I was honored yesterday by the High Country Writers with a Kaiser (not me)/Coe Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Journalism. The award was for my article, Life Lessons From Labradors, in the Dec/Jan 2011 issue of Animal Wellness Magazine. The award really goes to Hana and Saba, and especially Saba. While I am very proud of my award, the boys would much rather have treats! I’d like to thank the writers group for recognizing my accomplishment.

Next Sunday, Nov 6th from 1 – 4 pm, I’ve been invited to sign books at the Grand Opening Celebration of the Watauga Humane Society’s new Adoption & Education Center. I’ll be donating $2 per book and $1 per CD or MP3 download in addition to the portion of the proceeds of Tales’ sales that I’m donating to the Watauga Humane Society, Noah’s Wish, and The Wild Horse Sanctuary. These make wonderful Christmas gifts for animal lovers. I hope you’ll come out and help me, help the animals!

The Wait is Over!

Tales of an Animal Communicator ~ Master Teachers has just arrived! Got word from my amazing designer that the bookmarks will arrive Monday afternoon. All pre-orders will ship on Tuesday. I want everyone to have a bookmark. I’m so proud of them, and the book! The companion MP3 download, Gifts From the Universe, is ready as well. The CD version will soon follow.

A portion of the proceeds of the book, MP3, and CD sales will be donated to the Watauga Humane Society, Noah’s Wish, and The Wild Horse Sanctuary in CA.

I am so proud to announce that Tales of an Animal Communicator ~ Master Teachers is complete, eight months from the day I began it. Copies should be here by the time I announce it’s release with my good friend Wendy Garrett, whose “Petsense.com” was home to my weekly column, Animal Insights, which I stopped in order to begin writing the book the animals have been waiting for. Master Teachers has a companion CD or mp3 download for purchase containing two releasing exercises gifted to me by the Universe in a recent session with my gifted trance channel and good friend, Gregory Possman. Please join me for my interview on Wendy’s radio show, “Conscious Living,” Wednesday, October 12th at 1 pm ET when I will officially announce it’s release and discuss Master Teachers. It’s an honor to write the tales of these most amazing animals that have been waiting for the perfect time to be shared. That time is NOW!

Tales of an Animal Communicator ~ Master Teachers is being printed as I type. I’ll receive the proof copy next week before my departure for Alberta. If all looks good, I’ll order copies upon my return in early October. I’ll be announcing it’s release with my friend, Wendy Garrett, on her radio show, “Conscious Living,” on October 12th, at 1 pm EST. Wendy gave my weekly column, Animal Insights, a home on her “PetSense.com.” Not to worry I’ll give you another heads-up before the show. The animals and I are soooooo excited!
