How Coronavirus Is Speeding Us Toward Transparency: Part 2

[This is the time of the Opening of Pandora’s Box, when all the little demons and pests are released—those long-stored, suppressed, subconscious traumas, terrors, griefs, and rages. It is the Time of Clearing, when we learn to dissolve fear and suffering and become transparent. Transparency is a state of being that allows I-the-Soul to flow unimpeded through the various “bodies” or frequencies of consciousness (causal, mental, emotional, etheric, physical) to guide and educate Me-the-Personality about living in a frictionless way and creating the life experience I’m built for.

So, we are experiencing an ongoing release of negativity personally, and in the collective, societal mind—it’s why ugliness, meanness, domination, and hate have been flooding our lives and the media. These are all cover-ups for deep-set fear and panic. Yet there is a powerful force that resists and demeans this clearing: EGO. Ego—the experience of the disconnected, isolated self—wants to maintain its power structure and keep things the way they were. It doesn’t want to experience chaos or the Void.]

 *  *  *  *  *

So what about the virus-related panic in the stock market? What about not being able to earn your salary? That’s pretty darn real! Yes, this fear contraction is happening, but we don’t have to add to the contraction with more panic and dire predictions. Remember: the stock market runs on greed and fear. And that is an artifact of the old linear reality of the ego. The ego grants money great power—to have it reinforces ego as the true identity. It makes us dominators. Not having it makes us victims. But the soul-based reality doesn’t experience limitation or one upsmanship, it doesn’t say money is about survival and success. It’s just a measure of energy and flow.

Today, in the end days of the old Industrial and Information Age realities, we misunderstand money. In the inner realms, money is like a loving child. It is an obedient entity that follows our direction without question. If we love it and welcome it, it stays with us and loves us back. If we give it generously to others and allow it freedom and fluidity, more comes to us. If we hoard and try to control it, we are sure to lose it eventually—because the underlying belief we hold that acts as our instruction to money’s flow is that we never have enough.

Money copies our inner energy blueprint. Do we operate in trust and compassion or with distrust and selfishness? Do we allow it to serve us? Do we accept that gains may come as we live in a state of being where luck and generosity seem natural, and losses may occur when our minds have been fixated on being critical, or that life is unfair, or that we might be destitute in the future? Perhaps we simply haven’t loved or used the gift of our money’s presence fully enough, so it becomes unconscious and fades away.

So, as the stock market crashes with fear, validating the scarcity reality, shall we agree? Shall we crash, too? Weep and moan and wail? Or can we simply, calmly, focus our attention on what we do have, how life is working, how troughs turn to crests, and the Flow always corrects itself because that is a universal law. Up-down-up-down and on and on. Stay the course, don’t stop the Flow with panic and drama, or try to outwit it with cleverness.

Get the message: You are actually fine. You are alive. Life is working. Nature is working. Under the chaos is a peaceful, wise place. Go there. Stop time. In each moment there is an action that is both a solution to a problem and a step into a new creation. Do the next productive thing. Keep your eyes peeled. Not to avoid more negativity, but to be informed of what your next joyful, purposeful act is.

It’s interesting, too, how Coronavirus brings up the issue of isolation and group interaction. The old consciousness sees this as an either-or situation: Either we have to be quarantined and alone OR communing in groups could kill you. Both options seem to be punishments and deprive us of freedom. The new consciousness, on the other hand, sees this as win-win. I isolate myself to care for myself AND to care for others. We serve each other by serving ourselves in a compassionate manner first. Others make the world safer for me by practicing safety measures.

The message is clear: This is not a foreign invader, it is a shared invader. It is the catalyst for a human process of globalization of care, calmness, and compassion. It teaches us that we need each other, that we are intricately connected with each other—and with everything we touch. We share the air, we breathe each other’s breaths. We begin to respect the existence and power of unseen things.

And so, we are quarantined. We are to stay home, distance from others, and avoid social gatherings. Perhaps even, to ration our toilet paper! Goodness! Use less? What are we to do with these forced “time outs” and cabin fever? Haven’t we been trying to meditate and practice mindfulness? Haven’t we wanted time to just be? And aren’t we terribly distracted with social activity, work, family responsibilities, and watching youtube videos?

Perhaps this is another big message: Be quiet! Get centered! Stop matching the crazy frequency of the virus and potential losses and raise your vibration to that refined state you know as inner beauty, profound satisfaction, ecstatic appreciation, gleeful creativity, and diaphanous love.

