ARCs for Broken Reverie Coming Soon!
Blurb:
“Sometimes, it feels like my life has become a revolving door of the living the same day over and over again, and the moments where I actually feel alive have become just that—only moments.”
From the outside, Evie Hale has the perfect life: a successful writing career, lots of friends, and the perfect fiancé.
She has what everyone else wants—the most that anyone could reasonably ask for—and yet, it isn’t enough, and she’s not quite sure why.
Evie manages to stuff it down, to quiet the part of her inside that’s screaming something is wrong until she runs into Adrian—a small and seemingly insignificant part of her past who evokes something in her she hasn’t felt in a long time.
With a wedding looming near and everyone’s eyes and expectations weighing heavily on her, what will she do?
***
Broken Reverie is completed and in its last editing stages.
While Ruby and Jake are in this story, and you will get some closure there, Broken Reverie focuses on Evie. We get to see what is going on in her life and relationship that has her so apprehensive about the unexpected proposal at the end of Broken People, and those issues ultimately culminate in an affair. It's spicier than BP, but also not as dark, as she doesn't have that kind of darkness in her past.
Content Warning: sexual content and profanity.
Trigger Warning/Spoiler: This book does detail an affair, and I know that can be a trigger for some people and, at times, it's admittedly uncomfortable. A lot of times, books like these will make the offended party into a monster, and eventually reveal they're a big fat cheater that never cared about the MC in the first place. While the couple has their differences that threatens to destroy the relationship from the beginning, I didn't do that.
I'm super happy with how well Evie's story fell into place, and I hope you will all love it as much as I do.
Enjoy the ride.

Coming Soon: A Little Unstable

Coming Soon: A Little Unstable
A Little Unstable is a standalone, friends-to-enemies-to-lovers NA college romance. It's told from dual POV over two timelines (high school & college).
If you've read my books before, it shouldn't surprise you that this is not for the faint of heart. It's got its share of content and trigger warnings, including sexual content, profanity, suicidal ideation, and bullying.
Blurb:
"I think maybe it will be better this way. It’s better when people show their true colors early on. His colors were anger and resentment. Mine, as much as I didn’t want them to be, were detached and far too lonely. We wouldn’t blend well. We couldn't make anything beautiful. Still, the hurt squeezes and crushes me, and I wonder if it would feel like that every time I saw him from this day on."
It's been two years since Mila Lindley moved into the apartment next to Tristan Li's house. It's been a year since he moved out and they both thought they'd be able to breathe again—Tristan, because he was finally free of the hometown he felt suffocated him, and Mila, because she was finally free of Tristan.
Or so she thought. Until now.
Walking into her first college course and accidentally sitting down next to him was bad enough. Finding out they'd be lab partners for the semester was a nightmare. Managing not to kill each other over the next four months was going to be impossible.
Ultimately, the two realize what they're really fighting is their electric, but sometimes toxic, attraction. But what will happen if they finally give in? Will they live happily ever after or will the damage they've already done, the words left unsaid, and the secrets they've kept from each other eventually destroy them?
Told through dual point-of-view over two different timelines, Tristan and Mila's tumultuous story is an emotional rollercoaster showing us what can happen—both good and bad—when we bare our souls to another person and how love might look and feel differently when our pasts have left us just a little unstable.
