Penney’s 2020 Oracle Letter

In 2020, we carry on the work of “stepping into our power.” We start to understand what true personal power is. It’s not “power over,” but “power to”—power to collaborate, power to bring visions into accurate form, power to use compassion over force, power to feel into deeper wisdom and the eventual repercussions of unconscious behavior, power to face fear, shame, or loss and see through it to the real reality that functions by compassionate universal principles.

Women, non-macho men, minorities, the underprivileged, children, animals, plants, and the earth herself—all undervalued beings—will demand respect this year, and more than that, will exert their self-expression and authentic creative essence to make important impacts toward a positive, healthy world.

We’ll see that personal power is not about being recognized by plastering selfies across the internet and racking up the most “likes,” or by being angry and outraged (and proud of it!), or by making billions of dollars—it will be more evident that these are just some of the first steps to regaining a sense of self-esteem and open-heartedness. With the true sense of self—self-as-soul—comes natural ability to create and influence through love, respect, and mutual joyfulness. This is how we step into true personal power. This is how we change the world for the better, before it’s too late.

Many individuals who haven’t yet, will break away from boring, routine, sacrificial jobs to seek something more in alignment with who they really are. There will be much searching of (and for) the soul, much need for heightened intuition and trust in the flow of life’s unfolding. We won’t be after the one thing that is the answer, but a way of accurately translating our soul loves and motives into our personality’s actions and experiences.

Those who have stepped into and calmly accepted their personal power to create, contribute, and have a positive impact will be propelled effortlessly into expanded productivity.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 5

THE SURRENDER INTO STILLNESS

Each person reaches a point, perhaps it’s the equivalent of hitting and falling through the bottom, perhaps it’s just a mysterious enlightening moment that sweeps through the mind and feelings one day, giving us a glimpse of the truth. It can feel like relief, grace, peace, or a huge gaping doorway into the the void. We are sucked entirely into the present moment away from our controlling, willful ego-mind, and can’t make ourselves do the things that used to work so well.

There is still a tendency to panic and retreat to comfortable behaviors and ideas as we face emptiness and the idea that we’ve come to the “end of progress.” Here we learn to let go and trust, be with life as it is, and see this period as a time of ripening where we are to deepen our perception of who we are, beyond definitions into direct experience. When we engage with this time cheerfully and nurture the rejuvenation of our imagination, which is happening invisibly below the surface, we can more easily receive the subtle new signals the soul is giving us about who we really are.

During this quiet time it helps to enter the body in a fuller way, activate sensory, artistic awareness, appreciate beauty, and take actions that bring a sense of childlike involvement. We learn to be more receptive so we can reap the rewards of past good deeds and the things we’ve earned. As we practice placing attention inside the body and merging with it, we first recognize what is untrue about our lives and determine to disengage from participating inauthentically in the world. We build a new consciousness habit: releasing and neutralizing negative thinking, soul-blocking thoughts that belong to other people, projections into past and future, and fear-based “tape loops.” We transform liabilities and “yes, buts” into insight and gifts, clear away shoulds, rigid beliefs, unconscious vows, and holding patterns.

We finally understand how it feels to be in the body and at peace, with no clutter in the personal field around the body, and space to breathe and expand. Real freedom! As we rest in spaciousness, we’re able to experience the first taste and feel of the soul’s reality. Suddenly we know who we are with our entire body! We’ve surrendered, found true center, and it feels fantastic! We gain great understanding, often all at once, and immediately begin a visceral reorganizing of our molecules, belief systems, and priorities.

We may no longer fit with the rest of society and must courageously resist the pressure from others to revert to familiar habits. It is key to find a “felt sense” of the core self now—an experience of our “original tone,” true vibration, or basic texture—so we can recenter into it whenever we drift too far.

As this experience of being “at-home-in-the-center” becomes routine, we compare our old reality based on fear to the new reality based on the soul’s love. We see how much better we feel physically and emotionally, how much easier it is to be creative and successful. We then prefer our new self and new reality; this is a crucial turning point where we intentionally choose, and in so doing, catalyze enlightenment. We are interested in themes like the power of now, the void, the soul, prayer, devotion, blessings, grace, meditation, centering, renewal, introspective retreats, visionquests, and all forms of spiritual practice.