And what about all the neglected parts of yourself? Your inner artist, gardener, writer, cook, reader of great books, hungry student, or master organizer? What about your inner dreamer? Some say viruses are like seeds. They can lie inert for long periods until they come in contact with something truly alive, in this case a nice, juicy-wet mucus membrane. I wonder if we aren’t similar, resting in our semi-dead beliefs and dulling habits, waiting for something life-giving to brush past. We’re waiting for the touch of the soul, though, to light us up and set us to expanding. Imagine yourself touched by the light right now. Activate your new life and expand gleefully!

Perhaps you know the saying, “Praise Allah, but tie your camel to the post.” Let’s work in both worlds. Don’t ignore or minimize either. Wash your hands, clean your body and environment, don’t touch your face, protect your airways when necessary, strengthen your immune system, stay away from crowds, and follow the protocols. Protect your loved ones and elders by advocating healthy practices.

At the same time, work in the nonphysical reality. Find your home frequency—your soul-in-the-body state, that feeling you have when life is beautiful and working like a charm. Stay in it. Express your best stuff. Don’t backslide into panic, depression, blame, or criticism—and correct yourself quickly if you do. Don’t unconsciously reinforce negative beliefs about life. Don’t add to suffering. Proceed as if you are lucky and creative and loved and supported by others, seen and unseen.

Make it your job to lift people up rather than keep them subdued and on the verge of hopelessness. We are headed for transparency!! In a transparent energy body, a transparent emotional body, and a transparent mental body, no virus can attach itself. No mental viruses can brainwash you. No emotional viruses can manipulate your mood, and no physical viruses can trick your immune system.

Perhaps Coronavirus has come to help us see through our own ego-based behaviors and identity—to cut through illusions rapidly. Cycles may repeat a few times but the track we’re on is an expanding spiral. With each pass, improvement. Contractions always release and expand again. Stay in trust, stay in the Flow, minute by minute, noticing what you need to notice. When we come back together to celebrate the passing of this phase, we will be more of ourselves and so much more respectful and loving to each other.

This is such an important world event with such promise of clarity.

How Coronavirus Is Speeding Us Toward Transparency: Part 1

We are living through what I’ve been calling “the bridge time”—the transition period between two very different realities. The old reality is one we know well, marked by linear thinking (past-present-future; beginning-middle-end; cause-action-effect)—which results from focusing attention on separation, ego, polarization, will power, and fear as our default setting. The old reality has become too slow because life—and the earth itself—are accelerating; we’re vibrating at ever-increasing frequencies and our old way of knowing and doing can’t keep up. We now need a faster, more elegant way to live and be—one that can match the higher vibration and evolve with it. The new reality is based on spiritual principles and universal truths, and it is birthing itself right now and burning off everything that’s in the way.

This is the time of the Opening of Pandora’s Box, when all the little demons and pests are released—those long-stored, suppressed, subconscious traumas, terrors, griefs, and rages.

It doesn’t want to experience chaos or the Void.

We’ve watched the rise of narcissism and destructive self-centeredness in leaders around the world because the ego’s methods are now being widely exposed. We see people victimized by these arrogant, insensitive, ego-driven bosses: people forced from their homes and lands, children ripped from parents or sold to sex traffickers, an opioid epidemic that turns people into zombies—to name just a few repercussions.

All this is part of the bridge time, part of the surfacing of our deepest fears. To have an enlightened new reality, everything that is not of the light must be seen, understood, and dissolved. This time period and this process must happen. It is part of a positive evolution of humanity and the planet, and it won’t last forever. We must learn to navigate the challenges and clear ourselves—totally—once and for all.

With the increase in frequency on the planet, the ego is being eclipsed. It can no longer hold back the wave of transformation; it can no longer be the boss, the director of reality. Soul-centered consciousness is taking over, causing us to dredge up what’s at the very bottom of Pandora’s Box. So what else might be down there? What could succeed at dislodging the ego’s carefully-plotted, power-maintenance strategy? What could cut through those long-standing negative identity habits to help us see a new way? How might we accelerate our global process of clearing?

Say “Welcome!” to the little but mighty Coronavirus! It seems to me to be the perfect symbolic materialization of our suppressed, subconscious traumas, terrors, griefs, and rages. And of the ego itself. Ego-driven leaders need isolation at the top of the hierarchy to succeed, are experts in domination, easily charm others into agreement, and are clever and chameleon-like, changing on a dime to avoid detection, criticism, and destruction. Coronavirus does something similar, dominating, spreading, and avoiding detection by seeming like “any other flu,” replicating itself, mutating, and hiding.

