'TIS AN ILL WIND THAT BLOWS NO MINDS

'’Tis an ill wind that blows no minds’’ - Malaclypse the Younger, Principia Discordia (from '’The Cosmic Trigger,’’ by Robert Anton Wilson)

I always look for books that blow my mind, and ‘’The Light Eaters,’’ by Zoe Schlanger, is the latest. Speaking about plants, ethnobotanist Timony Plowman exclaimed, ‘’They can eat light, isn’t that enough!?’’ Think about it!

‘’The Light Eaters,’’ a cutting edge look at the latest discoveries about plants and trees, not only blew my mind, it reorganized my understanding of life on earth and of our place in the hierarchy of beings.

Jane Goodall once noted, ’We’re the most intellectual being to walk the planet. But we’re not intelligent. If you’re intelligent, you don't destroy your only home.’' Notable exceptions to this idiocy are various indigenous peoples who live in Nature as part of a family of all living things, not as overlords but as coequals. The sobering fact is that plants have existed much longer on earth than humans, and in indigenous cultures, accordingly, plants are deeply respected and intimately known. They are regarded as our elder brothers and sisters, with much to teach us about survival on our earth. The truth is, we humans are dependent on plants.

In recent decades, science has made discoveries that melt away millenia of preconceptions. We now know, for instance, that plants communicate, not only via root and fungal systems, but through the release of airborne chemical signals. They predict and plan defenses against disease and predators. They cooperate not only with their own nearby neighbors, but with other, outlying plant species as well. Most astonishingly, plants apparently can feel, see, and hear, possibly via photoreceptors across their bodies, a discovery that has required researchers to radically reorient the human-centric definition of ‘’intelligence'’ governed by a central brain.

With this whole new understanding of our plant elders, we have to ask - Are plants conscious? Decide for yourself. With each page of this continually startling, trail-blazing book, the universe, and our place in it, wondrously expands.

‘’From wonder into wonder, existence opens.’’ - Lao Tzu, ‘’The Way of the Tao’'

‘’The Light Eaters'' is a perfect companion to Robin Wall Kimmerer’s ‘’Braiding Sweetgrass’’’ and to books like Dave Goulson’s ‘’A Buzz in the Meadow.’'

A PROVOCATIVE NEW VISION: Robert Macfarlane's New Book Helps Us Create a Sustainable Planet

‘’IS A RIVER ALIVE?’' is revolutionary - a new way of seeing, and saving, our environment, our nonhuman kin, and ourselves. Is a river alive? And does it have ‘’rights?’’ As our understanding of the definition of ‘’life’’ expands, through the startling experiences on these pages, the short answer is yes, rivers are ‘’alive.'' Though they may not seem to qualify for what we traditionally think of as live beings, we come to see otherwise.

‘’All things on the Earth have a spirit and a life, whether they are animate or not.’’ - Rights of Nature resolution on the St. Lawrence River, Canadian House of Commons, May 2022.

Should they have ‘’rights?’' If a corporation, which couldn’t be more dead, can be granted ‘’rights,'’ our fellow nonhuman entities on this planet - plants, animals, lakes, rivers, oceans - on which our survival depends, more than qualify to have rights. And none too soon. Nothing is more essential to life than Earth's waterways.

‘’Our aliveness, as well as all life that lies beyond the human, is at stake.’’ (page 284)

This book is more than a bright new vision. In prose that is almost poetry at times and as alive as his rivers, we embark on an often heart pounding adventure along three great rivers that are under threat of damming, mining and ‘’development.’’ You cannot take this journey and come away unaltered by its mysteries, by the intricate, astonishing life encountered along, and within, the flow of the river. You can no longer think of a river - or a box elder, a mushroom, or a wolf spider - as an ‘’it.’’ It is alive, an integral part of our web of life.

‘’Where does mind stop and world begin? Not at skull and skin, that’s for sure.’’

