Can we integrate indigenous medicines into modern culture safely and effectively?
We think so! Here's how.

Plant medicines have been with humans as long as humans have been on earth! These ancient healing ways have been a saving grace as long as we have properly cared for and understood the way of the healing plant, yet over time humans got lazy. I just took my brand new baby kitty to the vet to get checked out last week to deal with an eye infection she carried back from her litter mates and received the old stand by penicillin antibiotic. WONDER DRUG!
Overnight her eye was cleared up! Just like magic it was clean and taken care of, it’s no wonder I thought, why humans love this stuff so much! When working with plant medicines, since we are dealing with the entire system as opposed to targeting one specific area, it takes longer. It takes consistent effort, which is why when the wondrous antibiotic made its way to the planet through the marriage of science and nature (penicillin was originally found in mold- don’t forget! As most other drug or medicines are as well, we extract the one constituent known to help a problem, synthetically copy it, patent it, and mass produce it!, both over the counter or prescription, ignoring the whole healing spectrum) the whole planet cheered and basically discarded the ancient ways of natural medicines.
As we have seen in our modern healthcare systems, the overuse of these “wonder drugs” is just as dangerous as using plants to heal without real training or scientific knowledge. It was mind blowing for me to realize there are as many different types of specialty shamans as there are modern day specialists! Of course that would be true, yet since we are so far removed from our indigenous roots, it doesn’t come through in our language or thoughts toward these ways!
Several key points to keep in mind when using plant medicines in our overall well being include:
The need to precisely follow directions given by practitioners, at least at first until we are more in tune with our own bodies and intuition again.
The need to have a properly trained doctor or shaman facilitating our healing processes.
The need to have the correct shaman for our specific issues.
There are about 50 different types of specialty Shamans in the field! We would never choose a heart specialist to perform brain surgery or go to a general family physician to deal with eyesight or dental issues! In the same stream, when choosing a shaman doctor to help with physical pain, we do not hire a shaman specializing in soul retrieval. The crossover for indigenous protocols is wider than in modern medicine thanks to the shaman doctor being trained in the whole human yet clearly we want to hire a natural healer with the same care we would hire any other modern medical physician.
In dealing with key 2, receiving care from a properly trained shaman doctor, can you imagine going to open heart surgery and NOT seeking out the best specialist in the field?! Would you trust your life to someone who has “done it a few times” on their own (yuck, don’t think about it ;) or who hasn’t been trained professionally?! NO WAY. The same concept applies to any healing! Even when we aren’t dealing with a body part, per se, we are definitely dealing with our body in some other form like the mind or spirit! When dealing with our emotions and spirit, we are inviting someone inside us! Though there is no cutting or surgery seen, there IS energetic and spiritual cutting going on! This is why Irenka has dedicated her life to bringing these pure healing techniques to the rest of the planet, in order to safely and effectively bring back the old to be married with the new in perfectly balanced and harmonious ways!
Finally, key 3 reminds us, as with any medicine, to follow the prescribed method of taking said medicine. Length of time, consistency of use, protocols before and after treatment, follow up appointments, etc. all matter greatly to the success we either do or do not receive. This is common sense yet taken so out of context and skewed especially when dealing with plant healing. In our minds, plants are safe so we can basically use them in any willy nilly way and still be okay, which is to some degree truer than deadly pills or other drugs synthetically produced that our bodies cannot break down the same way as natural agents BUT it is to our detriment if the same respect isn’t given to all medicines.
WOW right! My mind was further blown when Irenka tells us how not only are different plants, techniques and even shamans used for specific desired results to occur, we learn that plant medicine use and protocols differ according to the region one lives in!
For example, healers in coastal regions tend to use the local plants to transmute or dissolve dis-ease in the body by ingesting properly prepared medicines, whereas the mountain people can use a poultice protocol to draw out or infuse into the body. Further, peoples in the jungle regions are most familiar in working with the spirit and the personality of the plant in order to bring about correct harmony and balance in one's bodies. Isn’t that awesome! This along with realizing there are many different areas of specialty in the shamanic healing world, were the two main takeaways from this practicalsaint talk for sure! Diversity!!!!!!! Diversity brings unity :)
This is where modern healthcare is headed very quickly as we are already integrating medical grade essential oils into our USA hospitals and medical facilities, as have been integrated long ago by Europe, Asia and Africa :) As we remember and bring back the true correct ways of plant healing ALONG with new scientific breakthroughs we merge the worlds of science and nature in ways that continue to build upon one another with miraculous outcomes! Plant medicines like peyote and cannabis have been widely used for a while in the USA specifically, of course these healing plants are used globally, yet the newer plant on the block straight from the jungle is