Coronavirus is an equal opportunity infector. The idea of being special and above the law is being brought low by a tiny, hijacking, parasitic virus that is no respecter of peoples. It doesn’t avoid those with gigantic, “successful” egos; it is not racist, class-oriented, bipartisan or political; and it doesn’t care if you’re famous/rich or a manual laborer/poor. Coronavirus is a great opportunist; it takes advantage of every possible chance to expand itself. It is greedy for power, for space, for attention. In so many ways it is the epitome of the ego; it is the ego’s replicant.

I think of the behavior of greedy, power-hungry people over the centuries, acting the same way Coronavirus acts: invading other people’s territories, conquering by first weakening and debilitating, then imprisoning, and finally killing people. And just as Coronavirus infects people before they even know it, power-hungry dictators have used spies and secretive means of infiltration in the early stages of overthrowing foreign lands.

I think, too, of how we have recently been invaded by cyber-terrorism from the Russian web brigade of bots and troll armies. Just as a virus works to replicate itself, so any thoughts that foster fear, rage, and hate can replicate among people in any walk of life, thanks to the contagion-fostering Petrie dish of social media. So here is a message from the Soul-of-All-of-Us coming via the global pandemic:

How much of your identity is invested in ego? How much have you attached your own importance and survival to having money, power or influence over others, or getting attention from people who agree with you? When you are denied any of these, do you panic and contract like a stone and sink, or do you expand into the imaginal realm, discover new paths, and choose to maintain your preferred “home frequency” state?

It may seem that life is going down the drain, but beneath the surface, the universal laws still function in compassionate ways, we still materialize our reality based on what frequency we place attention on and match, and what kind of thoughts and feelings we consistently entertain. There are as many possible realities as ever before and nothing holds you back from creating one except your own negative thinking. Creativity is only curtailed by thinking about what isn’t or can’t be.

The Role of Ancient Teachings in the New Paradigm: Part 2

As we yearn for a larger explanation of what’s happening in the world today, many turn attention to the spiritual, esoteric teachings of ancient cultures—teachings that have been recorded by both priesthoods and mystics. Ancient wisdom practices can be useful if we don’t get stuck in definitions and attribute the universal experience to special individuals. Just go deeper, trust yourself. You are the soul and you are the master teacher to your own personality.

Today’s Fragmented Consciousness
I see the attraction to Hermetic teachings, shamanism, sacred dance, mediumship, Wicca, working with gemstones and herbs, yoga, the Kabbalah, and so forth, as healthy beginnings. Many paths can facilitate higher states of consciousness when practiced diligently. As in ancient times, with enough work, people could experience initiation, during which the divine collective nature of the individual soul was revealed and memory of the spiritual realms returned. But this was a lifetime commitment. Becoming part of the Freemasons, for example, was a serious undertaking with many tests of character along the way.

Today, people may grasp hold of just one segment of broader teachings or may misinterpret techniques as ways to have a successful relationship or make more money—in other words, they want a better quality of life in the physical world, and don’t go much further. This “spiritual materialism” blocks transformation. In addition, given the shallow, fragmented nature of our consciousness, many people want fast answers and don’t want to put in the time to do the necessary work. They aren’t curious enough to see the magical, joyful results that occur when we take things far enough. Many seem to be grazing from one practice to another. Are we dilettantes or synthesizers? Are we splitting our consciousness further or unifying methods and inner experiences into a cohesive core understanding?

Watch for Subtle Forms of Ego and Distortion
A problem comes when teachers of ancient systems want to lock the teachings down as “the” answer or way. Or when they are caught in subtle forms of ego: the need for attention (to feel special) to validate themselves, identifying with the teachings as a way to integrate past life experience, or using the teachings as a security blanket to not have to truly dissolve the mental and emotional “clutter” they hold—which might be fear-based or based on pride, past successes, or habit. Then they don’t move beyond the forms, techniques, definitions, and processes of the specific system they espouse. And they can’t become universal enough for what is happening on the planet today.