‘’Everything is connected to everything else…relation is life.’’ (page 100)

In the tradition of the Lakota proverb, ‘’Mitakuye Oyasin - we are all related, two legged, four legged, furred, finned, feathered, those that crawl in the earth and those that grow from it’'- this is a powerful companion to ''Braiding Sweetgrass,'' ''The Serviceberry,'' ''Playground,'' ''The Overstory,'' ''A Buzz in the Meadow,'' ''The Radiant Life of Animals,'' ''The Sea Around Us,'' and other classics of the interplay of humans and nature. ‘’Is a River Alive?’' is a sure step in our evolution toward a sustainable planet, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Mitakuye Oyassin

Every day being EARTH DAY, here is a perfect read for our time, ''The Radiant Life of Animals,'' by the powerful Chippewa native American author, Linda Hogan.

Why is this little book so important at this moment? Because it has never been more urgent that humans find their place in Nature. In this time of impending climate collapse and potential extermination of life on Earth, our survival depends on an evolution in consciousness, an authentic compassion - not just respect - for all of life. As the Lakota proverb says, ‘’Mitakuye Oyassin...we are all related - two-legged, four-legged, furred, feathered, finned, those that crawl in the earth and those that grow from it.’’ Among the wisest guides on the path to a sustainable planet are Native Americans and their traditions. This incandescent book is charged, transformative, like soft explosions in our brains, smoothly merging our consciousness with the life of Hogan’s mountain home, with the wolf, cougar, elk, mustang, barn swallow, pack rat, aspen, and the passing seasons. Effortlessly, it dissolves the barriers within that we of the West have erected, unleashing our inherent connection to all of life.

Unless we come to realize ‘’we are all related’’ and begin to live in harmony with the Earth and all her creations, we will vanish like so many species that have gone before us. Caretakers, not masters, we ‘’conquer’’ nature at our mortal peril.

Lyrical, wildly beautiful, deeply affecting, ''The Radiant Lives of Animals'' belongs in our evolutionary toolbox, along with ‘’The Serviceberry’’’ and ‘’Braiding Sweetgrass’’ by Potowatami naturalist Robin Wall Kimmerer.

''IMMINENT''

If you are among the dwindling number of people who brush aside reports of ‘’UFO’s’’ or UAP’s (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena), '’IMMINENT,'' authored by Luis Elizondo, the recently resigned head of the ‘’Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program,’’ will be a wake up call. Ever since the 2017 NY Times breakthrough article by Leslie Kean with accompanying video and the July 2023 Congressional hearings which for the first time revealed governmental admission of the reality of UAP’s, this subject has moved from the ‘’fringe’’ to serious scientific acceptance and investigation. As an experiencer, I feel heartened and hopeful that this riveting new book has jumped on the NY Times Bestseller list. In this moment of impending climate collapse and potentially catastrophic global strife, a radical shift in human consciousness is imperative. As the events recounted in ‘’’IMMINENT'' make clear, our continued survival as a species depends on it. Attaining it is directly connected to our grasp of the advanced consciousness behind UAP.

Luis Elizondo resigned in protest at the dangerous coverup by his Pentagon superiors of UAP information, and courageously decided to go public with a book. With its official, documented history of heretofore secret encounters of UAP with military and civilian personnel, Elizondo's tale is a game-changer. This is a story that goes a long way in blowing up taboos around the subject and opening minds to the new reality we find ourselves in. For that reason, it is essential reading.

The current global crises cannot be solved with the current consciousness. The phenomenon of UAP and advanced nonhuman intelligence triggers an essential reorientation in our understanding of who we are, of our place in the universe, and the very nature of reality itself. We are at a pivotal turning point in human evolution, where we as a species either evolve or die out. The presence of UAP zigzagging through the skies at impossible speeds, at home in the ocean or the air, reading minds, and appearing and disappearing at will, is a dizzying glimpse of a physics well beyond our own, opening us to a far vaster, more wondrous ‘’reality’’ than the one we have been dozing in.

While the revelations of the reality of UAP’s in ‘’IMMINENT'' is a critically important step in advancing our consciousness, we should also keep in mind that ‘’IMMINENT'' is largely colored by a military viewpoint, which is: As our species, a known violent one, comes closer to mastering the UAP’s means of propulsion, our visitors are concerned with how dangerous we potentially could be to them and other inhabitants of the universe with this technology. According to Elizondo, the military theory is that our visitors, observing our progress, are deciding whether to take the chance of humans evolving beyond warlike behavior, or whether to obliterate us before we can be a threat to theirs and other species. To avoid this dark scenario, humans must evolve, quickly, and hope our visitors will give us the benefit of the doubt.

