The POWER of Goal Achieving Consistency
I have an important question for you, and I mean it seriously: Do you truly want to achieve your goals? If you’re saying “yes,” then let me ask one more question: Do you work consistently on making your goals reality?
I’ve found that one of the most essential elements in goal achieving is consistency – making consistent time to work on your most important goal-achieving activities. Dictionary.com defines consistency as: steadfast adherence to the same principles, course, etc.
Coaching clients o...

Making Our Own Luck
I’d like to share a fictional story about finding pennies. It’s really a story of optimism and belief in the ability to create your own opportunities for abundance and wealth, no matter the economy. It’s also the story of a woman who knows how to make her own luck.
The town of Graysville was, for the most part, an unhappy town. Many of its citizens were out of work and money was scarce. No matter the economic climate there was one woman in this town who was never without wealth. She was also a h...

Are Goals Really Necessary
Before I got serious about succeeding in my business and my life, I didn’t believe in goal setting. Maybe believe isn’t the right word. Quite frankly I didn’t know about setting goals. No one taught me or showed how to set a goal or why setting a goal was important.
Here’s what I remember growing up:
1. I was told where to be and at what time. Example: School bus stop, dinner table, ballet lessons, etc.
2. I was told what needed to be done and by when and it was expected to be done.
3. All duri...

No More Goodbyes – New Release!
I like “real” emotions, plot twists and turns, and satisfying endings.
The men are mature, strong, and considerate.
The women are smart, independent, and thoughtful.
The main characters find that special someone with whom they will enjoy the next chapter of their lives.
If that sounds like your type of romance reading, then you’ll enjoy No More Goodbyes.

Let’s Choose Happiness in 2022
I believe happiness is a choice. You can choose to live life surrounded by those things that make you smile or choose to focus on those things that make you frown.
Here’s what I’ve learned about happiness:
* Happy people attract happy people.
* Happy people are hopeful.
* Happy people like and accept themselves.
It’s the beginning of the New Year and many of us write new goals for the coming year. What if you were to develop happier habits? What if you set a few happiness goals?
If happiness i...

The Real Santa Dad
I have a personal story about serendipity, Santa Claus, and my dad. I’ll tell it through the eyes of my husband and myself. Everything we are going to share is true – believe me, you cannot make something like this up. (The story is a little long but worth reading and seeing the picture at the end.)
My Husband’s Story:
Sharon’s dad and I loved photography. Our favorite subjects were lighthouses and freighters. Living in Michigan with access to the Great Lakes gave us a tremendous variety of subje...