I have never trusted people who tell others they’re enlightened (or according to the latest slang: “woke”). I’ve always sensed that the truly enlightened live in the world in a way that quietly empowers others, not in a way that draws attention to themselves. Enlightenment, when it comes, is so ordinary—the memory of the way it is just occurs, along with “How could I have forgotten?” So I watch for teachers who claim special expertise, use superlative language, coin their own terminology to stand out from the crowd, have special processes you need to experience to achieve high-level results, or who create online empires. I watch for people who don’t walk their talk and who are in the “work” to unconsciously heal themselves while acting as if they know what “you” need. I watch for spiritual guidance (even from myself) that comes from left-brain projections.

I watch for people who channel holy or healing energies so they themselves can feel them but don’t go further to become them, or to see that the recipient is already full of sacred energy and doesn’t need any more. To become a master is an old way of thinking—that we need an expert intermediary to connect us, or that mastery is a superior or unusual thing. Notice lately how so many people are offering “master classes” on everything. Enlightenment is actually everyone’s true original state and this should be popularized. Spiritual growth still requires work and persistence. Mastery is not something you get quickly in an online course or training. We need discrimination about the caliber of teachers we work with and our reasons for pursuing certain paths.

Also, watch for people who misrepresent universal principles through lack of understanding or who anthropomorphize spiritual beings so they seem more human. For example, in my understanding, angels and archangels don’t take on physical form, but are more likely to merge with morphological fields of high-frequency vibration, the kind created in ceremonies. Angels are not outside us but are more like an immense field or kind of light—a bridge-like clarifying frequency we can share with them. We give nonphysical beings names, but it’s for our convenience. They are more like tones that lead attuned people into new states via resonance.

Work with Forms and Direct Experience
Since there is no outside world, we can’t “attract” anything or anyone. Willpower doesn’t work. Forms emerge from our field when we match vibrations. The new Intuition Age frames things in terms of energy-consciousness-fields-frequencies-collectives-soul groups-pools of knowledge—all resonating. Tune yourself to any and you can know within that band of knowledge without intermediaries. The help we get from nonphysical beings is via telepathy and event coordination, timing, and helping people be conscious of when and what to do.

So, if you’re grazing to synthesize knowledge from different viewpoints, the way a college student might take a variety of electives, great! If you’re diving deep into one path, great! Get as much from it as possible and then look for similar, parallel paths as well that can broaden your worldview.

Ancient wisdom practices can be useful if we don’t get stuck in definitions and attribute the universal experience to special individuals. Just go deeper, trust yourself. You are the soul and you are the master teacher to your own personality. Certainly there are levels of readiness. Until you merge soul and self, a supposedly “separate” teacher will appear for each and every level. In the end, though, all teachers are you. The key is to feel for ego, lack of fluidity, and either too much, or not enough, seriousness. Choose what feels just right, and notice when something begins to feel limiting. The next thing you need will be revealed. And watch for your own impatience or the subtle anxiety that can convince you to jump ship. Sometimes it’s important to hold your attention on something one minute longer. Use what you can from specific paths, but forge that direct connection and merger with your own inner world.

The Role of Ancient Teachings in the New Paradigm: Part 1

As we yearn for a larger explanation of what’s happening in the world today, many turn attention to the spiritual, esoteric teachings of ancient cultures—teachings that have been recorded by both priesthoods and mystics. These systems were ways of symbolizing and preserving universal experience so it could be duplicated for those to come, and to hide knowledge from those who might misuse it for personal gain. In times past, it was mainly those few in spiritual service who received the knowledge and discipline necessary to train their minds to experience “enlightenment.”

Today, though, everyone is involved in a global process of spiritual growth—no more is enlightenment the realm of a special few. Esoteric teachings can serve as established roads into understanding the large-scale transformation happening today, but often they don’t go far enough or communicate how the phases of the process actually “feel” or how the teachings may have evolved to fit with our accelerated reality.

The Many Paths
Since people have varying levels of readiness and many cultural biases, there are many paths to the same goal. The Universal has been fragmented the way the Tower of Babel fragmented knowledge into so many languages. Throughout history many souls have incarnated to create and re-create ascension ceremonies and practices, suited to specific cultures and time periods, to help people remember who they are and what they know. Sometimes the methods were updated for the times, and sometimes the teachings remained dogmatic—ie, the teachers were loyal to past codified forms of the knowledge and processes.

Back when an individual’s world was limited to their village or country, one narrow path was fine. But today we are becoming global citizens, looking for commonalities among peoples. There are core truths at the heart of all paths to spirit. Should we let our definition-loving left brain limit us to only one way? Should we allow ourselves to become captive of a form?