But there could be another take on the narrative, a non-military one. Fear of the ‘’other’’ is not necessarily an accurate or productive way for us to meet the phenomenon of a formidable nonhuman intelligence. In my view, phrases in the book like ‘’invading our airspace’’ would be laughable, if they didn’t infer a dangerously primitive military response to UAP that could create disastrous consequences. Who’s '’airspace?'' If our visiting friends have co-existed with us for centuries, or even pre-existed us on this planet, as archeological evidence seems to suggest, ‘’our airspace’' is a presumptuous assertion. Why wouldn’t our nonhuman co-inhabitants think of it as our shared airspace? Likewise, the documented reports of nuclear facilities being momentarily shut down by UAP are not necessarily signs of hostility towards humanity, as Elizondo acknowledges. He suggests there are two possible reasons for these incursions and shutdowns to our nuclear facilities. Either they are probing our defenses for intelligence gathering purposes, or the shutdowns may be a warning to stay away from nuclear technology, for the good of the planet as well as for the safety of off-world civilizations, for whom nuclear blasts apparently disrupt the space-time continuum in which they live. Based on what we have observed of UAP technology, they clearly have little need to probe our defenses! I opt for the latter possibility.

Elizondo’s is scrupulous in sticking to what he knows and has seen, and doesn’t speculate on why there is such a coverup of alternative energy. However, others in the field, such as Dr. Steven Greer, Apollo astronauts Brian O’Leary and Edgar Mitchell, indicate that the real ‘’secret’’ has never been the existence of UAP’s, which has been known to certain government circles since at least the 1940’s. The real coverup is about the mastery of their means of propulsion, which is evidently based in the physics of the ‘’zero point’’ and ‘’anti-gravity’’and which would completely supplant the fossil fuel industry underlying the world’s economy and geopolitical order. Making public this ‘’free’’ energy source would eventually create a sustainable planet and bright future, but in the short term it would have seismic worldwide disruptive repercussions. This is the powder keg of real ‘’disclosure.''

The research of Greer (see DPIArchive.com) seems to reveal that the forces opposing ‘’disclosure’’ are a formidable, highly secret melange of military, intelligence and aerospace deep insiders, an illegal, rogue operation free from government oversight. As Elizondo’s book reveals, there is evidence that some UAP craft have actually been retrieved and have been partially or wholly reverse engineered. Although Elizondo doesn't explore this, Greer and others seem to have evidence that this ‘’free energy’’ technology has already been partially or completely mastered by this group, or groups, and that many current sightings may actually be ‘’alien reproduction vehicles,’’ not UAP’s, including the 2017 fighter wing-camera videos that exploded across TV screens a couple of years ago!

In addition to the planet saving benefits of such technology, there is a very real peril: If a nation or group held such a technology, they could weaponize it to totally dominate other nations. No doubt, the author’s urgency in getting this book out is based in good part on this concern.

At the risk of sounding far-fetched, there may be further evidence to suggest that some, if not all, ''abductions’’ may actually not be by UAP, but from ''black operations’’ staged by this illegal group within the military-industrial-fossil fuel complex to foment fear and hatred of ‘’the others’' and prevent peaceful, productive contact with our nonhuman visitors and the collapse of the fossil fuel industry. Whether the harassment and injury to natives in Brazil, as reported in ‘’IMMINENT'', involved hostile nonhumans or was a staged black operation from this covert group, is thus also in question.

In short, the subject is too immense in scope, too sensitive, and too important to be consigned solely to the military, and Elizondo would probably agree. It falls to you and me. It is now imperative for human individuals to rise to the occasion as co-equal citizens of the universe, stepping out in peace and goodwill as ‘’ambassadors,’’ as Dr. Greer puts it, to welcome and acknowledge extended family. Fear and aggression have no place here. We should be aware of projecting onto these highly advanced travelers the human frailties of our own limited consciousness. If the non-human intelligence zipping around us with impunity had wanted to enslave or annihilate us, they could have done so long ago. Perhaps when we have demonstrated that our species has evolved to a point where we are able to live in peace on this planet, our ‘’friends'’ may find it safe enough to share full knowledge of their technologies, and with this nonpolluting ‘’free’’ energy, we might create a sustainable planet at last.