The Revelations: My soul is in my perception! My soul is in my experience of love. My soul is in my core motivations! My soul is the experience of deep comfort! My life can be fabulous!

The Choice: I will reenter stillness and spaciousness whenever I forget who I am.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 4

THE EMPTYING OF PANDORA’S BOX

The Eruption: The Underworld Surfaces
Low vibrational, fear-based beliefs and emotions pop up from the subconscious into the conscious mind and we re-experience them. We contract away from the negativity or penetrate into it to dissolve it. As the vibratory rate of the emotions and physical body increases, subconscious blocks, which are fear-based and low-frequency, can no longer remain suppressed in the high-frequency environment. They respond like popcorn to heat, exploding from their hiding places one by one up into the conscious mind. As they do, old memories surface and personal dramas and traumas may occur as beliefs in limitation and negativity are unconsciously re-enacted.

Since fear beliefs are always based on polarization (eg, “I have to be quiet because loudness causes punishment” or “I have to be loud because quietness causes me to be steamrollered”), we experience an increase in dualistic thinking, conflict, name-calling, us-vs.-them scenarios, and a teeter-tottering destabilization of things that used to be in balance. Secrecy is a thing of the past. Scandals, taboos, sexual and physical abuse, and skeletons in the closet are revealed in public. Pessimism increases. We experience shame, grief, terror, hatred, and the darkest corners of our psyches. Societally, we experience literal explosions of various kinds in the world—from corporate greed to acts of terror—as the lid comes off the pressure cooker.

We can penetrate into the old patterns to understand them and release the fear—make the hero’s journey through the underworld—or we can stall and resist the process and contract into fight or flight tactics, which eventually exhausts us, and THEN we work to understand and release the fear.

Fight or Flight Tactics
Just as it looks like we might relieve ourselves of some of the fear we’ve carried for lifetimes, our ego steps in and screams, “I’m not ready to die!” And it fights for preservation of the old way and vehemently avoids letting go and trusting. We plunge into survival behaviors, the ingenuity of which is staggering. If we’re fighters, we retrench, refortify, make ourselves seem invulnerable and large in our SUVs and big homes, and we take on the world with aggressive workaholism and fixed mental belief systems. We seek security through callous domination of the environment and others; patriarchal power structures like government, the military, business, and religion desperately and cleverly exert influence to maintain familiar controls.

We champion the ego, rugged individualism, and patriotism, become self-righteous, boastful, bullying, and narcissistic. When we start to realize that we can’t control everything, we just act tough, cynical, sarcastic, and belligerently apathetic and disrespectful, making it cool and right to be the dispossessed. We’re interested in angry music and street talk, being  famous and powerful, drinking strong coffee, looking good, having extreme makeovers and flashy possessions, making big money, and saying and doing inappropriate, amoral things if we want to.

If we’re conflict-avoidant, we resuppress threatening ideas, resist change, crave safety, drink herbal tea, and retreat into our cocoons, food, perfectly decorated homes, and relationships with mommy and daddy or parental surrogates. We pretend there’s no problem and avoid upsets by maintaining cheery pollyanna views, seek direction from gurus and strong authority figures, or escape into nostalgia for the past, future trends, or fantasies of other realities and worlds.

If we’ve chosen avoidance, as we see that passive victim behaviors don’t work, we may develop addictions, fall into depression and various kinds of mental, emotional, and physical paralysis, or even commit suicide. We can experience ailments with themes related to aggression, visibility, rigidity, witholding, failure, and explosive release, like OCD, skin conditions, strokes, aneurisms, bone disorders, arthritis, Alzheimers, organ failures, and heart attacks.

Disillusionment, Disintegration, and Chaos
The old fear-based way of knowing the world is breaking down and along with it, outworn, fear-based habits, constructs, and institutions are crumbling and dissolving. Old methods now fail to produce results. This is the death part of the death-and-rebirth cycle, and it means ego death for the individual—the way we identify ourselves is changing from a limited self to a very expanded one. It also means that anywhere society acts egotistical—dominating politicians, outrageously paid CEO’s, or the church protecting pedophile priests—must give way to new soul-based systems.

