Every Exquisite Thing

Here’s a new cover I did for Little, Brown for the paperback edition of Matthew Quick’s Every Exquisite Thing. It’s a great book and—as a fan of Matthew’s—was an honor to work on!

The Love Interest

Here’s a new cover I illustrated for Feiwel & Friends for the book cover The Love Interest. This piece was a little unusual in that the art director already had a cover mocked up and just needed me to come in to refine certain details and give it my stylistic flair. All in all, a quick, fun assignment. The Love Interest comes out May 16, 2017.

Kirkus Reviews Secrets To Ruling School: Class Election
Kirkus just gave a pretty cool review for The Secrets to Ruling School: Class Election! “Offering fiendishly plausible pointers on such skills as fake-reading an assigned book and impersonating callers on the phone, Max lays out a strategy that can’t miss…Even readers with no political aspirations can pick up several useful cons.” You can read the full review on Kirkus’s website.