The Limits of Ancient Teachings
In many ancient practices the teachings originated with partial perception. People were seeing in a linear way where there appeared to be a separation between earth and heaven, humans and the gods. Heaven was way “up there” and there seemed to be a huge gap between the realms. Various methodologies were defined so people could cross that gap—Charon, the sacred ferryman, carried souls of the newly deceased across the river Styx. Some souls were taken up in the chariots of the gods, while others had elaborate burial rituals to ensure they would make it to Valhalla or Olympus with all their worldly possessions.

Back then, we needed heaven to seem like earth, to believe there was “something” rather than “nothing” out there; we needed physical proof. We needed the gods to be like us, rather than we like them. We gave them powers we didn’t grant ourselves. Visitations were needed to convince the left brain that heaven was real. Similarly, we needed physical representations of abstract sacred patterns, or frequencies of consciousness, to feel the reality of how the nonphysical realms functioned. We sought to replicate sacred geometries in our temples, churches, cities, and arts. But for the large part, we didn’t go into the direct experience of the abstract, nonphysical realms.

We are still coming from partial perception today, still seeing a gap between self and soul, between matter and spirit—because we’re still knowing through the filter of linear perception. It’s logical, then, that many of the old teachings are appealing. But we are experiencing an intensified acceleration of energy and consciousness that’s causing our physical reality to increase its frequency; we are now able to experience that the nonphysical spiritual realm is within the physical one. They are one! As we flow with the acceleration on the planet and experience greater integration of soul with self, spirit with matter, our identity and reality transform. We are actually transforming faster and in larger collectives than ever before on the planet. Ancient teachings don’t address this.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 10

THE SOUL-BASED LIFE

In the final phase of the evolution process, we explore how good we can feel and how successful we can be when we’re living in the frictionless state, having fully integrated our body, mind, emotions, and soul together into one expression and merged with the world around us. We also explore how society may transform in a way that parallels our own growth, and what it’s really like to live in enlightened times. What might happen in areas like the justice system, business, health care, international languages, religion, technology, energy, agriculture, consciousness development, and dying? We become well-acquainted with the soul’s real motives: creativity, service, celebration, learning, and growth. Our value system changes.

With inspired collaboration and cocreation comes shared knowledge. We don’t have to remember to practice the Golden Rule because it’s physically painful not to do so. Love is truly understood as THE force of nature consistent throughout the cosmos. When service is what we choose to do with our freedom, great nurturing is experienced by all. When we have an experience of unlimited provision, possibility, and permission, creativity soars to new heights and the advancement of global culture proceeds at lightspeed. Individual consciousness expands exponentially and includes everything—the lower and higher lifeforms and thoughtforms, and all the dimensions.

We become adept in what previously were considered paranormal or supernatural consciousness skills like telepathy, teleportation, clairvoyance, spiritual healing, and psychokinesis. Humanity acknowledges beings from other dimensions and parallel realities as kin, works with the consciousness of minerals, elementals, plants, animals, and angels to develop unlimited energy sources, time travel, new forms of food, medicine, art, music, and science. We are interested in themes like extraterrestrial life, communication with nonphysical beings, ascension and descension vs. physical death and birth, interdimensional travel and communication, new mathematical systems, the renovation of DNA, and regeneration of physical structures and rapid materialization of new realities from their etheric “inner blueprints.”

The Revelations: It’s so joyful to be alive! It’s so easy to create, heal, and manifest whatever I-We want! I can be physical as long as I want to, and nonphysical as long as I want to!

The Choice: I will stay real. I will choose from love.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 9

YOUR NEW SELF IN A SEMI-CONSCIOUS WORLD

We now enter a time of trial where our new worldview is tested by society’s remaining collective beliefs in sacrifice and suffering. It’s normal, when developing a new habit, especially one that changes the very way reality functions, to periodically succumb to the prevailing view of others who are still caught in old perception. How do we stay optimistic when those around us are just entering the awakening process and catalyzing more global negativity?

We must remember that as human beings we perceive in an oscillating way. We’re clear, then we experience another wave of contraction into doubt and fear. We feel enlightened personally, then the world breaks in and we become aware of the people who are still in the dark. We must draw on our new knowledge about the evolution process to remember to recenter, return to inner truth, and recreate each moment with the soul’s wise motives.

