Maximilian Sam is an award winning author. His first book "It's A Stray Dog's Life" won Best Children's Book, Best Comedy Book, and Best Book Cover in the Feed My Reads Awards 2022.

He has lived in over 10 countries around the World ranging from his native UK to Saudi Arabia, from Bahrain to Indonesia with several stops in between.

He currently lives in Turkey where he spends his life surrounded by stray cats and dogs who have inspired his "Stray Dog" series of children's books.