Many people panic, thinking this is the end of the world. Yet it is not—it’s just the snake shedding its skin. As the old forms dissolve, we experience disillusionment. We don’t know with certainty who we are or what we can rely on. We experience fuzzy boundaries which leaves us open to invasion of all kinds—by germs, viruses, allergens, dominating friends, thieves, stalkers, illegal immigrants, terrorists, and nonphysical entities. We experience a rise in all forms of insanity, as we look outside for meaning and find none. External rules are dissolving in favor of living by inherent universal principles of natural harmony and order. We are interested in themes like chaos theory, armageddon, death and life after death, the rise and fall of past civilizations, reincarnation, transformation, and evolution.

Facing Fear and Dissolving It
We can resist the inevitable only so long. Eventually, we must face our underworld and walk through it. As we do this, we seek to penetrate into the subconscious and the unknown to find understanding. We often look for help at this point, whether from a therapist, healer, minister, guru, twelve-step program, or the angels. As we clear our fears, many of the things we thought were important and the ways we made life meaningful, pale and become useless, even boring, and we let go of them.

Whether we become more superconscious willingly by eliminating fear, or unwillingly by exhausting ourselves and surrendering to a higher power, we must now drop into a state of stillness so we can permanently transform fear into love. We’re interested in themes like the hero’s journey, monsters and otherworldly creatures, ghosts, angels, forensics and crime-solving, archaeology, ancient mysteries, forgiveness, psychotherapy, spiritual healing, and a return to religion and morality.

The Revelations: Fear has been ruining my life! Fear is just twisted-up love! I can clear the fears that have been paralyzing me.

The Choice: I will not live in fear in any part of my life. I will face fear, enter it, understand it, release it, and receive the love that’s been blocked from flowing.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 3

THE MAGNETISM OF THE PRESENT MOMENT

By centering in our body, life is lived more and more in the here-and-now; projecting into the future or retreating into what worked in the past, now drains and debilitates us because it stalls the outflow of creativity. We learn that perfect opportunities as well as the soul’s guidance, unlimited energy, and motivation come only in the moment.

We also learn that when we expand our awareness out through space, we also encompass more time—so our present moment can change size. As we learn to live in the elastic moment, past and future are understood to be part of the expanded Now. Other locations are seen to be part of the expanded Here. Symptoms are: increased interest in meditation, the power of now, global awareness (foreign experiences in our living rooms via media), and time travel.

Since the outside world is no longer separate from us, that means our vision, goals, resources, actions, and results—things that used to be in the future or in another location—are all in the moment with us, and thus we feel greater pressure to do and have things immediately. We think something and it feels real already, then we’re frustrated because it seems to take so long to happen. In other situations there is virtually no lag time between making a statement, whether it be positive or negative, and having it materialize.

We feel we have less time and experience time pressures. On the other hand, everything seems faster, more instantaneous, and there is more access to knowledge and energy, which intensifies our world even more as we experience information overload. We’re interested in speed reading, synopses of written material and bulleted lists, books on tape, faster internet speeds, and the tendency to live in cyberspace and virtual realities.

If we stay fully aware of being in the body, though, we develop the art of mindfulness, staying present, using the feminine mind, entering the intuitive state, and transforming situations with attention.

The Revelations: There is nothing but the present moment! Everything already exists in my here-and-now! The whole present moment is my soul expression!

The Choice: I will stay in the moment and let life occur inside me. I will engage with what I notice intuitively and follow my true urges.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 2

THE DANCE OF THE DUALITIES

We’ve been exploring the above-below duality, and as the descending heaven energy merges with the ascending earth energy, we understand that opposites are actually connected, that there’s a meeting point in the middle where we can have a new experience of integration and comfort with paradox. We now begin to notice all kinds of polarities—heaven-hell, life-death, masculine-feminine, inside-outside, left-right, black-white, young-old, smart-stupid, beautiful-ugly, winner-loser, good-evil—and how much will power it takes to keep opposites separate, since they naturally want to flow into and become each other like the figure-eight flow of the yin-yang symbol.