! Irenka worked deeply with the preservation and application of traditional medicines with the indigenous people of the Americas and was specifically trained to be a trusted ambassador to correctly bring the healing benefits of this beautiful plant on her last stay in the Amazon jungle of Mexico and Peru. As we gather this information, we also remember there is a lot of misinformation surrounding this topic of plant medicine in general that we seek to clear up a bit in this piece. We keep in mind that too much or incorrect amounts of medicine and/or receiving medicines from a not properly trained facilitator overseeing the ceremony or giving instruction for use of medicine can be as dangerous as self medicating and dosing with any synthetic modern medicine or drug like opioids or other prescription drugs. Please notice the term “drug” is used in modern settings where the term medicine used to be used. To be clear- “medicine” is term that is
defined by Oxford Languages
as a compound or preparation used for the treatment or prevention of disease, especially a drug or drugs taken by mouth. Or a healing substance. Medicines come in many many forms and we are narrowing in on healing plant medicines during this interview.
The goal of indigenous medicines is always to harmoniously balance the total Being as gently and graciously as possible! SOOOO BEAUTIFUL! As we compare the synthetic modern medicine way to that of ancient natural medicines, we see how a drug prescribed by modern medical doctors uses one or maybe two active chemical constituents designed to work in the body to achieve a specific result whereas natural chemicals found in the whole plant has hundreds of active ingredients that can go in and intelligently work with ALL systems in order to bring about a correct working order in the whole system! Plant medicines have played a HUGE role in my own personal healing over the last decade as well as a staple of caring for my 4 younger sons still at home.
There isn’t a day that goes by that my family doesn't harness the healing power of plants from all around the world! We stay super healthy and bright as a family and have worked with thousands of families from all over the globe who have all received the same benefits. While we are not against anything and certainly not against modern medicines, we are for integrative beneficial medical modalities and seek to share with our audience the real benefits of healing the whole person as opposed to dealing with one system at a time. Besides the limited target of modern synthetic agents or medical professionals, there can be very real harm to the whole human when we go in and work with a compartmentalized mindset. The whole society reflects this targeted and narrow minded focus with a separatist and egoic view as well.
If we look at some of the culturalized fear or ignorance toward plant medicines, Irenka mentions Christianity for example, we notice patterns of ignoring historical facts and replacing them with dogmatic societal “norms” that have proved to be non beneficial when allowed to “grow.” It is worth mentioning that the christian bible along with hundreds of other religious documents and texts record the use of plants and herbs and other naturally occurring medicines in all kinds of ceremonies and healing arts. There is no separation when it comes to what grows from our beloved planet and health. Even as we abuse our water, sun and soil , the intelligence of mother nature and father sky come together as loving parents to tend and mend us, the children of earth. Let us show extra respect to our planet from now on as we remember this truth.

As we look at integrating these two seemingly opposite healthcare models, we are reminded of what harmonizing opposites produces! The ayahuasca plant carries mainly male traits and true ayahuasca tea is always made from at least two plants, one being the male the other containing the female components to absolutely harmonize and heal the whole self. This was yet another eye opening fact I personally received from this talk. Diversity always brings unity!

In these ceremonies dealing with facilitators, we not only open our physical, mental, and spiritual selves up to discovery and unity, we need to be aware we are also open to whatever energy the facilitator is attached to as well! Again, the importance of properly choosing to safely participate in these amazing healing ceremonies cannot be overstated. This isn't to deter us from doing due diligence in seeking out these correct healers, only to remain conscious of what to look for before proceeding.
Bringing qualified shaman doctors to the western world is something Rev. Irenka is very passionate about! Because she knows the amazing benefits of correctly using all indigenous healing modalities, she has dedicated her life to this mission :) We continue to harmonize modern and ancient healing methods to heal our bodies and planet. In doing so, we must always keep in mind as well that modern medicines treat mainly either physical symptoms or emotional psychological issues separately and almost totally ignore the spirit essence in our bodies while traditional medicines are often perceived as just dealing with the spirit which affects our general emotional health, which are both ineffective and incorrect.
Traditional medicines, or natural medicines both deal (not band-aid type treatments designed to suppress symptoms as in modern medicines but get to the root issue of dis harmony or dis-ease in order to fix said issues!) and heal physical pain and problems as well as emotional and spiritual issues- all of which make up our earthly bodies we live in while on earth. Over time as science and technology have come into the picture of our medical care, modern physicians have realized the super importance of looking at the entire picture before diagnosing and treating any illness or problem. Because of the efficacy of this wholistic modality, we are in the beginning stages of ever lasting change in our planet's health and wellbeing!
Over the last decade, I have been on the ground working towards this goal as well and have seen incredible leaps in the US medical industry to begin safely and effectively integrating these worlds and with continued concentration and efforts, it is our desire to have safe and correct beneficial medical care available to every single Being on earth.

