Ohio Gay Marriage; Gay TV Wedding; Danny Pinaturo Marries

Ohio Gay Marriage

A judge is now saying he plans to strike down the gay marriage ban in Ohio.

Judge Timothy Black made a statement giving notice that he will issue his ruling on 14 April - the advance notice is to give the state time to be ready with an appeal.

You can read more here. I hope we see more of this. It's absurd that Tony and I are legally married in some places yet not in our own state, Pennsylvania.

Gay TV Wedding

I think I have mentioned I was always a closet fan of soap operas. The...

He Slept With 200 Men; Kevin Spacey on Gay; Arianna Huffington: Thrive

He Slept With 200 Men

I don't know why I find this fascinating. Is it because this guy claims he slept with over two hundred men? Or because he actually kept a record of it? In any event, after bedding down with over 200 men a UK man is now claiming he's been turned around, he's now straight, and he's living happily-ever-after.

The 46-year-old, who is now part of a British Christian ‘gay cure’ group People Can Change, has now written about how he was able to ‘convert’.

When he was 18, and he m...

Anti-Anti Gay Bullies

This article is making the claim that Brendan Eich was pressured into resigning from his new position of CEO at Mozilla. Among many great accomplishments in his life, he co-founded Mozilla and helped conceive JavaScript language. However, he was also a large contributor to Proposition 8 in California which was designed to keep same sex marriage illegal.

Recently, he was appointed to be the CEO of Mozilla. All hell broke loose. People couldn’t believe that such a...

Paula Deen Shutters; Gay Virgin Gets Off; Tom Daley Is Really Gay

Paula Deen Shutters

Talk about the midnight move. Paula Deen closed one of her restaurants, Uncle Bubba's, and allegedly didn't bother to tell the employees.

The only explanation was posted on the restaurant's Facebook page this morning -- "Thank you for 10 great years. Uncle Bubba's is now closed."

People were pissed off, including one woman who says,  "My mother worked there for over 8 years and no one called her!!! My fiance also worked there no one called him, in fact a UB manager cal...

Footballer Porn Surfaces; Seth Rogen's Zac Efron Crush; Oh, Naughty Plagiarist

Irish Footballer Porn

A 25 year old Irish footballer is allegedly being bullied and abused online now because he did gay porn. Actually, he did a gay for pay film that can be found on a "well-known" web site where "straight" guys fake being gay for a gay audience.

Posted online last month on The Casting Room, a man that appears to be the athlete is interviewed discussing his sexual preferences.

The man, given the pseudonym of ‘Fergus’, is wearing a London GAA top – the sam...

My Buying Community

I came across an interesting piece the other day at The Digital Reader where strong allegations about publishers and authors gaming Amazon bestseller lists was discussed. There's a web site (I think) called My Buying Community that allegedly acts (I think) in much the same way as services that sell reviews. (I think I got that right, but don't quote me because I'm not forming any opinions here). It claims to have over 10,000 users.

The only problem...

Lee Ryan Called Gay

Jasmine Waltz who is the ex-girlfriend of British Pop singer, Lee Ryan, recently accused Ryan of being gay. And where else would she do this? On Twitter, of course. They met while doing Celebrity Big Brother in the UK and when it was all over and Waltz went back to LA she wound up severely disappointed when she discovered Ryan allegedly went back to men. Lee Ryan has already openly stated he's bisexual and Waltz knew this.

  She then tweeted: 'Wish...

RuPaul's Transphobic? Modern Family is Poison? Boy Scouts Fire Troop Leader

RuPaul's Transphobic?

There are so many new politically correct words, terms, and phrases these days that when I key in words like transphobic I get a spell-check alert on some devices and not on others. Even computers are confused. And I think this article that talks about RuPaul's TV show coming under fire for using "transphobic" terms is a good example of the way many of us wonder whether or not we're using the right terms these days. Even the most innocent slip-up, never mea...

Release Day: The Preacher's Husband

This is the second book in the Glendora Hill series, The Preacher's Husband.

Right now it's up on Smashwords, and I'll keep posting with updates as it becomes available on other web sites where e-books are sold. Sometimes it takes a while to upload these books.

This is a stand alone and you don't have to read the first book to understand this one. It's priced at .99 for the time being and it has 60,000 words.

Here's the back cover copy description:
