Do you feel imprisoned?
Aloha
You are not imprisoned. You are asleep.
Your thoughts and beliefs limit you. I know there is a "the crazy of the house" that never stops and tells you many stories.
Do you feel that no matter where you move, you can only reach a certain point, and it's like you are against a wall that prevents you to go further?
Yes, there is that wall that possibly stops you: Memories! Many of them from others lifetimes. Experiences you've lived that even you don't remember but they are "talking and controlling you" all the time.
The walls are there for a reason. They are not there to keep you out. They are there to see how bad you really want it, how much you really trust.
You need to decide if you are going to identify yourself with your mind and those limitations right now. Remember, your intellect doesn't know who you are, nor can see all the possibilities.
You have a unique mission to accomplish. Comparing yourself with anyone else or judging is useless and counterproductive.
Hope you chose to “Stay on track” and join me in my monthly Q&A next Tuesday, July 30th.

Never give up
Aloha my friend,
Now, I am in Cabo San Lucas on vacation with my sons and nephews. Thank you God. I am so happy and grateful.
The testimonies I have received during my last tour in South America are the ones that give me the confirmation of the work I am doing. I need to keep going. Like the mother at the end of the seminar in Buenos Aires said in my ear: "Thank you Mabel, my daughter just told me that you have saved her life, because she was thinking about suicide."
The first day In Chile, I honestly told the participants that I was tired and I didn’t want to be there that day. I shared how Dr. Ihaleakalá used to say, “I want to go home” many times during the seminars and people thought he was joking, but he was not.
Later on that day, a woman raised her hand and shared how it was a miracle that her grandson is alive thanks to something she did, because I responded to her e-mail immediately, and the doctors cannot explain it. I really got tears in my eyes with her testimony.
No matter how tired I am, I cannot stop. Before leaving Buenos Aires, Lucia, a special autistic girl, asked her mother if she could talk to me. I was thrilled when she told me,"Mabel, you changed my life. My heart is happier since I met you. Mabel, you are doing important work"
Yes, I have to continue. You know, Dr. Ihaleakalá kept telling me all the time: "It looks easy to teach this stuff, doesn’t it?" Now I know what he meant. Yes, "it looks" easy.
Our destiny is too great and our assignment is too important to get discouraged, tired or distracted. Things come against us because we are heading towards the fullness of our destiny. The enemy doesn’t fight people who are going the wrong way. Just know God put something on us to override anything and anybody against us.
That is why I chose this theme for the Q&A of this month, and like Winston Churchill said: “Never, never give up.”
I “see you” on the teleclass on Thursday, July 28th.

Ho'oponopono transforms your loneliness
Aloha my friend,
I already presented in Bogota and I am back in Buenos Aires. Time really flies.
There's nothing like realizing that we are all family. During the seminars in Bogota, after watching a video about DNA and how we are all related, we decided to call each other "cousins."
I also have received very special gifts there, because we had several testimonies from men and kids.
One man told me: "Mabel, I sleep and wake up with you every day.” I couldn't help it but commenting: "I hope your wife is not jealous!” Well, it's not the first time a man shared with me a testimony like that. They usually agree they wake up happier and they are much more at peace. They worry less.
Let me clarify, just in case some weird thought passed through your mind, that what this means is that they fall asleep and wake up listening to my audios!
Regarding the kids, I interviewed some of them at the end of the seminar, they said that they thought the training was fun and entertaining, and that they would use the tools... The most important part was when I asked them what they could tell me about God. Some of them responded: "Excellent" "Very important" "He is always with us."
Well, is important we do not forget that God is very close to us, and that we are not alone. This is why I chose this theme for this month’s Q&A, because loneliness and aloneness are not synonymous.
Yes, you have to come to terms with your loneliness, so much so that the loneliness is transformed into aloneness. Only then, you will be capable of moving into a deep, enriching relationship. You want to move into a relationship like a master, not like a beggar.
“See you” this coming Tuesday con the call. Remember to send your questions!

Save the date. It is tomorrow Friday
Aloha my friend,
Is it already in your calendar to buy my latest book "My Reflections on Ho'oponopono" tomorrow on Amazon? I will send you a $24.95 podcast of a LIVE conference with Dr. Ihaleakala as a thank you gift if you buy it tomorrow. Friday, June 3rd., 2016.
Below you can read one of the many testimonies from people that have already read it.
Editorial Sirio published my book in Spain in November 2014 so now I am a published author!. Well, now I published it in English like I published my other ones.
Much of this new book is based on my practicing and teaching of Ho’oponopono, and experiences accumulated during almost twelve years spent with my mentor, Dr. Ihaleakalá Hew Len. The remaining content is based on my own life experiences: first as a mother, accountant, business consultant and tax specialist in the United States, and then as an author, lecturer, peace ambassador, and seminar leader throughout the world. This book has been created from a selection of many articles I've written over the years, which have been given discursive coherence.
In this book, I share my experiences through practical stories and topics that concern and affect us all. I also illustrate the incredible way Ho’oponopono has definitely turned out to be the easiest and most efficient path for me.
In addition to the variety of topics, such as relationships, money, death, diet, depression, peace and children, the book offers an explanation of the core concepts of Ho’oponopono.

The concepts and messages within are simple reminders that only we can change our lives, no one outside of ourselves can do anything, and each of us is responsible – not to blame – for the people and situations that we attract into our lives. This book searches to remember that light and love yearn to be behind every challenge of our lives and, when those challenges we face are the biggest, even greater are the blessings we receive.
This book will change your perspective, about how you deal with the challenges and threats of life. You learn to react less, become more aware and alert; therefore, you will be happier and more at peace.
I read Mabel Katz' s book "My Reflections about Ho'oponopono." I read it many times and read parts of it every day. Now I confront my obstacles much more confident, more sure of myself. Now I know there are always solutions to all my problems because I am full of positive energy. This energy betters my attitude and my future comings. Thank you. I am very grateful for that.

Ho'oponopono: Why Choosing Happiness is up to You!
Why Choosing Happiness is up to You!
According to respected scientific journals, enhanced employee happiness produces accelerated productivity and improved work performance.
We all face countless challenges every day, at work and at home, that require immediate solutions and demand a wide range of skills. It is important to broaden, open our minds, be flexible, get out of the box and think different.
This is why I picked the topic of “Achieving happiness by being your authentic self” at my last keynote speaking engagement at the Women’s Leadership Network.
Happy and authentic people create happy and successful businesses.
I think it's extremely important that we discover how to align ourselves with our work and enjoy greater success and fulfillment in all areas of our lives.
I shared with the audience how I started believing in the power of Ho'oponopono when I started applying it in my business as a senior tax accountant and witnessed life changing results that have led me to become the person that I am today.
Many times we think the notion of happiness is only important in our personal lives, however from my own personal experience I will tell you that is as important to seek and create happiness in your business, work environment and/or for your employees.
Just fill out your information below and watch the full version of my presentation and please stay tuned for more in Part 2 of Why Happiness is up to You!

Ho'oponopono: You can find Bliss TOMORROW
Aloha my friend,
I am on my way home to Buenos Aires. Yes, my South American tour starts there. I am very happy as always, because I will also share some time with family and friends there.
We are all looking for happiness, peace and freedom, but we don’t want to let go of what is not working in our lives and we keep replaying.
For example, we all play victims and look to get attention from others, but it makes us beggars and we don’t feel good even when we obtain the attention.
Would you like to know why is so hard to let go of these kind of behaviors that are not working in our lives and how can we change these addictions and programming? Join me this Wednesday May 25th in the monthly Q&A.
This is also your opportunity to ask questions and get more clarity and inspiration.
See more information below.

Ho’oponopono is "The Secret"
I share with you an article that I wrote back in 2008, but you will find that still applies today. Hope it helps to clarify and supports your journey.
The Secret Tells Only Part of the Secret
“Ho’oponopono is beyond ‘The Secret.’ That’s what Joe Vitale, one of the authors of The Secret, declared in January, 2007, at a seminar he presented with Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, in Texas.
Ho’oponopono is “The Secret”
I decided to write my book The Easiest Way because I knew I had discovered a secret and I couldn’t keep it to myself. When I was a little girl, the people in my family refused to share secrets with me because they knew I would run and tell everybody. Now, ever since I discovered this secret, I definitely have been running and telling everybody I can. In my opinion, The Secret is really the incredible power we all have to change our lives without depending on anybody or anything outside of ourselves.
I have been in training with Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, a Hawaiian Shaman, for the last 10 years. For much of this time I thought that it was not easy to take 100% of the responsibility, as Ho’oponopono requires. But I persevered. In time, I came to know that taking 100% of the responsibility is The Easiest Way. Think about it. If we have created a situation, we can change it!
I know people have been trying some of the concepts shared in the Secret, like thinking positively, and have become discouraged. When results are not forthcoming they feel there is something wrong with them, or lose hope. In my opinion, this is because The Secret sets forth only a portion of the “whole” Secret, and it does so in a simplistic way. As Joe Vitale pointed out, Ho’oponopono truly goes beyond these concepts, and I ardently wish to make this known. Below I have included a few excerpts in order to clarify some of the shortcomings of the “Law of Attraction” as exposed in The Secret.
The Secret states that:
The mind can manifest anything that man can imagine.
This sounds great, but we are not conscious of the millions of thoughts playing in the background of our mind, in our unconscious mind. Unfortunately, we cannot control these because we are not aware of them. In reality, while we are imagining, visualizing, and “controlling” 2% of our thoughts, the other 98% is playing in the background possibly undermining the positive focus we are trying to create consciously. This might lead us to lose hope when we do not understand why things don’t work out the way we expect.
We are the result of our thoughts. Of course! But again, which thoughts?
The 2% we are aware of or the 98% we are not? We may think we are in control, but unless we are letting go and giving permission to the part of us that knows what is perfect and right for us to bring it to us, we are totally controlled by the unconscious thoughts Ho’oponopono, calls memories or old programs. Even when we think the process of mentally manifesting situations is working because we easily obtain something we imagined or visualized, in reality this is merely a manipulation of reality and, if it is not correct for us, it will disappear as quickly as it came. It is true that we are powerful beyond measure. We are creators, and we create with our thoughts. This is very important to know. However, it is also important to know that we do not fully know who we are. We really don’t know everything we are thinking, and what is worse, we don’t know that we don’t know.
Everything that comes to our lives (good and bad) we have created, we have attracted.
I concur in that taking 100% of responsibility is a MUST. There is nothing outside ourselves. It’s just us and our thoughts. If we want something to change, we need to change.
All human beings are influenced by the same forces and laws. We use the same energy and we use the same oxygen to breathe.
I fully agree with this statement. It doesn’t matter if you have money or not, if you are a professional or not, or how many university degrees you possess. However, I believe that the basic law that affects us all is that we must take 100% of the responsibility and know everything depends on the choices we make. We are always choosing, and we must choose if we prefer to let go and let the universe (God) bring us what is perfect for us, or continue believing that we know it all and can solve everything by ourselves.
Hold on to your desires. Do whatever is necessary to feel your desires are already here.
This statement is partially the result of thinking we know it all. Because we think we know, we tend to give orders. We tell GOD what, how and when we want it. We treat Him as a concierge. How do we know what is right and perfect for us? The truth is we just need to give God permission, and then allow Him to do the work. I promise that you will be amazed by the results.
Do whatever is necessary to feel your desire is already here. While you are making all this effort to feel, and make it right (forcing, manipulating) at the conscious level, your unconscious is somewhere else. We need to treat our unconscious with love, and ask it to let go. This is the true meaning behind the maxim “Love your enemies.”
Being happy is the short cut to getting where you want to go faster.
I used to tell my kids, “Your job is to be happy.” Have you ever noticed that, when you are happy, good things “happen to you” and “come to you” miraculously? This is possible because, when we are happy we usually are not thinking or worrying! In this state, we are open and flexible. We stop being an obstacle in our own way, and we allow for whatever is right and perfect for us to come.
When you are feeling good, you attract good things. When you are feeling bad, you attract bad things.
I have found that sometimes I may be feeling fine, and still don’t know why I am not attracting the good things in my life. I believe this might be caused either by the million unconscious thoughts running in my head or the fact that I am asking for something that I consider “good” but that is truly not correct for me.
More About Ho’oponopono
Ho’oponopono is the cheek of love. “Show the other cheek.”
Ho’oponopono is to ask. “Knock, and the door will open.”
Ho’oponopono is being kids again. “We need to be children to enter the Lord’s kingdom.”
Ho’oponopono is to let go and let God. “What you resist persists.”
Ho’oponopono is giving permission. “Ask, and you shall receive.”
Ho’oponopono is about loving your enemies. “Thank you to all my memories and old programs.”
You are the only one who can change your life. You are always right, if you say you can, you can, and if you say you can’t, you can’t.
The universe is always listening. Ask, and you shall receive. God is just waiting for you to take the first step.

Ho'oponopono: How do you feel physically?
Aloha my friend,
Emotion is created by motion
I am very happy to be back home in Los Angeles
More than 1,500 people were in my conference in Puebla, Mexico and more than 300 people in the Ho’oponopono seminar I presented in Mexico City.
Lots of cleaning. I am grateful for the opportunities.
I keep learning as I go. Like Dr. Ihaleakalá always said “I just show up to see what is going to be said”
Emotions are very powerful and we know how they can control us. But here is an interesting thing. While many researchers have studied how the body can be affected by emotions, only recently have they become interested in how emotions are affected by the body.
Yes, change the way you move and you can change your life. This is why I chose “Emotion is created my Motion” as the theme for our Q&A this month. The class is Wednesday April 27th, at 1 pm California time. Remember to send your questions early!

Teotihuacan, an important place for my growth
Aloha my friend,
I'm feeling renewed and very happy after sharing with such special group these days in Teotihuacan.
Teotihuacan has always been an important place for my growth, both now and in the past; there I had the opportunity to work with my fear of heights (acrophobia). This time proved to be just as special, as the group convinced me to go on my very first hot air balloon ride the very first day I arrived. Teotihuacan also had other unexpected and "interesting" experiences waiting for me.
It was a true rebirth for everyone in every way and I am very grateful for the dedication and willingness of the group.
We measured the energy of the group when we arrived, and on the last day when we measured it again, it had increased so much that we went of the chart!
We definitely raised our energy in Teotihuacan, but I think the most important piece was what we were able to let go of, how much grew and all of our experiences. So much we cannot even count!
Soon I will be heading to South America.
NOW, I highly recommend you go for it. Let go and trust.
