Unauthorized use of copyrighted images.
On the Loser’s author’s page now:
Loser also set up this unauthorized site using my name and professional copyrighted photograph
On Google search, if you clicked on this picture it took you to the above size. Obviously she intended to reroute communications meant for me.:
Continued use of my name, son’s name and our images is evidence of Umperra’s obsessive trolling and harassment. Numerous postings with threats meant to cause me pain and suffering to damage our reputations and that cause me emotional and physical damage continue here:

At my son’s alma mater publicly boasting of alleged heroic support of him without discretion or consideration for his reputation or my own.
According to the Loser’s sponsors (who’s e-mails we have) she was strictly asked not to mention my name but to keep her program to her own literary efforts. But she did not. Copyrighted image? Please. You made it public, so here it is.
Cyber bullying? I have infinite of communications from you and about your deviate communiques with others about me and my family to this end, am too glad now to post them on my own web site. They speak for themselves.
I am not threatening Luzma Umpierre, have never met her and have no desire to meet with her. She is of no interest to me, my family, immediate associations, La Tolteca ‘Zine and it’s contributor and should stop contacting and harassing us.

Cyber bullying? Please. Try this on for starters. Loser’s death threat of me and another woman in 2013:

You’ll have to explain the years of emails, calls, mailings, stalking appearances around the country, threats on my sponsors, anonymous and male voice SKYPE calls you make to countless with the sole purpose of threatening people’s careers, Luke Montier. Or is it still Germaine? Here is part of the email you sent me making a death threat of a surprise lethal injection. You reposted it on FB the next day so don’t bother denying this is you. You took out the death threat–too late, many of us who you harass have both.