This highlights the blockages to that figure-eight flow wherever they exist in us—our fixations and resistances. We see them more easily as they appear in others, and we experience heightened emotion concerning the pressure to loosen up and expand our views. We’re now exploring the inside-outside duality, comparing ourselves to others, feeling threatened, blaming and judging—so we also activate the better-worse, attraction-repulsion, aggression-defense, possession-rejection polarities.

At this point we develop problems with social interaction and relationships, more divorce, war, legal conflicts, problems between parents and children, and a desire for the perfect partner or soulmate who we model after the most beautiful celebrity du jour. There is a rise of criticalness, argumentativeness, condemnation, and the desire to reject what we don’t like. Symptoms include road rage, hate crimes, vanity, voyeurism, reality TV, bipartisan pundits, caustic and humorous talkshow hosts, and parenting and relationship gurus.

We learn we can’t avoid polarities we don’t like, but must allow every option to be part of life. We embrace the concept of “mirroring,” where what’s in me is also in you in some way, and vice versa. As we learn to own both sides of any duality, we feel how they flow into, turn into, and feed each other supportively. As this occurs, we receive energy and information from the parts of ourselves we previously rejected, and information overload intensifies even more.

We also become more understanding and tolerant, less reactionary. Where there is the figure-eight flow between parts of a duality, blockages are dissolved and the soul can come through. We can now see similarities between people, and are able to hold differences as interesting and valuable. As exclusive either-or thinking changes to inclusive both-and thinking, we’re able to comfortably hold paradox and complexity without fragmenting our understanding.

As we continue to connect what is inside us and outside us, and find similarities everywhere, we see that what’s personal is also impersonal because everything I (or you) experience can be experienced by everyone. This means we can be more personally involved in global issues, and less obsessed with holding a narcissistic view of ourselves as isolated victims.

We also understand the “law of correlation;” because we know the inside and outside aren’t separate, if a thought occurs to us, it also must be occurring, or soon will, as an event in our world. If a dramatic event happens to us, conversely, we can assume there is a corresponding thought or belief inside that brought that event into our awareness. This teaches us to “read our reality” for clues about what’s going on inside us and to pay attention to how what we think patterns our reality. We’re interested in things like feng shui, mediation and communication gurus, the power of positive thinking, and ceremony.

An outgrowth of our work on relationships and their varied characteristics is much new understanding about masculine-yang and feminine-yin energies, and the left and right brain. We learn how to balance ourselves with equal development of our receptive, intuitive, sourcing side and our active, focusing, manifesting side so our perception can be more fluid, creative, and perpetually renewed.

As we understand the balance of yang and yin consciousness, we draw parallels between these internal qualities and the external male-female gender dynamics in relationships. There is a new awareness about what’s possible in a relationship between two internally balanced people, along with new behavior possibilities for both genders. Symptoms of this are role reversals for men and women, Mars-Venus archetypes, increased visibility of the gay-lesbian population, bisexuality, backlashes against women’s rights, and homophobia.

The Revelations: Things I’ve held as opposite are really two versions of one idea! Each opposite keeps its mate in existence! I can have-be both rather than one or the other! My relationships can be more enlightened!

The Choice: I will flow; I will not be stuck in polarized positions. I will personally experience whatever I resist and thus dissolve the charge I have about it.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 1

As you evolve, you become bored with ways of being that helped you learn your lessons in the previous phases of your life. When things seem stale, stagnant, or stuck, you’ve probably outgrown some behaviors and beliefs and need to shed them as a snake sheds its skin. This frees the soul to express in new ways that lead you toward your destiny.

1. What activities have become second nature to me? What things do I do out of habit? Which of these activities or behaviors still bring something important to my growth and happiness? Is there another, more conscious way I could do this that would suit me better? Which parts of these behaviors could I change or totally dissolve?

2. What thought patterns continually enter my mind that act like wet blankets, suppressing or stalling activities my soul wants to do? Who do these beliefs or ideas really belong to? Did I pick them up and internalize them from a family member or partner? Can I become bored with these ideas now and give them back to their rightful owners?

