Life is lived inside the mind
It is very common question which come across whenever we meet our friends / relatives and others.
" How is life going on "
Answer to this question comes in different way like ..
-- It is going very good / going tough / going cool / going hectic and many more.
We interpret about the life based on our recent experiences ( Good / Bad etc )
OR
We can say life is all about experiencing and the place where these experiences are felt is our mind.
In other words we can say life is lived inside the mind means whatever you are feeling at any moment is basically going on in our mind.
So the next question is
1. Can we control our feelings ?