We face specific challenges now: dealing with the mindset that causes energy drain and depression, continually renewing ourselves, understanding how to work with people who are caught in victim and dominator behaviors, or in dualistic too much-too little thinking. We learn to take leadership roles as healers, teachers, and innovators as a strategy for staying positive and service-oriented. We also develop the habit of taking time and space to be silent, explore our creativity, go on spiritual retreats, travel to spiritual places, and undergo periodic visionquests.

In this stage of the evolution process, we develop an understanding about the last steps of the clearing or purification process, where the soul dissolves our bottom-of-the-bucket beliefs in limitation, which carry with them baseline emotions like rage, hopelessness, terror, grief, and hatred. We are ending our involvement with suffering, and have various revelations about what causes it, the ways we unwittingly add fuel to its fire, and how we can disengage and transform suffering and sacrifice into acts of soul.

After we’ve shifted into the soul’s perception and reality, we think we’ll never have to deal with pain again. However, layers of the collective pain held by society now filter into our awareness. If we’re not mindful, we may feel this pain as though it’s ours alone and be tempted to backslide into negative mental and emotional states. The truth is that we are so expanded that the collective pain IS our pain, and it’s no more difficult to release it than it was before when we were less expansive. The choice for soul is the same. And each time we release ownership of suffering and return to soul, we help the world heal and release its darkness, which is truly the work of the saints.

The Revelations: I am a spiritual teacher! By my choice for soul, I serve others who aren’t as far along as I am.

The Choice: I choose to release pain and suffering, no matter whose it is. If I feel it, it’s mine to release.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 8

DESTINY AND UNIVERSAL KINSHIP HAPPEN

We take positive steps to act on our destiny impulses and learn there’s a new way to achieve results based on the soul’s reality. When we are in the moment, in the heart, in the body, and connected to all knowledge, all energy, all resources, all collaborators, there is a revelation of the power of the unified field, and how it helps us materialize our visions. We discover how the creation-materialization process works when there is faith in the interconnectedness and appropriateness of things. We learn to experience the unified field as an extension of our own body and how to seed our personal field or aura to attract what we need.

We also learn about the evolving nature of destiny, based on our interconnection to all other souls and their destinies, and discover a new way to plan, set, and achieve goals in a fluid world. We learn to check our higher vision often, and rock back and forth between our personal and collective self, weaving heaven and earth together. We learn to make authentic choices that support win-win solutions by asking questions like: What is my next courageous act? What desire comes from pure innocent fascination? What action is deeply comfortable? We learn that the materializing process can occur nearly instantaneously, that life is like an interactive holographic video game.

Once we’re familiar with the heart and unified field, and learn to move our consciousness freely out through the field, encompassing more reality, we understand how we not only belong in various collectives, but we can merge into them so much that their group mind becomes our mind. We begin to understand the full spectrum of Self, from “I am Me” to “I am Us,” as the individual and collective become interrelated and mutually sourcing. We feel how we affect each others’ lives, and become responsible for our actions and thoughts. We see relationships in an entirely new light, learn to work cooperatively from a feeling of fellowship and kinship, and redefine marriage, teamwork, organizational structures, and even international politics. There is a proliferation of new partnerings, collaborations, networks, and rapid globalization. Business develops new operating procedures.

Internally, we work with spiritual councils and collective “entities” or pools of knowledge. We see how soulgroups, oversouls, or soul families can be like stepping stones to higher identity. We are interested in themes like the group mind, collective consciousness, healing global suffering, the joy of nonsacrificial service, and sharing, barter, and philanthropy.

Revelations: The world and other people are helping me materialize my dreams! We’re all working together to evolve ourselves and life! I’m capable of so much more than I ever thought!

The Choice: I will be clear about what I want to create, and I will create what’s perfect for me. What’s perfect for me is also perfect for others, and vice versa.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 7

THE PHOENIX EMERGES

We are reborn as a new holistic self with new knowledge, new perception, and a new reality. We practice living according to the soul’s wisdom and discover our destiny. The process begins its upward rise from old identity to the new authentic soul-self. We show up in the world again, with new enthusiasm and motivation based on the soul’s wisdom and intent. A new understanding about how life functions infuses everything we know. Now we don’t need to use will power to make life work—we see it’s already working perfectly. We become interested in self-fulfillment and self-responsibility, are “full of ourselves” in the best sense, and are overflowing with the desire to do something creative that comes from the cocreation of our soul and the divine. We are hopeful, enthusiastic, optimistic, faithful, and inspired. Innovation abounds in all areas of life.

