Why They Attack You

Disclaimer: Everyone should know that if you leave a public review or comment, that review or comment is subject to ending up as material in my blog or work. Private communications NEVER result in this. Just an FYI before proceeding 😊

Let’s begin.

I recently got a negative review on my book from a user named ancientreader. I won’t’ lie, it hurt at first, but after the sting wore off, I found it fascinating. It’s fascinating because he didn’t attack my work. He attacked me. He used an ad hominem argument. Ad hominem means "to the person" in Latin. It is a strategy whereby you attack the character of the person trying to make a point. Professional debaters avoid ad hominem attacks because they are usually considered fallacies; by that, I mean they are not productive to the debate.

Ancientreaders's review is the perfect example of such an argument:
“What do we need to know about an author who writes a chapter entitled Black Lizards Matter? Oh yes, she’s Christian and by that I don’t’ think she means a Quaker. Author goes straight to DNR.”

The word “Christian” is written like a cuss word. He is upset that I exist, follow Christ, and am willing to satirize leftist narratives. He may not have liked the story, but he didn’t’ criticize it. He criticized me.

For those of you who haven’t read my book, Black Lizards Matter is a satirical story about the BLM movement. It exposes their communist philosophy with the aid of adorable lizards.

BLM have admitted they are communist repeatedly. They have said their goal is to abolish the nuclear family, something Karl Marx advocated for so the state could indoctrinate children. Also, the fruits of BLM are in line with communism. Like the BLM movement, communism lures struggling and sometimes angry people into a system that promises equality, but never delivers, and in many cases leaves them worse than they were before.

Through a little adventure, the lizards in my story discover how poisonous communism can be, especially when it's disguised by another name. Communism's body count is in the hundreds of millions; a quick internet search confirms this. This is truth. This is known, and this is why ancientreader didn’t attack the story or it’s message.

It’s always easy to go for the softer target. The truth will defend itself, but I am a human being, wretched and flawed. There are thousands of things you could attack me for, and I expect more attacks to follow. When you write the kind of things I do, this is expected. But even if you’re not a writer, you can still be a victim of ad hominem attacks.

That’s why I wanted to let you know about them, dear reader, so the next time someone insults you, take a deep breath, and then take their argument apart. Use your mind to dissect their disgust. Think: “could this be an ad hominem argument? “ If so, celebrate! They couldn’t attack your message, so they attacked you! They are basically calling you right!

Also consider scripture when facing the ad hominem:
“Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely for my sake.” John 15:21

The "Why" Behind Media Messaging.

I recently saw a meme that said: “what if I told you that every piece of media information was a psyop?” Psyop is short for psychological operations. It’s a form of warfare whereby specific information is fed to a group of people to influence their behavior or emotions.

The US Army has used psychological operations for years, and Tsun Tsou had much to say about psyops in his classic work The Art of War. Psyops is nothing new; only the tools of its delivery are. The internet revolutionized our lives. It’s inevitable that it would revolutionize our battlefield, but if this meme is true or even partially true, then there is a war for the American mind being waged through our media.

How should we conduct ourselves in this 5th generational warfare?

For starters, we must master the art of asking “why?” Yes, dear reader, there’s that word again. We must look at information with the understanding that messaging from mainstream media has a “why” behind it-a “why” often decoupled from the face value of their messaging. Their message may be a distraction, contain only a sliver of truth, or be one big giant lie. Often the true reason behind the messaging may not be clear; sometimes it will take months or years for the true “why” to be known. Indeed, whole generations may pass away before this happens.

How then, should we proceed?

Well, that depends upon what kind of person you are. If you are in good control of your emotions and firm in your religious faith, then you may be able to handle more of this misinformation messaging. Like me, you might be motivated to become a digital soldier in this 5th generational war.

If, however, you are emotional, easily triggered, or prone to anxiety and depression then I recommend a strict information diet.

Philippians 4:8 tells us how to do one: “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

It’s hard to do this if you are constantly plugged into malevolent media. Therefore, it’s important to unplug from time to time, or at least be very careful about what you’re plugged into. Even digital soldiers need to be wary. For example, I haven’t watched cable news in years, and I’m so picky about my shows it drives my significant other nuts. I’m on Facebook for business purposes only; I don’t feed trolls.

I recommend you don’t either.

We will continue our celebration of the word “why” next week. Please understand that some of my “why’s” are controversial. This controversy comes from a place of love, not hate, but if you find yourself getting upset by my posts, I won’t be offended if you stop reading or at least take a break. It’s like I said, information diets are good, and we all need them, normies and digital soldiers alike.

