Never did I ever dream of the hell that he went through as a child and teen and the anguish he carried all of his life. I promised him that I would one day tell his story...not as a life of despair but as an opportunity to overcome and conquer evil and eventually find peace . Will be ready for release in July this year, this self help book covers several areas for self improvment . Utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques as well as other tools , I provide the reader with a medaly of resources, specific steps and techniques to overcome and surpass obstabcles and become the person that you were born to be. In additon to my professional training on the topic, I have addded personal antedotes of how I personally overcame struggles with eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia, spousal abuse, smoking and stress related to both my son's illness and then my daughter's challenges. I am here to say, that you can Kick Ass! You can overcome and you can be everything that you had ever imagined.
