I'll usually go do something else I enjoy such as watch a movie, spend time with family or friends, go for a walk or read another book. I don't force it. There have been days, weeks or even months that go by before I pick up writing that specific piece (blog, book, article, etc.) again. When I do go back to it, I'm usually refreshed and "feel" I'm ready. (less)
