Hace cinco años, cuando aprendí a meditar constantemente, me di cuenta que en mi ser habitaba una fuerza que no tenía nada que ver con lo que me habían enseñado en la escuela ni en la universidad, no tenía que ver con newtons o libras; una fuerza que te eleva más allá de la conciencia y que te hace sentir pleno y completo.

Pronto me di cuenta también, que esa fuerza no tenía nada que ver con tamaño o grandeza, por eso quise ponerle ese título a mi libro, en honor a esa fuerza que me sostiene y que se incrementa cada vez que ayudo a alguien, cada vez que comparto con alguien, cada vez que contemplo la belleza de la naturaleza, o cuando respiro profundamente y dejo que el aire me de vida en ese pequeño instante, como si fuera un soplo mágico. ...more