Why the Rainbow?

It's on your TV, your billboards, and in your supermarket. It waves on flag poles outside state buildings and across your internet-bidding tolerance and obedience with every colorful pixel. Indeed, the rainbow and it's LGBTQ(infinite letters) people are here to stay. We know this. We accept this. But too few of us ask "why?"

Why of all things would homosexuals and other orientations, choose the rainbow as their rally symbol? How did they so successfully link its colors to sexual preference, and why does it continue to have such sticking power in the fabric of modern American life?

Maybe it's because the alphabet community didn't decide they should adopt the rainbow. Maybe someone else decided for them. Maybe that someone is the same group of people who wants us eating bugs, living in pods, and being happy?

Allow me to elaborate.

Centuries before pride parades littered Portland streets or queer men donned pink spandex, there was a worldwide flood, a flood that killed almost everything on earth. When that flood subsided, God made a promise, a promise as beautiful and enduring as sunlight amidst clearing skies: no more worldwide floods. No more ever.

This promise was not-nor will it ever be-contingent upon how many cattle we ranch, bugs we eat, or cars we drive. This promise is the Almighty and enduring Word of God, and no act of man can change it.

Do you see, dear reader, how this truth would be a threat to the Global Warming narrative, a narrative that says we must drastically change our behavior lest we suffer a flood?

Those pushing control through fear likely know this. They know that symbols evoke powerful memories and emotions in human beings. The rainbow and its meaning was a threat. It had to be changed.

Enter the homosexual community.

Until the last twenty years or so, the alphabet community was a fringe group with little visibility or power. That all changed when John Stryker, the grandson of orthopedic surgeon and medical entrepreneur. Homer Stryker, put his money where his orientation was by lobbying corporations, medical associations, and educational institutions to hop on the alphabet bus.

With Stryker's help, the homosexual community went from fringe and voiceless to loud, proud and impossible to ignore. Everyone could see them, globalists included. And when they saw them, they saw opportunity to redefine the rainbow and by default make man fear the flood.

Fear, it has been said, is the currency of control, and control is the goal of the New World Order. Disease, conflicts, and weather are classic catalysis for human fear. Fear of weather extends back to ancient times. Whole religions were founded on human fear of bad weather. The ancient Phoenicians so feared bad crops that they offered their infants to Baal. The Aztecs, likewise, gave their children to Tlaloc. More examples of sacrificing children for good weather exist than I can name here, but my point is that fear of bad weather can compel human beings to do downright ghastly things.

Sound familiar? It should.

In the name of Global Warming, psychopaths like Klaus Schwab want "useless eaters" eliminated; for clarity, that means killed. At a town hall for Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, one panicky activist claimed we had to "eat babies" to reduce our carbon emissions. I'm not kidding. Google it.

Do I know for certain globalists have redefined the rainbow in order to further their agenda? No, but this possibility came to me the other day and lay so firmly on my heart that I felt compelled to share it. Given the evil and idiocy of our current age, I believe it is a theory worth exploring, a "why" worth asking.

I write this not out of hatred or condemnation for the alphabet community, but out of concern for everyone. For if the elites convince us, from their beachfront homes, that water will drown us unless we become slaves to "green" technology, then all of mankind will suffer- gay straight, and otherwise sinful. Some evidence suggests they will even kill our pets to cancel their carbon footprints; if so, then suffering will extend to the animal kingdom as well.

In modern America, where everyone plays oppression Olympics, and only the powerful win, rich psychopaths may have found a way to redefine the rainbow. The fearless must now shout its true meaning from the rooftops.

The Value of Asking "Why?"

Every language has a version of the word "why," and though I hear "why" every day, I rarely hear it used to its full potential. For example, Americans are comfortable asking why one chooses pizza over tacos, or coffee over tea, but we rarely ask why we must do certain things, believe certain things, or act a certain way.

Why is that? Before we can answer this, we must first define "why," because "why" is not just a question.

"Why" is the ultimate soldier for truth and a wrecking ball against falsehood. "Why" is a catalyst to new thoughts and ideas, a guide that leads to discovery and human destiny. It is the precursor to every good thing man has delivered and a spotlight on every evil he has conceived. Lies pale and shrivel when faced with "why."

And that is why the elites fear it so.