Elizondo’s closing remarks reflect a consciousness far beyond that of a military warrior:

‘’This fight demands courage…We can no longer stick our heads in the sand and pretend we are alone in the universe. We know we are not alone.

‘’Will we unite as a species to communicate with these new potential friends - or will we doom ourselves through unwise policy and violence?

‘’Humanity has never been in this position or experienced what is ahead of us. If we make the wrong choices from here, we may erase humanity from the universe. If we come together and triumph, we will prosper and march into a future that no generation of humans has ever really imagined.''

‘’IMMINENT'' is a game-changing landmark on the road to full disclosure, a book that confronts humanity with evidence of the most significant development in our history, written by the key governmental player in the harrowing, ongoing, behind-the-scenes push towards disclosure. Luis Elizondo has not only given us a page-turning, mind-bending book, he has rendered humanity a great service.

‘’IMMINENT'' is meant as a beginning, posing almost as many questions as it answers. It is a must-read.

For those wishing to explore further, two books in particular not only complement Elizondo’s but greatly expand our understanding of this pivotal moment - ‘’UNACKNOWLEDGED,'' by Dr. Steven Greer, and ''THE UFO OF GOD,'' by Chris Bledsoe.

American Caesar: Douglas MacArthur 1880-1964

American Caesar: Douglas MacArthur 1880-1964
by William Manchester - A review

It is not often that we find ourselves side by side with living, breathing, larger than life individuals. Rare among reading experiences, ‘’American Caesar,’’ William Manchester’s classic biography of Douglas MacArthur, carries you into the soul of a man who, despite glaring faults of character, embodied greatness. I closed this book sad at no longer being in the company of a man I’d grown to love, no longer having the pleasure of discovering the endless variety of his talents, the stories of breathtaking bravery, daring, and out of the box thinking, the presence of iconoclastic genius. I sat a while in awe, and with profound gratitude for a soaring experience.

William Manchester has the talents of a fine novelist, and not one page, or even one sentence of his towering biography seems expendable. The most decorated American soldier of World War 1, brilliant strategist of the Pacific war, liberator of the Phillipines, conqueror of Japan and then its visionary governor and author of its transformative Constitution, statesman and presidential contender, MacArthur was an incredibly charismatic and disturbingly controversial figure whose stunning intellect, undaunted spirit and irrepressible ego brought momentous victories, as well as tragic blunders.

Near the end of his life, he wrote, ‘’People grow old only by deserting their ideals. Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up interest wrinkles the soul….You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear; as young as your hope, as old as your despair. In the central place of every heart there is a recording chamber; so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer and courage, so long are you young. When your heart is covered with the snows of pessimism and the ice of cynicism, then and then only are you grown old — and then, indeed, as the ballad says, you just fade away.’’

‘’American Caesar’’ is not just an enthralling read, it is an event in your life. A 700 page bestseller for years after it was first published in 1978, the book is as thrilling and timely today as if it were just published, and as true and vivid a picture of this pivotal world figure as we’ll ever have. That over used word, ‘’monumental,’’ is truly appropriate here. Be prepared for a startling, deepening experience.

A SUSTAINABLE PLANET– Deep Disclosure

Saving the planet…creating a sustainable world…What could be more urgent? Suppose ‘’free energy,’’ derived somehow from recovered, reverse engineered UAP (UFO) vehicles, existed?

Recently, rather than wait for Congress to break through the stonewalling and denials of the Pentagon, DOD and NASA, The Disclosure Project made the decision to release its massive 33 years of files at this time, their own ‘’Deep Disclosure’’ of critically important evidence. The climate crisis, the threat of a ‘’false flag’’ war in space, the danger to our Constitution from illegal, runaway black operations projects, cannot wait.

The secret of ‘’disclosure’’ is not the existence of UAP’s - Our governments have known they were real since at least the 1940’s. The real secret, and the real crime, is the obfuscation of their means of propulsion, which at first would completely disrupt, and then transform, our world. Alarming evidence suggests the research and development of this priceless alternative energy is in the hands of unacknowledged special-access black operations, whose objective is to weaponize it.