We are motivated to recognize the soul’s true vision—our destiny—engage with it fully, and live it in each moment. We look deeply for the work and self-expression that we’re “built for,” developing more intuitive techniques to access inner guidance and open ourselves to new motivations and what’s possible in life. We understand the difference between life purpose (of the mind) and destiny (of the soul). There is much sorting of grain from chaff as we continue to feel that what used to make life meaningful no longer satisfies. We re-examine everything in our life, hold it up to a new standard, and make radical revisions.

We honor our “deep tendencies” that have been present from birth, eliminate any “driving motives” so we can find natural effortless expression, and we learn the difference between projecting ahead with the mind to find future direction vs. sensing the possible quantum leaps that might occur when the heart perceives truth. We discover surprising new directions, locations, and benefactors that might occur in the absence of fear and learn to receive support, opportunities, messages, and miracles—to feel deserving and encouraged in expressing our destiny.

We learn to give as unselfconsciously as we receive, keeping the flow of soul going. We have new motives—no longer do we need to accomplish goals—we want to be so saturated into the world, so in the flow, that we might shapeshift in the blink of an eye, if that’s what the world needs. We become multifaceted, capable of doing many things successfully, so we can flow easily in any direction that beckons. Enthusiasm replaces ambition.

The Revelations: I don’t HAVE to do anything, and I WANT to do everything I can! I am inheriting everything I’ve ever earned! I get to be and do my most favorite things!

The Choice: I will be aware of being responsive to my subtle urges and I will choose my thoughts and deeds according to my deepest comfort and joy.

The Evolution/Transformation Process: Part 6

THE SECRETS OF SKILLFUL PERCEPTION

While we’re still gestating, becoming convinced that we are the soul, not the ego, we experience a transformational shift of perception, where our reality construct changes and life itself begins to behave differently. No longer is life based on feeling separate, afraid, and needing to use will power to make things happen. Now we understand we’re interrelated, mutually supportive, loving, and that life helps us do and have whatever we truly need.

Our model of perception first changes from a linear, horizontal one where everything we want and need seems to come from the world outside us, to a more “vertical” model where the archetypal sources of wisdom, love, and energy—Heaven-Father and Earth-Mother—flow from above and below (they are seen as frequencies) to merge in our heart. Now unlimited provision comes from within, from a centerpoint. When that happens, all centerpoints resonate with that integration—the core of every organ, every cell—within the body and in the myriad forms in the field around us. And we can easily merge our attention into any centerpoint and know that reality as our own.

The next quick shift comes as the heart expands equally in all directions and we realize consciousness is really spherical. We live in a “ball” that is our present moment, our reality, our conscious mind. Everything we can think of exists in the ball with us, and the ball constantly expands and contracts, depending on  what we place attention on. So the ball is an imaginary kind of focus and we realize there actually is no outside world—because as soon as we have a new idea, our ball has already expanded to include it. The whole unified field is out body of knowledge, and it includes everything, every dimension, every being.

We are free to move in and out through the universal body of knowledge, using our new spherical heart-mind like a zoom lens on a camera, and we see how wonderfully complex we really are. We discover other worlds—the various dimensions of our consciousness—and can travel without leaving the safety of “home.” We are shifting from a reality where life has been like a donut—everything real has been “out there,” separate from us, and the center, where we actually reside, has seemed hollow and empty. We see how we lose touch with ourselves by projecting awareness into the “donut”—the past, future, other locations, and fictitious realities—creating the “empty self syndrome” which makes us feel powerless, fearful, dependent, and victimized.

In the soul’s new reality, everything exists inside the “donut hole” with us. When we’re centered, the donut hole changes to the living sphere that can expand and contract through time and space, and beyond.

We see how the old, linear, “unskillful” way of perceiving blocks the flow of soul and creates sacrifice, suffering, and paralysis while the new, holographic, “skillful” way creates joy, enthusiasm, and the experience of feeling lovable and unconditionally supported by life. We learn to consistently shift from the old, codependent, energy-draining, “mind-in-the-will” worldview into the new, cocreative, energy-generating “soul-in-the heart” one, where our sense of individuality changes from isolated ego to uniqueness-amidst-happy-diversity.

