Umpierre’s address has changed to her old former mailing at Brockport, New York where she used to be Department Head and Professor of Spanish who was de-tenured for supporting a colleague: Patricia J.Siegel and her daughter Moira E. Finley. Umpierre wrote a Letter to Moira included in For Christine labeling Moira a sobrina del alma and never a daughter as explained in the letter. Later on, she wrote a chapbook called: Pour toi/ For Moira to thank those who had prayed around the world for Moira’s open heart surgery at Children’s Hospital in Boston.

Harasser Luzma Umpierre convicted felony for forgery

While I know it is difficult for this loser to distinguish fact from fiction, the most wanted by the F.B.I. ‘character’ who went to prison was in my novel GIVE IT TO ME. THAT WAS FICTION.

As for the F.B.I. they went to see her last year to tell her to keep away from me and my son.

FACT: 2013: UMPerra surrounded by her ‘fans’ at my son’s alma mater where she spun tales of rescuing “Ana Castillo’s son” from a prison. Disgraceful exploitation of the name of a young male of color because of his mother’s renown. (I hope her sponsors were proud of themselves.)

Umperra’s innumerable attempts at gaining public sympathy and soliciting funds for herself.

FACT: Last year, this loser called the Chicago Police Dept. with allegations that my son and I were plotting her assassination. The detective Umperra called is named below. The public information below was forwarded to me by the same detective. Way to go, Loser. Trying to get a young man of color falsely arrested just because he and his mother ignore you.

Poet Nemir Matos Cintrón was taken to court by her former friend with false charges. Unsurprisingly, the accuser lost. She didn’t even show up. In fact, her attorney quit on her. This is posted here because I too, have been charged by this same individual with abuse–hard to do when we’ve never been in the same room.

Outlandish false claims of multiple serious illnesses, elder abuse, homophobia, racism, ethnic divisions and domestic violence to gain public sympathy, con monetary donations and attempt to sue unsuspecting targets when there are real victims is vile and disgusting.
