Struggles are real

It's Sunday evening and it's been a real struggle today. I keep my mother who has dementia. I love my mother dearly but if you have ever had a love-one with this disease you know it's a killer. To watch this person who was so strong and keep the home front going to not being able to remember things and who talks to your dad that has been gone since 2013 is completely and utterly heartbreaking. Dementia is an awful disease.

Tomorrow is another workday. These weekends fly by way too fast. I hope it's as beautiful as it was today.

Reading lately!

Good afternoon! I'm loving this weather here in Alabama!

I'm currently reading Arranged Heart by T.L. Smith. It's the sixth book in the series and it's a must read. I highly suggest reading Book 1 first.

I hope if you are in Florida that you please take cover. Prayers sent out to you to be safe.

Book Signing Event

Good evening or night-time! Hope everyone is doing good. Tomorrow I'm going to be in Foley for my second book signing and I'm so excited!

I'm reading Lies by Kylie Scott and it's a action packed book. Highly suggest you check out her books, she's one of my favorite authors.

It's a cool night here and I have enjoyed the weather all day. It actually feels like an autumn day in Alabama today.

First Book Signing

Happy Sunday!

Had a great day yesterday at my first book signing at DeDe's Book Rack in Trussville, AL. A special thanks to DeDe for allowing me to have a table at her bookstore and to those who came out to see me! My daughter came with me, and she participate in some square dancing. Tons of fun had by all!

Cool Nights

There's nothing more enjoyable than sitting with my four-legged baby curled in my lap. Tonight, is one of those nights. Happily enjoying his company while I read Heart's A Mess by Kylie Scott. Kylie Scott is one of my favorite writers. My favorite series is The Stage Five Dive Series by Kylie Scott. We have finally gotten a cool night here in Alabama and I'm taking full advantage of it.

Monday already!

Good morning! Is it Monday already? I hope everyone had a great weekend!

I worked on the second book in The Red Club Series this weekend and got pretty far. I'm excited for you to find out what happens in this new book! Rose is one of my favorite characters in this series. She's feisty and gives Blaze a run for his money.

Lazy Sunday Morning

Good morning on a beautiful Sunday!

This morning, I'm enjoying drinking my coffee which I have come to like straight black and working on the next book in The Red Club Series. Blaze and Rose's story! Will Blaze finally fall in love, or will he keep his playboy ways?

I hope that you have had a chance to read my first book in The Red Club Series. Wilder and Sarah have a real connected but with several obstacles in their way they have to find how to overcome them.