I attended the 27 hour, week-long briefing led by Dr. Steven Greer. Even after following this work for the past 24 years and having my own close encounters, I was staggered by the revelations. This material, so carefully and perilously gathered over the past three decades, may be the most comprehensive ‘’disclosure’’ any of us will ever see.

Some of the files in the just released Disclosure Project Intelligence Archives:

- UFO documents - hundreds of recovered official records, dating from 1941
- Witness Testimony - over 900 military, corporate & intelligence insider witnesses
- Science & Technology - reverse engineering, anti-gravitic ‘’free’' energy systems, neutrino light systems, scalar technology, etc.
- Crash Retrievals - a documented, annotated history
- Locations of ''black'' Corporate & Military Sites
- Black Budget analysis
- Media - infiltration by CIA, suppression & disinformation
- Abductions & Cattle Mutilations - definitive evidence of special-access black ops programs

It’s important to understand that real Disclosure is about Consciousness, working within what Einstein called the ‘’Unified Field,’’ and only peripherally about the nuts and bolts of physical, metallic craft.

The truth seems to be that all interstellar civilizations are trans-dimensional. Their vehicles don’t use '’rockets,'' or travel at ''the speed of light’’ to reach, almost instantaneously, other galactic destinations. They use trans-dimensional physics, thought-activated systems. They’ve learned to interface technology with thought.

My own experiences ranged from warm and benign, even humorous, to mystical and celestial. (I cannot recommend Chris Bledsoe’s ''The UFO of God'' highly enough. Why are Chris and his family the government’s most intensely watched and investigated experiencers? Are his experiences revolutionizing our constructs of ‘’reality?’’ Do they pose a threat in some way, and to whom?)

In addition to arming the public with actionable knowledge of extremely dangerous, illegal activities by rogue elements of the military-industrial complex, let this ‘’Deep Disclosure'' be a gateway to understanding that our situation, ultimately, is not political, or social, or military, or technological. It is spiritual, and there is nothing to fear.

‘’Consciousness, not outer space, is the final frontier,’’ remarked Dr. Peter Nelson. Our reality is vaster than we ever dreamed, and a bright future awaits us, if enough of our species can grow in consciousness. And in time.

The link to the archives – www.DPIArchive.com – does not yet seem to be up and running. Hopefully, it will soon be accessible, and all of us, including our Congressional representatives, will be able to buckle up and dive in.

‘’Mitakuye Oyasin’’…We are all related.

 From The Disclosure Project:

The archive is still a work in progress. There is much work to be done in terms of refinement, categorization, labeling etc., but we felt it was important to get the information out sooner rather than later.

From Dr. Greer in February:

Dear Friends of Disclosure:

"My archive team has been working tirelessly over the past year and a half to digitize 33 years of my research containing thousands of documents, videos and photographs for the highly anticipated release of the Disclosure Project Intelligence Archive (DPIA).

Creating the database and website is a complex task involving development of a unique, customized database that can house the vast amount of material and link it to a specialized website that the public can access. " - Dr. Steven Greer

We are thrilled to give you access to the archive now. Please read the FAQs associated with the archive for ideas on how best to use it.

Please remember this is NOT the final finished product. We will be refining the organization. Refining the labeling. Updating the archive with new material and more. This will take years because of the vast amount of material.

''A.D. After Disclosure,'' by Bryce Zabel & Richard Dolan

According to historian Richard Dolan, the most highly classified secrets of the government are not nuclear, but those concerning Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena, ‘’UAP,’’ formerly known as ‘’UFO’s.''

This extraordinary book attempts nothing less than taking on the monumental task of forecasting the impact on our society of official governmental Disclosure of the truth about UAP. I won’t even attempt to do it justice by trying to adequately cover the massive scope and analytical depth of the authors’ achievement.

During Congressional Hearings in July of 2023, senior whistleblowers from deep within the intelligence community and the Department of Defense, now protected by law, came forward for the first time to reveal, under oath, the intrusion in ‘’our’’ airspace of physical craft of unknown origin, intelligently guided, that display aerodynamic properties beyond the known laws of physics. These craft have been documented coming and going through the skies and under the sea at speeds exceeding anything known to be possible. They have been recorded executing maneuvers in midair that defy gravity, and they seem able to appear and disappear at will. Further testimony included revelations that elements of our government have retrieved some of these vehicles - including non-human '’biologics’’ (bodies) - and are in process of reverse engineering them. The power and legitimacy of these revelations resulted in almost unanimous bipartisan Congressional legislation to compel release of all records regarding this phenomena dating back to 1945, from all departments of government. This legislation is now being fiercely stonewalled by various elements within the defense and aerospace industries, but the cat is now out of the bag. The ponderous wheels of Disclosure are moving inexorably forward.