3. What “shoulds” run my life? How might I act if these edicts were not present? Which ones can I dispose of now?

4. What unconscious “vows” have I taken that begin with “I will always” or “I will never”? Are these vows necessary for me today? Can I consciously complete them and release them, knowing the behaviors I wanted to integrate into myself have been successfully learned?

5. What childhood behavior patterns have I been operating under that keep my self-image juvenile and immature? How do these behavior patterns involve other people who I unconsciously try to make into parental figures? Which of these am I bored with and ready to dissolve entirely?

Old Reality; New Reality

The last few months have slipped by like clouds dissolving; the months are accelerating and feel like  weeks. With each acceleration, an intensification. We become aware that something is happening below the surface in our bodies, emotions, and minds—something not easily seen and identified. Perhaps it’s an increasing frequency rate of the oscillation of particles (form) into waves (energy/consciousness) and back again. Whatever the cause, it means we are adapting our inner pathways, re-circuiting ourselves to access and transmit more energy and information, more rapidly, and to be able to materialize ideas more instantaneously. Actually, this is a natural process and shouldn’t be uncomfortable at all.

But when there are impurities (fears or misperceptions of truth) in a circuit, there are sure to be little explosions and implosions as what’s in the way burns off in the high-level energy flow. So, we experience discomfort, depending on how much “clutter” we still hold. If you’re becoming transparent, with no resistance to letting go, the process is easier.

What is clutter? It might be beliefs you hold about who you are, what’s possible, how reality works, or how to experience love. It might be a habit of self-sacrifice, denial, or victimhood. It might be old vows you unconsciously made that keep you locked into a pattern of outdated loyalty or paying your dues before you can have what you want. There are so many “yes, buts” and ways to block energy and awareness! I’m noticing that huge numbers of us are now becoming blindingly aware of: BEING STUCK!

Lots of us sense that we’re passing from one reality into a brand new one, and the rules of how life functions are SO different between what’s behind us and what’s ahead of us. Part of the challenge now is that we’re not totally conscious of what the “old” reality is, and what the “new” reality feels like. Yet once we get a whiff of how great the new reality is, we don’t want to go back—ever! I’m convinced that most people won’t step through the doorway until they feel safe, until they know what they’re stepping into. First we must identify the “old” reality so we can consciously decide we don’t want life to function that way.

The old reality is based on us being separate from each other, life, our soul, the planet, the divine. In this world view, it takes will power and control to survive, and a long time to make positive change. We can never quite have what we want, and we never feel loved enough. Emotional dysfunction is normal, and self-sacrifice is noble.

In the new reality we are interconnected via the unified field of awareness and energy. Nothing is outside you. Cooperation, cocreation, and mutual support are the norm, and life occurs entirely in the present moment. Ideas can materialize instantaneously. All knowledge is available, there is no lack. Love truly is all there is. But we understand “love” in a hugely expanded way, as the basis for science as well as spirituality.

As we become conscious that we want to make this shift, our left brain (ego) realizes there’s going to be a loss in functionality of the familiar cause-and-effect reality—where ego and will power no longer work—and it goes into hyperdrive to preserve its isolated, holier-than-thou way of dealing with the world. It generates endless reasons why new options won’t work, and throws out nets of limiting thoughts. This can make us doubt ourselves and the compassionate process of evolution, and we can wallow in feeling miserable. We can be afraid to let go of what isn’t working, and as long as we hang on to the dysfunctional, our imagination can’t bring us the great new options and ideas.

What’s needed now to step through the doorway is:

a daily habit of centering in the moment, then engaging with the world around you, loving what has been created, and seeing the consciousness and love inside everything.
new criteria for making decisions: NOT “Does this keep me safe, credible, and in agreement with others?” BUT “Does this allow my soul, or home frequency, to radiate and infuse everything in my reality? Does this allow me to experience deep pleasure?”
a priority on finding others who match your increasing vibration; a peer group or soul group that validates who you’re becoming, so you can grow faster.
courage to release what doesn’t match you and faith in the phenomenal creative power of your soul and all souls to move you forward.
discipline about your self-talk: stop negative and limiting declarative statements totally! Reverse them to the opposite statement.