George Orwell once said that telling the truth is an act of rebellion in deeply deceitful times. Ergo, if "why" is truth’s guardian, then asking "why" is also an act of rebellion, or at the very least a precursor to it.

Let us consider the mask mandates as an example; during the COVID pandemic we ordered to mask up.

Why? What kind of masks should we use? Is the virus air or droplet borne? If airborne, how will a porous mask block the tiny free-floating molecules? Should children mask or just adults? If children must mask, then why- especially when the virus does not seem to affect children? What are the side effects of masking? Can we run a risk vs. benefit analysis before implementing such a policy?

Furthermore, when all was said and done, did the data show that this experiment-an experiment that came at great cost to civility and child development-was worth it? Did societies who masked fare better than those who did not? Or did all fare the same?

If these questions offend you dear reader, then you may have lost your "why." These questions about masks are not an attack on you or masks. They are questions. They are "whys" that deserve an answer. If masks do as claimed, then this will be discovered, and you have nothing to fear from them.

If not, then you will learn something, You will have an opportunity for humility and a chance at becoming a better person. Isn’t that what we are on this earth for? After all, we take nothing with us when we die but our character.

When Christ’s disciples were brought before the Jewish leadership for preaching, a wise Pharisee named Gamaliel spoke on their behalf:

“…In this present case, I tell you, keep away from these men and let them alone. For if this plan or this undertaking is of man, it will fail, but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them. You might even be found opposing God!” Acts 5:33-39.

Gamaliel valued "why." He could not judge the disciples' message with the data he had available, but he knew "why" would find the truth in time. Therefore, he proposed a long-term experiment, and today Christianity is the world’s largest religion.

Dear reader, I invite you to embrace "why." In celebration of this wonderful word and its meaning, I will be dedicating my next few blow posts to it. Fair warning, the "why’s" I ask will be difficult. They may even cause offense, but I believe this is a small price to pay for truth. I hope you agree.

You Can Only Do so Much

One of my favorite books of all time is Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged. Yes, I know it’s a back breaking 1100 pages, and at times scholarly and convoluted, but there is no text better suited to the problems of today. I also heavily identify with Dagny Taggert, the main character and railroad heiress of this amazing book.

For those of you who haven’t read Atlas Shrugged, allow me to summarize (spoilers ahead)! The novel takes place in a dystopian US on the verge of collapse, a US eerily similar to the one we live in today. Caught in the middle of this failing society, Dagny does everything possible to navigate her collapsing country, keep her trains running, and move the goods they transport.

At the same time, the failing US government does everything to make Dagny’s job impossible: from limiting the coal and steel Dagny can have to restricting the speed at which her trains may operate. Indeed, this poor woman is hampered by regulation after cumbersome regulation, and as the novel progresses, they only get worse.

For a while Dagny manages to work around the system. She trades for raw materials, uproots one line to repair another, and makes clever deals with other businessmen. She improvises and adapts, doing everything to keep things going until one day the bureaucrats go too far, besting even her, and she realizes she can’t beat this.

Finally, she retreats to the edges of civilization with other businessmen to wait out the collapse of the United States and the famine and violence that inevitably follow a defunct supply chain. This isn’t a decision she comes to lightly. As I’ve explained, most of this book’s 1100 pages are filled with Dagny doing everything in her power to prevent the inevitable, but when she finally accepts her limitations, it is a bittersweet moment in her story and a rich point of character development any author would love to write.

I identify with Dagny, because like her, I’ve realized that there is only so much I can do. Despite her best efforts, Dagney could not stop the collapse of her railroad. Likewise, I cannot stop the politicians from ruining my home, demonizing my ancestors, or bringing in hyenas to terrify the native lions. I can only expose their idiocy through my keyboard, and so I shall. If, despite my best warnings, the country still burns, then I must let it. At least the suicide flames will give me light by which to see my paper and pen.

This brings me to you, dear reader. Like Dagny and I, you can only do so much. So, identify what you can do, and then do it! Even if it that only amounts to caring for your family or helping a neighbor, well, that’s something, and no small something! Knowing what you can do takes wisdom and discernment; if you’re lacking take the time to get some. I promise it will prove a worthwhile endeavor.

What the Tin Foil Hat and the Wooden Cross Have in Common

The definition of conspiracy it is a belief that some sinister but influential organization is responsible for events. A conspiracy theorist, then is one who researches, analyzes, and exposes events that validate or at least partially validate this belief. I argue that this definition fits not only the conspiracy theorists for whom it was designed, but Christians as well, and in many cases the two terms are interchangeable.

