डॉ. सन्तोष अर्श का जन्म अवध में बाराबंकी जनपद के एक गाँव मझपुरवा (1987) में हुआ। छोटी उम्र से लेखन और लखनऊ में फ्रीलांसिंग। मूलतः कवि, आलोचना और सम्पादन में भी सक्रिय। 'आलोचना की दूसरी किताब' (2024) प्रकाशित; सम्पादन - 'विद्रोही होगा हमारा कवि' (2020) जनकवि रमाशंकर यादव 'विद्रोही' पर आधारित पुस्तक है।