You’re welcome :) So for those of you just meeting me, know that I really am shy and mostly do not enjoy the feeling of not knowing what I am doing :) Over The years, I've grown to respect the process of learning and mastery to the point where I am now- when I feel inept and uncoordinated I can embrace the challenge. I can look the new idea in the face and be like, “o, we got this kolee, we got this! ENTER sex. I’m not not ‘experienced’ (or inept per se) with the penis in the vagina sex, I have 5 sons. I’m one with my body and have grown to love it. I’ve even had lovers where we had more freedom to play and enjoy each other, yet still my mind was often other places than my body. I wasn’t wholly present and therefor the kind of sex we talked about during this podcast was something I have no idea about! I had to google “BDSM” haha if this helps you to feel smart or at ease now :)
Crazy how someone in their 40’s could never have had a real meaningful fully present sexual experience, after being married 14 years, after having 5 children, after having sex with plenty other bodies- it’s just a crazy indicator where the human race exists on planet earth at the time of this writing April 2021.
This is why Angelique and her partner in crime as they call each other John Luna embarked half a decade ago to begin bringing real powerful non traditional sexual conversations to the public and never looked back since then. In all my levels and breakthroughs, the size of the leap out of the comfort zone I lived in equaled the size of the miracle or breakthrough I experienced. I can only pray it will be the same here in the sex arena! Sex is such a complicated convoluted piece to our existence! It ravels and travels inside outside all around us in our very core essence in the guise of survival of the fittest, comfort and belonging, community and care. It can and has basically gone extinct in some cultures and through science and technology can be basically done away with for reproduction purposes, so what then IS the reason for the act? Why would humans choose to connect in this most powerful and intimate way if it’s no longer needed?
Let’s go there then :) Personally, I’ve been divorced 7 years, since then I’ve had a lover since i was 14 I let go, a live in who wanted a free ride that I broke up with, a couple Rabbi’s who wanted to snap up my family as well as at least one other religious cult who were horrified that I could be a single mother and raise my family on my own who offered to “take care of us.” One of the Rabbis had sex with me first then by laws of Judaism was ready to claim me for the rest of my life, lucky me- i broke up with him too. I realize it goes back to the core belief that women need a man to survive and men need a woman to have sex (survive) and the family that comes from sex is basically the point of marriage. It’s so fucking old fashioned though! It’s barbaric and archaic! Get over it already christian, catholic, muslim, jew, and the like! Please!
On the other hand, before I was married I did whatever I wanted with whoever I wanted, which was mostly drunken sex, sometimes consensually sometimes not. As a survivor of childhood sexual trauma, of course it carried into my adult life, yet I was so divided inside that I hardly gave it one thought about how the past trauma affected my current views and feels. That’s the way the divided ego wins the game. It skillfully protects present self from past selves, only since ego is primordial and ancient, it really is blind tough love. Re-born ego is of the current and present shiz needed to transcend and transform old wounds into modern day breakthroughs and success. SO let’s speak from that space here okay :) Hi ego we see you, we love and respect you and we’re here to loosen the grip you have on the places where we want to grow and expand. It’s ok, we won’t kill you, we’ll just repurpose you a little :) ;)
I think this is one of the most important and heroic functions of positive sex conversations like the ones the Luna’s consistently facilitate. Realizing how our Beings are intricately tied to every part of our daily lives is just golden! Speaking about it freely allows growth and positive change to occur, in ALL areas of our lives! Especially in the arena of religiously suppressed topics of sexuality. The amount of power and creative energy that is released when 2 (or more) people come together is unmatched with any other act human beings can achieve on earth through our body vehicles, which is why it is feared and suppressed like no other topic on earth! It is the reason children are not taught appropriately about sex from an early age, it is the reason people are not taught about the correct terms and functions of our reproductive and sexual organs or pleasure and tantric sex at all(in USA anyway), it’s the reason erotism and pleasure is taken out of the equation and taught only for reproductive purposes (religiously to make sure there’s always a supply of faithful brainwashed congregates to “teach” and that tithe and socially to supply faithful tax payers and slave workers). Don't even get me started here, I don't think I wanna go political in this piece yet clearly and obviously this suppression of true sexuality and intimacy has been orchestrated and perpetuated for hidden reasons for thousands of years on planet earth. And we have to remember the American government is NOT alone in its brainwashing, the countries all do it in different ways to manipulate and blind the citizens. India is populated by sex workers children that litter the streets and so it goes, they have a high population of humans to trade to a world where sex has been oppressed and become a sneaky, guilty, hot and racy event instead of a loving and powerful act to manifest everything we ever wanted! So just use this realization to fuel our desire to get to the bottom of this comfort zone and really “go there” as we read the rest and dive more into this amazing and healing arena of sex positive me :D
As Angelique and I continued to speak about positive sex, she made the point that it often “gets worse” before it gets better. “We have to put in the work” she tells us, in any area of life and sex is no different. Shame, guilt, hiding and secretive energies love to fit in and hide, running the show from the shadows. Here when we shine the light on these camouflaged ideas and feelings, we often feel worse! We have gone along for so long with the underlying currents of dis-ease and lack that we learn to work with them! We learn to appreciate them even and grow up with them around, comforting us by causing pain and uncertainty. So now we bring them to light and are often surprised we would rather stick em back in and under and go on like before… even though before sucked and left us feeling deflated and empty. Only because the unfamiliar feeling of hope or closeness or excitement of the pure kind is relatively a stranger to most of us. Ego wants to close the door as fast as possible. DON’T LISTEN! Do not close the door! Open it, open it wide and keep running though! Run and leap and twirl and smile. Freedom of the highest way is here, finally!
I would say (opinion and educated guess) that the evolution of a species is marked by how intimate and connected sexuality is viewed and practiced. Sex magic is a thing people. Sex can be used to achieve unimaginable heights, and IS used that way by lots of different sects and Beings. One of the reasons human beings that live on earth are so popular in the mulit verse is that we have bodies that merge with our spirits and our consciousness (mind) !!! Trifecta perfection people! Here we are, it’s our time to take back this sacred act and yes, normalize the conversations around and like all other topics we speak about here at essentialmind, sex has levels. It’s all good as long as we’re being safe, kind and respectful, not hurting anyone or anything and when we make a mess, we clean it up right away! It’s allllll good!

