Erhan Ali Yılmaz is a speaking and mindfulness trainer based in Istanbul, Türkiye, and the developer of the Rahat Konuşma Metodu (Comfortable Speaking Method).

He began his career in advertising and worked as a creative director at McCann and DDB between 2004 and 2015, in Istanbul, Miami, Stockholm, Riga and Kiev, on brands including Diesel, Vodafone, Starbucks and Audi. In 2011 he turned toward contemplative practice, studied Zen philosophy, and completed his MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) training in Spain. He founded Mindfulness Academy in 2015 and Topluluk Önünde Konuşma Okulu (School of Public Speaking) in 2025.

Across more than twenty years he has delivered 700+ corporate programs to more than 100,000 participants.
