How Does My Garden Grow?

Hey, here's my vegetable and herb garden for this summer!

Okay, it's not so much a garden yet as it is a giant pile of dirt waiting for me to plant stuff in it.

Biker Dude built it for me last fall. Last week we added soil. It's ready for vegetables and herbs. I'm very excited about this project. I've planted tomatoes in a garden before (i.e. whatever chunk of handy dirt was available in the yard), but never a dedicated veggie garden. It's spring. Allergies are kicking my butt.

End Of Book Dance!

Random Monday

First, Happy Birthday to #1 son, who turns 31 today! (Yeah, I was 7 when I had him. I'm very progressive that way).

Second, the sun is out, the snow is melting and it's supposed to hit the 60's today and the 70's tomorrow. Thank you Mother Nature, for screwing with my weekend with that epic snowstorm. You finished now? I'd really like to start on my vegetable garden.

Thursday it was 75 degrees. Warm and sunny and beautiful outside. I took a picture of our magnolia tree starting to bloom. Pretty isn't it?