Lol, maybe it’ll work out that way, maybe it won’t! I’m open to have meaningful intimate sexuality with another human again after being celibate the last 16 months (but who’s counting haha) I want to practice and cultivate intimacy that starts from our open heart space and our aligned creative and power centers as well as harnessing divinity through our open crown and 3rd eye places, coming into permanent being by speaking and vocalizing via our throats and vocal chords, rooting down through our physically connected bodies and pulling earth energy up round through and erywhere-- fully focused on yes pleasuring each other and also holding our united visions while making love and orgasming so WE CREATE NEW LIFE that is not a baby! I alluded to it above, let’s just reiterate here shall we. SEXUAL CREATIVE POWER is not limited to causing the big bang that begins life (babies) it is absolutely at our ready to create EVERYTHING OR ANYTHING we can ever consciously agree on though open communication and aware sexual unification.
I can’t expect to hit a home run the first time I’m up to bat in years, yet I aspire to that haha. I can intend that my next lover is sensitive to my back story and cares about me me and want to help me feel safe and powerful and beautiful and loved. I can intend to have a sexual partner that allows me into their sacred space the way I allowed them in. I can intend to have aware and powerful lovers that help me create passion and reach the stars just by exponentially uniting our powerful Beings as one, I can intend these things and prayerfully my time is coming to manifest this dream. I feel like the universe really does want us to experience joy and fulfillment through our most sensual (using our human senses to experience life) and intimate (connecting on a deeper level than physically) expression of sex. If we intend and are willing to feel the fear and do it anyway, I suspect help will come and divine magic occurs, just like in every other area of life :)
In our sex positive me interview, we talked about a lot powerful concepts, I pray as we listen or watch we can overcome preconceived notions that are bound to come up as we hear. When the feelings come up, notice them! Notice what triggers us still and intend to release the blocks and realize as we allow these energies to dissolve or transmute (alchemize), energy is freed and freely flows to all our Beings and magical miracles DO occur this way! Angelique and John do an amazing job at keeping the convos respectful and peaceful. There is no one who is outcast and “bad.” Not anyone! Ever! I pay homage to this couple for bringing not only super important conversations to the public but also for bringing compassion and acceptance to all, no matter what path we’re into at the moment! The subject is met with non judgment, on the conservative and timid side to the radical and adventurous groups. I super appreciate this! I had the honor of attending a class the couple presented on tantric sex and yes, i was totally DYING lol (it’s just out of my comfort zone to talk about sex parts and acts and and and but here I am, doing the hard things to get to the reward, if I can do it, so can you!). It was totally educational and interesting, I’m sure :P I encourage everyone to get connected to positive sex groups like the Luna’s FB group or listen to their shows at least. Boundaries, respect, consent are king around here and of course we promote them here just like we always do. In the class we talked about letting your partner know what does and does not feel good. I get it, yes I want to be able to express myself during the moment, mostly though I wish to cultivate real intimacy on all levels before the sex so that during the sex we’re free to explore and enjoy- in the moment. SO setting up the boundaries and creating the river banks before hand through everyday communication and mutual respect so the flow can really flow however it wants during our magic sex times :) yep, I wanted to leave you with that little bit of inspiration:) If you already have a lover, work at opening new conversations up around your intimacy. If you are single, cultivate a new level of intimacy with your self :O ya, with yourself! Men can learn to not ejaculate and push that shiz up and around their own bodies as power and magic sauce and women can learn to love and appreciate all our parts and notice how ours bodies respond with different stimulation.
Being okay with whatever we do like is boss too :) Being present and aware enough to realize, I like this and that’s okay is where we want to get to for our humanity to expand from 2020 and beyond. We’re experiencing a great shift in all of humanity, and of course sex is not off the list! If one hooked up with a sexually intimate partner, please be kind to each other and begin to cultivate a new level of trust and friendship between you, we’re all 100% response-able to create new paradigms around our most sacred vulnerable parts as humans. PS after wrote this I had my scheduled coaching session with my flow state coach where we skillfully unraveled trauma and hidden blocks that turned out to be around sex, taking up space and money, go figure! It was literally HUGE shifts that just took place. In less than 60 minutes, we broke through barriers placed from before birth in some cases and have continued to color my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies ever since. This is just another ‘plug’ to do the work with qualified professionals in order to magically move the dial to freedom and abundance. I did the work when I resisted doing it, I felt the fear and did it anyway, I showed up and trusted the process and lo and behold-- it works! So keep going tribe! Keep going!

Taking this divine embodiment slowly and consciously are key to whole healthy integration.
We talk about the concept of “gentle resilience.” Resilience allows us to be more open, respond harmoniously to any situation. Also gratitude is a key to our harmony and peace. Seeing all people and events as an opportunity to practice these techniques really open our Beings to miraculous harmony in ways our old selves could never imagine!
Expanding on 3D, 4D and 5D -seeing life from new and different perspectives. Irenka gives the monk story of seeing an elephant with their hands only and describing the narrow “view” that each is directly in front of.
Defined loosely is 3D solid matrix of current “reality” like work, school, home ,eating ergo; seeing touching tasting feeling and smelling- place of ego and senses, 4D is heart centered open heart living and 5D is more multi dimensional other worldly experiences that are of a higher vibratory response than the basic resonance of human Beings currently.

“I come from a background of many ancient practices and teachings. My families, aboriginal indigenous Fijian side. I also come from another mother native before the colonization of my ancestors being taken from their motherland. Hundreds of years later we still attain the rich teachings from Dravidian/Indian heritage still prominent in (the culture by) participating in the rituals and the seeking in knowledge from our community. Working backwards on this cast I think may be helpful for me to recap the essence of the show for you folks who like my commentary as much as you do the “real” encounter captured in youtube land and buzzsprout world, both are embedded above for your convenience :) The why of this cast is the idea of “morality” is old fashioned and useless in a results driven culture. In a global economy, love and money are interchangeable and work seamlessly as one whole unit. In looking at the why of tantra, as it were called, in looking at the equal and holy exchange of “inner-gee” (energy) flowing in and out of each Being back and lovingly forth between 2 or maybe even more individuals! It’s a beautiful why of leaving judgment based on conditioned thinking and forced limits in order to achieve a new creative living dream of “abundance, success and love every day as we inspire those around us to do the same (Gay Hendricks Big Leap)
So ya, as shame, guilt and fear of rejection or abandonment falls away the moral energetic hold dis-solves as well until we are left with what at its’ core is pure beauty and pure essence: alchemy at its’ finest.
Moral fear and superiority used to be boss, but now thanks to the dis-solution of the first ego we enter into a whole new age! A new age where results and experimenting rule! A whole new world of love and laughter, playfulness and discovery support and guide new ideas and imaginings. OKAY! Now with our WHY firmly in place, let’s continue to introduce ‘tantra or technique’ to our daily practicalsaint lives, shall we:)
Our WHEN is established by our highest selves (cellves) when we are “ready.” It is said the teaching comes when the student is ready, and so it is here! This info has come to me because I am ready to dig deeper into the ancient truths as well as the new unity consciousness wisdom that is present here and now for this specific time and for all times to come! BOOM! Also it has come to the West because we in America have transcended enough of our narrow minded compartmentalized vision of each other and the rest of the world and universe to be open to receive higher wisdom of unity and alchemy! SO here we have the perfect storm of beauty and intrigued crossed with bliss and unity, over all it’s a cool place to be camped out for the next few years on planet Earth!
Similarly to the when coming to us when we are ready, the WHERE of this cast also rests inside our very own Being! The popular definition of tantra is linked to sex and romance, as this IS a part of unity technique, it is also only A PART of it! The whole of energetic unification on limitless planes of existence no less can ONLY be led from the internal positioning of self realization or at least self awareness! THEN we are capable to begin “hooking up” with another’s “inner-gee”, then and only then have we passed the warrior response ability test and earn the right to create limitless possibilities and realms!
The WHAT of this show is that we really CAN and DO create everything we see, taste, touch, smell, and feel! We really ARE that powerful! We either create out of unconscious and ignorant slumber (at low vibes often which create “undesirable” results) or we create consciously from a higher vibratory state that leads to desirable and wanted feelings, images, physical matter and such:) It’s a beautiful cyclical pattern of awareness, transcendence and transmutation. It can easily turn to a nightmare ish stuck story scene however at the lower vibed levels (commonly called “hell”) of our 3D earth existences. We get sucked in or addicted to living at a certain level of happiness. To the level at which we were conditioned as a human child to accept peace love abundance and “harmoney” is to the level at which we are able to accept our response ability of creating the peace, love, abundance and harmoney we seek to be a part of for eternity.
Yikes! Big topic today friends, the what is that we are powerful creators, whether or not we see or realize ourselves as that. We can uplevel those impulses, thoughts, ideas and stories with the flip of a mental switch that highlights our perfection and our divinity instead of our failures and insecurities.

