Today is our first UK Young Adult Fiction Day, here in the middle Saturday of our designated UKYA month, and there are many online events taking place: twitter chats and updates - see #UKYA or #UKYADay on Twitter for details - Facebook stuff and blog posts.

UK YA Day is about celebrating homegrown YA fiction in a popular genre where many readers turn to US writers for their teen fiction fix.
