A Valentine’s shout out to all you elephant fans. Now is the time to be strong…to stay strong…from the inside out. And as such, I decided to brew myself a Valentine’s detox tea inspired by Ayurveda recipe: cumin, fennel and coriander seeds, 1 tsp each in soup pot boiled for 15 minutes. Arbonne got me started on the detox thinking and it works! Let’s stay strong and inspired together!