Detoxification leads to easier unification at a cellular level and mental awareness just the same. We can help kick start the detox process at a physical level like preservatives in food and products as well as synthetic dyes and flavors/smells. Becoming aware that these synthetic agents linger for decades in our cellular and physical Beings brings us SO MUCH closer to being able to almost completely remove them from our worlds! WOW , imagine that for a movement with me please please! A world where there is so much harmony and unity between all polar opposites that we no longer have a choice to kill ourcells, only help regenerate and lengthen the vitality of any agent or Being. No more death choices, no more polarization between life and death, we live eternally in the heaven and hell we create at any given moment, any given year or seasonal cycle. It just is. Always is , always was and always will be!
So yeas, eating whole foods as much as possible, simple foods that hopefully are grown near by if not in your own back yard, local animal by products instead of industrialized commercial grown mega rape camps/”farms” (slaughter houses and dairy farms- USA conditions are HORRIBLE) Also going synthetic scent free in the form of candles, perfumes, personal hygiene products, household products, etc…. Goes A LOOONG WAY in detoxifying your cells that have years of dangerous chemical burnoff shoved into your fat cells as a way to protect your vital organs! Eliminating these toxins from coming in as well as helping them dissipate safely, cheaply and effectively is what can lead to emotional and spiritual breakthroughs next!
Simple steps to removing these powerful old stories and patterns comes by fresh clean air, small safe does of the Sun and clean fresh purified ground water or coconut waters, each and every day! Amazing miraculous and magical manifestations comes into existence at a faster and faster rate so that eventually we are instantaneously manifesting exactly what we truly desire at our highest and most lovely vibratory self! Where the past existence still remains yet is sadly outdated and left wanting for more, and lo and behold the hold bride of Shakti inner essential power and creative original flow point descends from heaven on high and gracefully floats above us as our eyes gaze upwards to her beauty… behold the lamb of god who takes the sin of world away.” Yes, that is from the christian Bible and allegedly the words of the Jewish Messiah turned Christian God, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. See, HE got rid of morality too! He walked around on earth proclaiming the kingdom of God was INSIDE each person, not outwardly attainable by doing the law, by holy practices, no only by actively living in the blasted 3D polarized dualistic world as a practicalsaint are we able to attain or receive true Divinity, true majestic and sanctimonious sacred holy inner union!
The true secret of tantra is we must let go of any real desire to achieve holiness before we are actually allowed to receive such holiness in the first place. The holiness comes from Being ONE with all that is, allowing our inner essence to coalesce and harmonize within and without and all that is, will be or has ever been. The desire of manifesting powerfully is an awesome pursuit and when coupled with a real desire to serve self and others and Divinity, there is limitless potential and creates incredible hold worlds for eternity!
8 concepts to remember about energetic unification or tantra:
1. It is “energetically communicating”
2.
It can be sexual in nature or not
3. Breathing deeply helps one instantly tap into the tantra flow
4. “Shut the fuck up” on a regular basis helps to encourage mindfulness and self realization and awareness.
5. Contemplation is a valuable practice that can help support high vibes basically as well as as any mediation or “sadhana” practice.
6. Information, wisdom, teachers, guides and the like all come when we are personally ready. As in high vibed enough to attract the teaching of any mystical or hidden wisdom.
7. Meditation/zen practices , ie starting blankly and releasing the monkey mind chatter, allowing thoughts to be and becoming the observer of the thoughts as opposed to the creator of said thoughts all bring us to a place of awareness and allow for further mystical and deep experiences.
8. Running cosmic and earth energy is essential in not only protecting our inner essences and maintaining high vibed cellular and spiritual and energetic Beings, but also allows a regular cleaning process to occur so yucky build up does not accrue and “ruin” the vibratory experiences we are looking to create.