There’s no way around the fact that Disclosure will be a seismic event, the most ontologically disorienting paradigm shift in human history. Coming face to face with the fact that we are not only not alone in the universe, but also not top dog, that our history, our understanding of who we are as a species, and the very nature of reality itself may not be what we thought, will have explosive ramifications. The authors undertake the staggering task of exploring the variety of potential responses from virtually all sectors of society - geopolitical, scientific, military, spiritual, cultural. Though written 13 years ago, the book remains authoritative. The authors’ knowledge of our institutions and of the dynamics at work in our world, coupled with informed forecasting, make this a provocative, sobering, enthralling read.

If you are new to the subject, a solid introduction might best be ‘’In Plain Sight,’’a recent book by renowned Australian investigative journalist Ross Coulthart, or the James Fox documentary, ‘’The Phenomenon.’’ (https://youtu.be/ASeJqmpNbKk) Or, you might come to this via Dr. Steven Greer’s landmark book, ‘’Unacknowledged,’’ or Kelly Chase’s ‘’The UFO Rabbit Hole.''’ Formidable new resources include The New Paradigm Institute (newparadigminstitute.org), The Sol Foundation (thesolfoundation.org) and a quiet new online publication, ‘’The UAP Digest,’' (wttafriend.substack.com).

But if ‘’A.D. After Disclosure’’ is your introduction, you have a wondrous, mind-expanding journey ahead, and you will be all the more prepared for the evolutionary moment unfolding before us.

This book will be a go-to geopolitical and psychological primer for people A.D.

Grant's Memoir, and 2024

If you like to immerse yourself in a swift, enthralling tale of breakneck action…don’t read ‘’The Personal Memoirs of Ulysses S. Grant.’’ If you like leisurely, clear, honest, straightforward story telling, this is a pleasure. The Memoir could almost have been written yesterday, so fresh, undated and conversational is Grant’s writing.

My great, great grandfather, George Harrington, and his brother Blin enlisted from Illinois at the start of the war ‘’to free the slaves and save the union.’’ Blin was killed at Vicksburg two years later. George survived the entire four years, through 17 battles and skirmishes, ending up under Sherman in the March to the Sea. Deep family roots in American history compelled me to finally read Grant’s Memoirs, but you don’t have to feel ties to Americana to enjoy this formidable work of literature. Reading the Memoirs is to see into the character of a frank, unpretentious, straight-talking, immensely capable soldier and wise, compassionate leader at the most critical moment in American history. The most critical moment, that is, until our upcoming election of 2024, which will determine whether this republic - saved through the bloodiest war of the 19th century - will survive.

''ENCOUNTERS: Experiences with Nonhuman Intelligences'' by D.W. Pasulka

I find it challenging to write about this book, because of the succession of mind explosions I experienced reading it. My jaw is still hanging open.

It's apparent that the recent revelations about UAP (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena) and Non-Human Intelligence in the media and in Congress are about much more than advanced aerodynamic technologies. The reality is, we are embarking on the ultimate adventure into Consciousness.

To grapple with the ‘’impossible’’ aspects of what’s so far been disclosed about ‘’the phenomena’’ - the apparent presence of one or more highly advanced species co-existing on or around our planet, coming and going at will; the gravity defying speeds and maneuvers of their vehicles; their ability to appear and disappear in an instant; the dismantling of our physics - is requiring us to unlock latent, neural pathways in our psyches. Faced with phenomena that defy our ‘’reality,’' we find ourselves grappling with ontological shock. The process of integrating into our world the apparent reality of other dimensions - a ‘’multiverse’’ - is the most momentous evolutionary turning point in our history.

There is an urgency - We either grow, learn to navigate our expanded reality, or fail to adapt as a species and fall into annihilation from climate collapse, or war, or both.

To help enlighten our collectively blown minds, a wave of highly researched books, documentaries and podcasts have appeared. Some of the best are books like NY Times journalist Leslin Kean’s 2010, ''UFO’s - Generals, Pilots & Government Officials Go On The Record,'' and the more current ''IN PLAIN SIGHT - An Investigation into UFO’S and Impossible Science, '' by award winning Australian investigative journalist Ross Coulthart, Kelly Chase’s ''THE UFO RABBIT HOLE'' and Dr. Steven Greer’s ''UNACKNOWLEDGED.''

These books lay the factual groundwork, revealing what we now know, while introducing us to the accompanying mysteries. ''ENCOUNTERS'' wades into those mysteries, along the way opening us up to tantalizing, hopeful possibilities for our future, such as an ‘’earth language….the connection to the intelligences that surround us, globally and in the natural world.’’ Leading the exploration into the anomalous are some of the most visionary and respected figures in the aerospace, intelligence and scientific communities, several of them appearing anonymously in the book. In sheer wonder, we find ourselves plunging with them into encounters with what previously have been dismissed as ‘’esoteric’’ phenomena. Enthralling and transformative, ''ENCOUNTERS'' is invaluable guidance into the new era.

It could be paired with another, equally provocative read, Leslie Kean’s ''SURVIVING DEATH.'' Both books pioneer our understanding of this new world, where matter is not what it appears to be, beings and objects appear and disappear, and consciousness seems to survive bodily death.

Understanding that our consciousness inhabits far more than this dimension, and far more than our brains, is the great leap our species is making at this time. ''ENCOUNTERS'' and ''SURVIVING DEATH'' are gateways to a new frontier.

‘’Nature paints with a broad brush,’’ remarked whistleblower David Grusch. ''ENCOUNTERS'' provides a glimpse into just how broad that brush may be. In the wisdom of the Lakota, ‘’Mitakuye Oyasin…We are all related, two legged, four legged, furred, feathered or finned, those that crawl in the earth and those that grow from it.’’ To these, we can now add ‘’the others,’’ those who come from beyond, or within.

WHY CARE ABOUT DISCLOSURE?

Why care about Disclosure of UAP's?

First, there is the sheer wonder of the monumental discovery that we are not alone in the universe, the most momentous and consequential paradigm change in human history.

I am with the Lakota, who have a saying, ‘’Mitakuye Oyasin...we are all related. Two-legged, four-legged, furred, finned, feathered, those that crawl in the earth and those that grow from it.’’ To this we now can add ‘’the others,’’ or ‘’those who come from elsewhere,’’ for we apparently have many more ‘’relations’’ than we knew about.

They come in a surprising variety. Some seem able to materialize and dematerialize at will. Some seem only vaguely ‘’humanoid,’’ while others appear far more ‘’alien.’’ (Though so far, the only ‘’aliens’’ we need to be concerned with seem to be our own species.) To peacefully and productively interact with these long lost cousins will require of us a rapid expansion in consciousness, an awakening to a vast new world we’ve only been vaguely aware of inhabiting. The shock of confronting and absorbing ‘’impossible’’ new realities will entail an evolutionary leap, unlocking astonishing capacities in our consciousness and a new and more accurate understanding of who we are,

So we should ‘’care’’ very much about the new reality confronting us, because we can either grow up and go forward into the galactic community in the hope of co-creativity with our visitors, or fall away in fear, paralysis and arrested development.

Second - or perhaps first - climate collapse is progressing so rapidly that soon this garden planet of ours will become uninhabitable. Will we join the 95% of all species that have gone before us who could not adapt and became extinct, or will we find a way to rise to the occasion. survive climate collapse and create a sustainable planet? As Dr. Steven Greer and others have pointed out, the decades long ‘’coverup’’ is not about the existence of UAP's but about their advanced propulsion systems, a technology that clearly does not use fossil fuel. It is a propulsion system that seems to tap into such anomalies as the ‘’zero point’’ and ‘’anti-gravity.'' If these free energy technologies have been reverse engineered, as whistle blowers attest, the implications are breathtaking, for they could save our planet

This is why we should care, and care passionately, for full Disclosure.

We are at a crossing point. Let’s fasten seat belts and cross it!
