They are tasked with investigating the death of a fellow DEA agent and a potential drug smuggling operation. Katrina Sizemore, recently widowed, owns and runs the lodge. When Katrina receives threatening letters, Dex wonders if her husband's recent death could be connected. Dex and Katrina will have to learn to trust each other in order to uncover a conspiracy. Flowers's love of Hawai'i and background as a criminologist make an impact. —Mary Frances Cely, Library Journal

The supposedly unsinkable Titanic actually did sink on this date of April 15th 1912, or 110 years ago today.