The WHAT of this show is that we really CAN and DO create everything we see, taste, touch, smell, and feel! We really ARE that powerful! We either create out of unconscious and ignorant slumber (at low vibes often which create “undesirable” results) or we create consciously from a higher vibratory state that leads to desirable and wanted feelings, images, physical matter and such:) It’s a beautiful cyclical pattern of awareness, transcendence and transmutation. It can easily turn to a nightmare ish stuck story scene however at the lower vibed levels (commonly called “hell”) of our 3D earth existences. Goes A LOOONG WAY in detoxifying your cells that have years of dangerous chemical burnoff shoved into your fat cells as a way to protect your vital organs! Eliminating these toxins from coming in as well as helping them dissipate safely, cheaply and effectively is what can lead to emotional and spiritual breakthroughs next!

He walked around on earth proclaiming the kingdom of God was INSIDE each person, not outwardly attainable by doing the law, by holy practices, no only by actively living in the blasted 3D polarized dualistic world as a practicalsaint are we able to attain or receive true Divinity, true majestic and sanctimonious sacred holy inner union!
The true secret of tantra is we must let go of any real desire to achieve holiness before we are actually allowed to receive such holiness in the first place. The holiness comes from Being ONE with all that is, allowing our inner essence to coalesce and harmonize within and without and all that is, will be or has ever been. Roxana talks about her missing Father figure and the importance of those earthly parental roles we experience as younger selves. The seeking for God or a god-like figure “somewhere out there” is often a hole left from childhood wounding including “abandonment by the masculine.” (in cases of absent father figures) or impossible to please feminine energies in the form of perfectionism, shame, guilt or feelings of unlovability based on our mother figures projections. “Conquer your Karmic Relationships!”
We came to this spot by hitting on the underlying currents of our modern day religious sects. I have a history with strict interpretations of several different “religions” and it was helpful for me to remember the basis of those systems. To remember they were originally put in place by our ancestors as a beginning place to connect with the Divine. In order to learn more about the unseen Source, we initially gravitate towards similar thinking (culturally based most the time) Beings where we can expand our minds and hearts as we continue to mature into Divine embodied people. The problem hasn’t been the initial interaction, it lays within the ego structure of the system that is the foundation of these systems. If we really want people to awaken to our inherent divinity, we must allow for Spirit to truly individually “sprout” in the brains, hearts and guts of the people. This lack of control is the main fear of old ego that has morphed into the homogenized and sterile spirituality experienced by most in the modern day religious realms today. Tracee reminds us all that it wasn’t necessarily the “religions” that teach separatism and “one path” spirituality, it became that as human ego naturally got involved.
Jumping into our bibliomancy reading, we landed on the page with two souls that are communicating with one another. We begin to speak about telepathy and intentions behind our thoughts. We as humans are learning to really speak what we need and want instead of staying in the comfort zone of what we see as “acceptable” or easily received by others. This leads us into the convo of division. Again, not criticizing the ones who came before us, but honoring the systems put in place thus far in order to assist humans into greater alignment and harmony with our divine selves.
Speaking on removing negative entities, we wanted to “unfurl” something un beneficial for our readership, so we dealt with “division.” OKAY… big one and all the messages came in strong with this one ;)
We landed on “Ancestry and ethnic groups.” In dealing with the first part of our talk re: telepathy, as Beings become more aware in general, our DNA codes are upgrading (there are many different forms of re-coding btw, so be aware of how we are being 'programed' and how we program each other) We are shifting from monkey reptile man to divine angel like Beings, that is to say we are evolving to remaining in constant union with all inside our own Being, around us and with the Divine unseen as well. Keeping our human bodies is a choice. We’ll get to all that later, for here, we are shown and reminded 1. We’ve all been all the colors and shapes, basically, most of us have anyway. Anyone reading or watching this surely has realized timelines or different “lives” they personally or ethnically have embodied thus far and 2. That through the intermingling of our electric Beings, technically or spiritually and physically for that matter!- geez, we’re a lot mixed at this point, our DNA coding is all one. We are literally 3. All one. This is coming through regarding division because the unity consciousness of the new earth is only accessible through this vibration right. In order to realize harmoney (haha money har-money… anyway) we have to realize sameness and differences as strengths and experiences to pool from. Divinely pool re-sources to-gather (divinely pool resources together), to consciously create our earth so that each geographic area and cultural tradition seek to benefit the whole as well as the individual location and Being in that space- that all transmits outward to what we collectively see and feel. SO basically we're all looking to enhance our world through individually leveling up and being results driven and unity minded. Sweet huhh :) Ya, I liked it too :)

We have all basic religious texts pointing to the same concepts and principles and are moving into the sacred harmonious union space with each other. Om. Praise be! Technology has brought us closer as well and all these systems have been used as mirrors for us to take 100% response-ability for where we are now and where we are now and where we are now :) Seriously, we get to fully see and deal with what we did yesterday that led to our today and make informed aware choices today so our tomorrow looks more beneficial to us, them and the almighty WE!