The Processing Quandary

Every so often I’m drawn into the temptation to “process” blockages, to clear myself of negative beliefs by rooting them out of the subconscious mud of my past, or to discover hidden passions and goals by fishing for lists of them in the great ocean of possibilities. It’s an old habit and one shared by many people I know. I used to have a therapist friend who constantly dragged me back to childhood to make me find wounds I wasn’t sure existed. We ended up in friendly fights, as I maintained that I didn’t need to go there, that the secret to freedom was in the present moment, not the past. He thought I was the Queen of Avoidance.

At business meetings, facilitators want me to take tests so they can analyze who I am from the boxes I check next to superficial questions, then I am to project myself 15 years ahead in time to see what I’m accomplishing, then work backward to today to see what I SHOULD do now. The idea, the reality, of squooshing myself into these tiny brittle realities, of letting the left brain limit the scope of my soul, turns me into a wild bronc with a strangling saddle and numbing bridle strapped to my sensitive parts.

Somewhere in the heart of every evolving cell in my body, I know that in the present moment, in the absence of my left brain’s egotistical tyranny, I am perfectly fine. Right here in this moment, there are no blockages, and I am not stuck in fear. I am what I am, simple, clean, clear, sweet, lovable, loving, and wise. And, yes, I do contract in various ways, but I see that as part of the natural flow. And when I don’t resist, I don’t stay contracted for long.

I know instinctively that if I return to this “simplicity-identity” repeatedly, and saturate with its peace, any attachment I may have had to being loved conditionally, or to my true self being invisible and unvalued, or to having to please others to stay alive—will fade. Those realities will fade to the point where they have no reality, and I will think these things probably happened to someone else, or weren’t actually real, or I dreamed them, or maybe this is just something everyone has—no big deal.

As the energy in the world intensifies and our personal frequency increases, life is lived more and more in the present moment. That means everything happens more instantaneously, even healing. To clear ourselves of “blockages,” these days we only need return to the present moment, where realities of the past exert no influence. To maintain the experience of being blocked, I must maintain the memory-reality that I am wounded and helpless, and to do that I must live in the past.

In the present moment, if I tell the truth, and live in my home frequency, or preferred state, I am unlimited and whole. Unless I drag memories of the past into my present and cling to them—and invest attention in them and make them come alive continually even though they’re not actually real now—I will experience myself as free of blockages and wounds. In the present moment, there are no preconceived ideas, no yes-buts, no empty places where I cannot feel the full presence of my soul.

If I need to clear an old limiting belief system or automatic reactionary behavior, I can stay in the present moment and it will act like a magnet. Anything I need to understand fully, to complete, to let go of holding, and allow to dissolve, will be drawn into my conscious mind and everyday life just as I need to see it and free it. I don’t have to go to it, it will come to me. Some things from the past will clear on their own as the frequency of the planet increases, and as many other people clear fear from themselves. I sense that we are all helping each other—what I clear from myself helps others to some lesser percentage, and vice versa. We no longer have to be involved in the slow, gradual linear reality that traditional therapy dictates. We can heal almost instantly!

Stepping through the Doorway

Something is happening below the surface in our bodies, emotions, and minds—something not easily seen and identified. Perhaps it’s an increasing frequency rate of the oscillation of particles (form) into waves (energy/consciousness) and into the unified field (spirit/presence/being) and back again; perhaps it’s that the particles, or matter, are themselves vibrating faster. Whatever the cause, it means we are adapting our inner pathways, recircuiting ourselves, to access and transmit more energy and information, more rapidly, and to be able to materialize ideas more instantaneously. a priority on finding others who match our increasing vibration; a peer group or soul group that validates who we’re becoming, so we can grow faster.
courage to release what doesn’t match us and faith in the phenomenal creative power of our soul and all souls to move us forward.
discipline about our self-talk: stop negative and limiting declarative statements totally! Reverse them to the opposite statement.