Over the past couple of years, we have seen conspiracy theory after conspiracy theory come true or partially true. From people dying suddenly to the fifteen-minute city to a New World Order, yesterdays’ conspiracy theorist has indeed become today’s prophet.

Christians have also predicted many of the same things conspiracy theorists have. Most notably, forces in Geneva (Revelation 2:13) ushering in a New World Order and exerting control over everyone with the Mark of the Beast, an ID that will provide a citizen with access to finances and services. Both Christians and conspiracy theorists believe there is evil in the world and that it is after us. Both are trying to wake up a somnolent population and rescue them from demise. Both are persecuted for their beliefs. Both spend countless hours reading and researching, only to be judged by people who do neither. Both also have no problems going against accepted narratives (Jesus was executed for doing so), and both are open to believing in things they cannot necessarily experience with the five senses.

Conspiracy theorists have Alex Jones and podcasters while Christians have a Bible full of individuals who by todays’ standards sported tinfoil hats. I’m sure Moses looked a little strange building a boat in the middle of nowhere. Screaming about a worldwide flood when you live in the ancient equivalent of Kansas does have a tendency to make others think you’re cuckoo.

Perhaps Jesus, when he declared the temple could be rebuilt in 3 days seemed a lunatic. Correction, he did seem crazy, because the Jewish leadership replied “Forty and six years was this temple in building, and thou wilt raise it up?” John 2:19-21. Translation: you’re nuts, Jesus. GTFO with that! And yet he rose again.

Then there’s the greatest conspiracy theorist of all, St. John who lived his final days on the penal Island of Patmos. Perhaps to the Romans he looked a senile curmudgeon, one who’s ramblings about locusts with the faces of men and zombie horse riders were sure to remain parked in the annals of dementia, but his prophecies have circumnavigated the globe, and more and more every day it seems that St. John-senile or not-was onto something (See the book of Revelations for St. john’s conspiracy theories).

If you don’t know a conspiracy theorist or Christian, now is the time to get to know one. No, they’re not always right. In fact, the good ones hate being right and are willing-often times happy-to admit when they’re not, but they can help you prepare for potential emergency scenarios. With the world on the edge of WWIII and our food supply severely threatened. It’s better to be prepared and have something not happen than to have it happen and not be prepared.

I happen to be both a conspiracy theorist and Christian, and I’m always happy to have new friends. My following grows every day, so it may take me some time to get back to you, but I will do so. I will also do my best to keep you updated with blog entries I find important for surviving the veritable s#$$t show we call the modern world.

Gratitude and Introductions

I’ve just completed my first give away as a brand-new author, and I’’d like to say congratulations to Michele of South Dakota, Isabella of Texas, and Tracy of Florida. Your books were mailed by my agent yesterday. I truly hope you enjoy them!
I would also like to thank Mike Myers of the Radio Hope show, and Timothy Pratt of the Conversations After Dark podcast for having me on to discuss my book! The amount of love I have received from these two broadcasts is immeasurable!
With gratitude thus rendered, allow me to introduce myself. My name is P.R. Infidel. I called myself Proud Infidel for years, for no other reason than I am a GWOT veteran and thought it sounded cool. Then I realized that pride has led us to nowhere good, so changed my name to P.R, Infidel, a reminder of the name I’ve had in the past. It is also short for Patricia Ray, the new one I have assumed.
My work is very niche and somewhat controversial. Some call it Christian, some call it conservative, some frankly don’t know what to call it. I can say that Orwell fans will love it; Obama fans won’t. I make no appeals or apologies to either; read at your own risk.
To understand me, think of the artist Sia, not because I can sing. I can’t, but I’m very much like her in how I choose to present myself. You’ll notice that Sia wears eccentric wigs and bows that cover most of her face. She is also never featured in any of her videos; instead Sia’s dancer Maddie Ziegler interprets and carries her message to the world.
Sia may do this because she doesn’t want to be mauled by the Paparazzi in public, which is likely true. But I think there’s another reason: Sia believes that her music is what’s important, not her. In a similar way, my work is what’s important, not me. The message needs to shine, not me. I’ve never been good at shining anyway.
Therefore, dear reader, it’s up to you. Shine for me, will you? Like Sia’s dancer, carry my message and present it to others. I don’t’ know if we’ll be successful in saving this sinking ship we call America, but at least we can tell God we tried.