“Conquer your Karmic Relationships!”
We came to this spot by hitting on the underlying currents of our modern day religious sects. I have a history with strict interpretations of several different “religions” and it was helpful for me to remember the basis of those systems. To remember they were originally put in place by our ancestors as a beginning place to connect with the Divine. In order to learn more about the unseen Source, we initially gravitate towards similar thinking (culturally based most the time) Beings where we can expand our minds and hearts as we continue to mature into Divine embodied people. The problem hasn’t been the initial interaction, it lays within the ego structure of the system that is the foundation of these systems. If we really want people to awaken to our inherent divinity, we must allow for Spirit to truly individually “sprout” in the brains, hearts and guts of the people. This lack of control is the main fear of old ego that has morphed into the homogenized and sterile spirituality experienced by most in the modern day religious realms today. Tracee reminds us all that it wasn’t necessarily the “religions” that teach separatism and “one path” spirituality, it became that as human ego naturally got involved.
Jumping into our bibliomancy reading, we landed on the page with two souls that are communicating with one another. We begin to speak about telepathy and intentions behind our thoughts. We as humans are learning to really speak what we need and want instead of staying in the comfort zone of what we see as “acceptable” or easily received by others. This leads us into the convo of division. Again, not criticizing the ones who came before us, but honoring the systems put in place thus far in order to assist humans into greater alignment and harmony with our divine selves.
Speaking on removing negative entities, we wanted to “unfurl” something un beneficial for our readership, so we dealt with “division.” OKAY… big one and all the messages came in strong with this one ;)
We landed on “Ancestry and ethnic groups.” In dealing with the first part of our talk re: telepathy, as Beings become more aware in general, our DNA codes are upgrading (there are many different forms of re-coding btw, so be aware of how we are being 'programed' and how we program each other) We are shifting from monkey reptile man to divine angel like Beings, that is to say we are evolving to remaining in constant union with all inside our own Being, around us and with the Divine unseen as well. Keeping our human bodies is a choice. We’ll get to all that later, for here, we are shown and reminded 1. We’ve all been all the colors and shapes, basically, most of us have anyway. Anyone reading or watching this surely has realized timelines or different “lives” they personally or ethnically have embodied thus far and 2. That through the intermingling of our electric Beings, technically or spiritually and physically for that matter!- geez, we’re a lot mixed at this point, our DNA coding is all one. We are literally 3. All one. This is coming through regarding division because the unity consciousness of the new earth is only accessible through this vibration right. In order to realize harmoney (haha money har-money… anyway) we have to realize sameness and differences as strengths and experiences to pool from. Divinely pool re-sources to-gather (divinely pool resources together), to consciously create our earth so that each geographic area and cultural tradition seek to benefit the whole as well as the individual location and Being in that space- that all transmits outward to what we collectively see and feel. SO basically we're all looking to enhance our world through individually leveling up and being results driven and unity minded. Sweet huhh :) Ya, I liked it too :)

This is a current blog being written 1 13 2021 (twenty twenty won) whilst a global pandemic has locked down the entire planet earth as well as several rumors of the Pope being arrested and now we have the USA President who is scheduled to give up office in 7 days being forcibly pushed out earlier (Impeached AGAIN) and is allegedly retaliating by enacting an military “insurrection” which has effectively shut down the American government. Kinda big news, every week breaking stories and at the same massive rate of 3D “reality” literally BLOWING THE FUCK UP in our faces, we have helpful beneficial Beings coming to us in groves in order to serve and heal those of us who are willing to pull our heads outta our butts. Lol. Here we are! Here we are! Practicalsaint Talks is aligned with the MOST AWESOME beautiful Beings on the planet, and to be clear we do have guests from all over the globe! This year we guests scheduled from UK, India, USA so far!
Uh… well then, I love my job! I love my life haha. What an awesome time to be writing and recording ‘ourstory’ (“his-story/history) I LOVE technology that enables us to get our messages out, to use our creativity to serve, to connect in deep ways with people literally everywhere all the time and thanks to a surge of spiritual intelligence, we are now interconnected with galactic forces both on the planet and off through the merging of our energies and stream of consciousness!
Now, onto the recap and refresh of the info we shared a few days ago.
Connecting to our personal Age of Aquarius- what does that mean? How do we do it?
We go over the new qualities of humans as we shift from the age of Pieces to the age of Aquarius and what we can probably start seeing personally and in the collective consciousness as well! It's SO fascinating that Aquarius is in "charge" of electricity (ya, pun intended ;) and here we are on the brink of technology revolution, showing us that truly what the heavens do, we are a part of and is why we brought this show to you today, in order to serve and assist our fellow humans navigate through this great awe-inspiring shift!
The last several THOUSAND years in Pisces (approximately years 0-2000) was all about hierarchy, following the lead of a few, laying down one's life in order to ascend, and black and white thinking shaped by religious and governmental institutions bent on finding our connection to spirit in a prescribed manner, controlled by a few.
As we travel into the age of Aquarius, approximately year 2000-4000) we begin to lose the concept of a power group being able to lay an exact path to divinity for another. We begin to travel the road of individual intuition, insight and initiation. We enter the egalitarian age of equality and equanimity, that is to say sovereignty and personal connection with Divine Source that leads to collective ascension- being the change we want to see. We all trust each other to “show up as our best selves in order to strengthen the whole.” This new age is about holding space for others to grow as we honor and accept our individual role and way. As we show up each day for ourselves, we automatically empower others to do the same, which in turn upgrades the entire planet to create the new earth unity consciousness known as “heaven.” Heaven is in our hearts a famous enlightened man was said to have taught, "we’re all one" he said~ Jesus. His message, whether he really was a man turned god or a god born to a human body or even walked this earth at all, teaches humans that yes, we are 100% human earthlings and through personal transmutations embody 100% Divinity at the same time and this is possible FOR EVERY ONE ON THE PLANET!
In order to assist us in this great shift, we talked about tapping into sacred Guides and other Galactic Beings who are with us in order to bring about unity, compassion and peace. Sacred harmonious union within our selves, with others and with the Divine! Earthlings are undergoing evolution at incredible rates and at this point, survival of the fittest is real! Those who refuse REFUSE to acknowledge unity with all, those who REFUSE to do no harm, THOSE who refuse to take 100% responsibility (response- “ability”) for 100% what we see, taste, touch, smell and feel ARE DEAD. Dead in a sense that we stay in our own personal hell instead of crossing over to the idea of heaven or nirvana or paradise or whatever other name you identify with. There are levels of hells, there are levels of heavens , there is CLEAR impact of our earth decisions and we’re actually here on earth because we forget where we came from once we get here, like a dream. When we’re in a dream, we have no sense of past, how many times in sleeping dreams are you in one place than all of a sudden in another, only you have no idea how you got there or why the scene changed at all?! Enter earth bodies at birth, and here we are people. It’s time to WAKE UP to the face we’re in a literal NEW AGE. I’m not attached to any dogma or religion, I have realized these concepts basically on my own through divine will allowing me to be taught and upgraded, and this is what I am happy doing to benefit others, is to say what I’ve learned and hopefully I can say it in a way that makes sense and can be immediately integrated and embodied in order for all to heal completely, forever. When we wake up from the dream of this earth matrix and begin to take true response-ability for our thoughts, actions and speech, we connect to serve and heal. We enter the personal age of Aquarius and continue to evolve from homeosapians to homeosanctus. Our physical bodies change, our mental body is changed, our spirit body is changed, nothing is as it was before. This age isn’t about attaching blame or resentment toward those who forged the path for us thus far, it’s about identifying what hasn’t served us and choosing different actions to get different results in the future.
We speak about using Tarot and Oracle cards in order to help us connect to our highest self, our future self that is 100% merged with Divinity in ourselves (cells) with others (seen and unseen) and the Divine All Source. Complete sacred harmonious union, THAT is the one we connect to personally and collectively in this new age! Even our future self that is 5 minutes from now is one we want to connect with in order to serve our now self in making perfectly timed and inspired decisions.
Even when what we see now isn’t what we would prefer to see, we learn to love where we are, and ENJOY the journey of creating what we see tomorrow! Have fun being a human stumbling and tripping along, we’re actually doing fabulously well! Stop the “Who we’re going to be when or who we were because…. Losing judgment and being thrilled with who are NOW. Relaxing allows our best selves in order to support a healthy vital collective. Acceptance of my now AND yours! “What if we just decided everyone is awake?!” By seeing everyone on our path as placed there to help us grow, we can stop labeling every person or event or even thoughts as bad or good, awake or not awake, wise or unwise, we see everything as helpful to our journey. “Negative or positive” is still a label of attachment to an outcome or judgment of events or ideas that keep us stuck in polarity and non motion. Equanimity creates harmony. Sovereignty is defined as “freedom from outside control.” Up until recently, the word was only used in terms of governments, as in a sovereign nation that is self governed and not dependent on other countries for goods or protection. Well, enter the Age of Aquarius! Now this word is openly used regarding OUR OWN BEINGS! So so sososossoooooo cool! So fucking awesome! I wrote a chapter in the

