights back to Breakaway, Faceoff and One Man Advantage. I’m re-releasing them now, with beautiful new covers that match the covers of Hat Track and Offside.
If you’ve already read them, you may not want purchase them again. Although I’ll tempt you by sharing that I did add a few scenes to Breakaway—in the middle and at the end of the book. I also tweaked a few things that some readers had complained about, mostly with Remi.
Also, I added quite a few scenes to Faceoff—taking it from a novella to a short novel that will also be available in print. When I wrote Faceoff, it was for a specific call for submissions for my publisher and couldn’t be more than 30,000 words. I had to keep it short, but I always felt there was more to Kyla and Tag’s story, so now I got to tell it.
One Man Advantage has been cleaned up a little but probably isn’t noticeably different than the first version.
Oh, and one more thing to tempt you…Breakaway is on sale for just .99 as a special re-release promotion. It will go up to 3.99 June 1. Faceoff is 2.99 and One Man Advantage is 3.99.
I’m hopeful that with pretty new covers and lower prices, I’ll be able to reach out to more readers, especially hockey lovers, so even if you don’t re-purchase the books I hope you’ll help spread the word about them!

Loving Maddie from A to Z
Home is where the hearts are… Award-winning photojournalist Zack Donovan is happy to be alive after being held captive by a band of rebels in Syria. He’s not so happy to be on his way back to Chicago to recuperate with his college friends Maddie and Aidan, who are now a couple. The fear while being held prisoner was nothing compared to how he feels about facing the two people who unknowingly broke his heart seven years ago.
Maddie and Aidan are deeply in love, but lately they feel something is missing for them. They’d do anything to make the other happy, but are struggling to figure out what that is. Those problems are set aside, however, when their best friend from college is taken hostage in Syria. After graduation, Maddie and Aidan were hurt by Zack’s refusal to ever come home to visit, but he’s still their friend and he has no family, so when he’s finally free they insist he come stay with them to recover.
Zack’s a different man now. He’s seen terrible things. He’s come to terms with his sexuality and embraced his need to dominate. Maddie and Aidan would be shocked to know the kinds of things he likes to do. A guy like him will never have a relationship like theirs. But when Zack realizes he might be able to show Maddie and Aidan what they’re missing, he faces a dilemma. Do something? Do nothing? Pretend everything’s fine? Help them if he can? But will showing them what they’re missing help save their relationship…or destroy it?

I now have signed contracts clutched in my hands so I can finally share my exciting news!

Here's a little excerpt with a "swoon worthy" line from my hero Raff:
He sat back on his towel and began rubbing sunscreen onto his chest and arms.
“You gonna do my back for me?” he inquired.
“No.”
“What? You’d let me burn?”
She turned her head, her cheek on her arms, and met his eyes. “You’re making me
crazy.”
“I know.” His grin widened as her gaze dropped to his hands moving over his chest and
abs, and her lips parted. “That makes us even then, because you’re making me crazy too.”
Her eyelashes fluttered as she studied him with female interest.
“You’re also making me hard,” he continued. “Again.”
Her eyes flew open wide. Then she lifted her head, turned it the other way and lowered
it to her arms again. “A dip in the ocean would probably help with that.”
He couldn’t stop the laugh that burst from his chest. “That wasn’t what I had in mind.”
She said nothing.
“Don’t you want to know what I did have in mind?”
“No.”
“I was thinking about you and me having an afternoon nap. Back at the cottage. In that
big king-size bed.”
“I fail to see how a nap would help your…erection.” She still didn’t look at him.
“Well, I was speaking euphemistically. What I really meant was, I was thinking about
fucking you.” He kept his voice low and gentle, leaning closer. “Fucking you slow and sweet
and lazy in the middle of the afternoon.”
He heard her faint moan, saw her fingers curl into her palms.