At this point we understand the metaphysical function of the heart as the place of the sacred hierogamus, or marriage. It is the integrator of all experiences, the revealer of truth and appropriateness, and the doorway between spirit-fourth dimension and matter-third dimension. We now place a high priority on keeping our heart open and soft. We’re interested in themes like transformation, holograms, the heart as seat of the soul, traveling through time and space in spherical vehicles, and the true meaning of “home.”

The Revelations: The world is not out there; it’s in me; it is me! I can be as big or small as I want; it’s just a matter of focus! I am free to know and be anything! My true consciousness resides in my heart!

The Choice: I will see life as a ball around me that expands and contracts according to my interest. I find truth and guidance in my heart.

I’m Really Tired of Hatred

This is a piece written by John Pavlovitz, 1/16/20 • https://johnpavlovitz.com/

Yesterday while picking up lunch I ran into a friend I hadn’t seen in a few months. After exchanging surprised greetings and a fierce hug—she stopped abruptly, looked genuinely concerned and said, “Are you OK? You look tired today.”

After weathering the initial sting of her honest but uninvited commentary, I assured her she was somewhat incorrect in her evaluation. “Not just today,” I remarked matter of factly. “This is how I look now—I’m always tired.”

She smiled widely and then leaned in with genuine concern and quietly pressed for details: “So what are you tired of?”

I couldn’t come up with an answer that seemed sufficient in the thirty seconds we had remaining before our takeout orders were ready (and honestly I didn’t feel right baring my soul surrounded by complete strangers in front of a full deli case) so I laughed and said, “Oh, you know!”—and quickly changed the subject. But on the way home her question was still hanging there in my head: What am I tired of?

Hatred.

That’s it. I’m tired of hatred—like, really tired.

I’m tired of waking every morning and seeing that we’re in an another unnecessary and preventable Constitutional crisis.
I’m tired of having to once again channel the adrenaline to confront a new onslaught of real and manufactured emergencies.
I’m tired of having to desperately appeal to public servants to do the decent and humane thing and seeing them again flatly refuse.
I’m tired of trying to convince professed followers of Jesus that they’re supposed to care about other people.
I’m tired of dancing through minefields at family gatherings; doing verbal gymnastics to sidestep relational explosions and to keep loving people I’ve recently learned unsettling things about.
I’m tired of scrolling through racist, anti-LGBTQ, anti-immigrant, anti-Semitic hate speech filling my social media mentions.
I’m tired of being reminded daily of the white supremacy that my former church friends are so terribly afflicted with.
I’m tired of seeing stories of newly-emboldened bigots showing up as neighbors, elementary school teachers, local politicians, and coffee shop patrons—because they feel a kindred embittered spirit in the White House.
I’m tired of boastful, nonsensical, intentionally-provocative Presidential tweets littered with Democrat slander, wall-building taunts, and abject lies.
I am so damn tired of hatred—and yes, I’m tired of hating it all too.
I’m tired of continually confronting ugliness—and of the increasing ugliness it brings out in me as I do.
I’m tired of walking into a room and trying to calculate inside my head, how many of them there are—and resenting human beings I’ve never met based on my evaluation.
I’m tired of assuming the worst in people because of the bumper sticker on their car or the red hat atop their head or the channel they get their news from.
I’m tired of the impatience and irritability always sitting just below the surface of my countenance, and how often it breaks violently through and into my day in angry words in traffic or expletives spoken under my breath or easy frustration with the normal inconveniences of life.
I’m tired of regularly losing my religion as I fight both for and with my faith tradition: being anything but Christlike while advocating for the teachings of Jesus.
I’m tired of feeling a growing hopelessness when I see the people we’re becoming.

I know this fight is emotionally and physically exhausting, that there is a profound personal cost for hating things, even things that merit hatred. I know that it makes my heart less buoyant and far more susceptible to sinking into despair. I’m trying to make sure I stay a loving person opposing things that make me angry—and not a perpetually angry person, but it’s difficult to tell when you’re swimming in so much enmity every day.

I want to leave a legacy of kindness, a compassionate wake in the waters of this world so that other people who are similarly fatigued by the hatred they encounter here, find rest in me. Maybe that’s all any of us can do: perpetuate decency and goodness and generosity in the infinitesimal space of the next choice in front of us.

Maybe if we make this world a little bit more loving in the small and the close and the present, maybe the ripples will eventually reach the big and the distant in the future.

Then maybe everyone who’s as fully tired of hatred as we are—will finally get some rest.