Think about the old, slow, incremental way of knowing things, making progress, and creating results. We’re used to it, but do we like it? Does it, in this high-frequency reality, actually function very well? Are we starting to understand that when we learn to focus our attention skillfully, reality will respond instantly? Are you sensing that this is becoming the new normal? Try the new reality on for size!

Finding Your Destiny-Direction

I recently found this piece of writing I did after I had had a stream of clients who had lost motivation for what they’d been doing successfully for a long time, and who were now feeling rudderless, not yet able to find the sense of their destiny-direction. I asked my inner voice, or Inner Perceiver, what was entailed in finding and embodying one’s destiny.

Notice the feeling of being stuck in the old, of resisting what feels old. Notice that this experience is characterized by a sense of contraction or clenching of your energy flow. Your mind is doing this, by trying to identify and define a whole new pattern before it is revealed experientially to your body. The left brain will truly be the last part of you to know, so let it rest. The new life, the new pattern of destiny, must unfold; it doesn’t come to you like a ball thrown from the heavens. It is more like a seed sprouting from your center, and gently, in perfect timing, unfolding its shoots, leaves, and roots. Your body and the world around you act as the soil. Training your mind to let go of projecting into the future for answers and instead to drop into the deep dark within-place is the nutritious fertilizer. Faith in your own soul’s plan and ability to evolve you effortlessly is the water and sunshine.

Next, look for the shoulds, have-tos, and can’ts that underlie the contractions you feel. Example: “I have to pay the bills, so I can’t just stop and start over, or do something I love. I should be responsible.” These are ideas that come from the limited mind, the old sacrificial way of being. Pause and temporarily disengage from these left-brain negative declarative statements. Then, let go of the pictures connected to these statements that cause grief, like imagining your downward spiral into poverty, illness, loss, and abandonment. Unplug from those images.

Take the negative electrical charges out of your personal field, by imagining that they are grounded out of existence in the light of your soul, the same way static transfers from your body to another substance. You might experience these charges as your “buttons” or “triggers,” fears that cause instantaneous contractive reactions in your personality and organism. Dissolve them. Move into neutrality and openness.

Next, let anything be OK. Be with things in the moment, just as they are. There is no NEED for change, as all is well right now. When you can truly relax into the truth of that, you will next feel that it’s fine for anything to occur, and that what comes will arise from your soul’s wisdom, which is always evolutionary. Pay attention to what you want to do NOW, and do each thing with childlike interest.

You have emerged from the dark forest into the sunlit meadow filled with flowers, birds, butterflies, and a gurgling stream. It is a new, spacious world. And not knowing what’s possible to discover, not holding an outcome in mind, simply experience each new thing as though you are a highly alert animal. Hear and relay the inner flow, noticing that it is the motive of both your own soul AND the collective consciousness of all souls, not separating from the flow-through to judge it. It will move you naturally from one experience to another.

Notice people again and rejoin the interaction. See their light and how they would be with fully open hearts. Turn around your judgments to allowings and express yourself freely; give what you want to give, what brings you pleasure. As you enjoy the people more will gather. Enjoy basking in your own light—the soft fuzz of its penetrating healing, effortless creativity, and magic. Enjoy the light of the others. Enjoyment is a powerful attractive force.

Now then, thoughts of new interests and the opportunities to experience them will come. Great people will emerge and you will not feel as though you are the misfit or pioneer in the wilderness forever. You are at the center of a large and loving family with perfect understanding and feeling. Allow it to emerge around you.

We, your family, come to you through your vibration, we speak through your vibration, and all action comes on this wavelength. Do this now: stabilize your desired experience of life. Do it first in your imagination. Imagine sweetness with effortless power to create, which means alignment of frequencies among the dimensions of yourself, so soul and flow can be experienced in all its nuances. Focus on a quality of ideas, then on a specific idea at a time. This acts as a magnet to draw better and better ideas and opportunities. When you receive an idea of what you want, ask for help from the collective consciousness, from all the beings. Don’t feel you must ever work entirely alone; this is an old idea.

Destiny is not in the future. It resides in you now and fuels your every move. Do not let old mind habits, the clutter of the ages, interfere with your smooth transition.