too. Relating to April and our talk, the whole message was that we are unique and exquisite, EVERY ONE of us! You, me, “them” “they” us and we! Here we are guys! We’re actually here lol. When we realize our perfection, we then allow for supernatural upgrades that permeate the entire cosmos, inside our own bodies (and I'm saying alll our bodies, we have 7 apparently :) and out! Mind blow right. I know. That’s why we do these shows and courses and writings and offerings, it’s a GIGANTIC undertaking to evolve in one lifetime! Now we know we have sometimes even thousands of different “lives” and we’ll go into timelines and such another time, for here let’s stay focused on realizing our Divinity , being 100% human and 100% divine-- like the ascended masters we idolize with great reverence.
What if we actually gave ourcells (our “selves) that kind of respect and honor?! Anytime we say, “ o I’m not perfect” we degrade and abuse our cells. Let that little gem sink in shall we! It’s HEART BREAKING to see hear smell feel taste self hate, self sabotage, self loathing. Especially when most the time that shit is projected onto THE OTHER, in forms of blame, shame, guilt and contempt, the all illusive “they.” So if we negatively project, it stands to reason we can easily start positively projecting! WOW that’s a great tag line;) “Positively project with kolee lol, you heard it first here folks ;) As we realize our own sovereignty, that we are 100% response able (responsible) through knowing we’re divine Beings sent here to remember that sacred harmonious union within our own cells first then with the other, seen and unseen and Divine Source---- WE’RE IN! Rarefied hormones are secreted that incredibly enhance all our senses and open new pathways and anointed (what Messiah means- Meshiach = anointed one) abilities like walking on water, walking through walls, alchemizing substances and emotions and ideas, etc, YOU SEE??!! Stick with us here, we’ll keep going over it ;)
SO fucking powerful! BOOM. whew, maybe get some tea and contemplate that for a bit then come back to read the rest :) lol. April's main heart and soul message (as well as kolee’s) is everyone is beautiful and powerful and sovereign.
And as we grow in that state, we:
1. can be the best highest version of our cells AS WELL as
2. behave in perfect harmony with others as we interact, build, grow, create with others! In order for “they” to be awesome, “we get to do the work- because “we” are them and must be awesome our self (cellf)! And
3. In order for the collective to be a no harm society, WE must DO NO HARM! It’s really pretty logical and easy to see, yet thousands and thousands of years and lives have been harmed out of justifications and judgments. But ego loves to divide and conquer, by keeping the illusive “them” over there as some mysterious all powerful force, we are robbed of our response-ability and therefore our sovereignty.
Division language - hi ego, we see you! Welcome! Haha Yep, good ole Ego. Now we have demonized ego and religions have tirelessly tried and failed to squash it. Ego isn’t “bad” per se, more like the untrained uncouth monkey in the corner. We need to start seeing ego as a friend actually in order to transmute that shit permanently for the whole. Transmute would be saying we take something and turn it into something else, not by fighting and destroying it but by working with and teaching it ways of serving in a way that actually changes the composition form basic to majestic. Doesn’t that just FEEL better? It does to me! Anytime we’re “against” something, we’re in division/ego. Simple. No exceptions, no judgments either, but it is what it is. The universal law is that we “think” something is “bad”- that is duality instead of unity.
Anyway, one way ego divides and harms is through language. I thought it was a really great point that April brought up about how even our new earth groups have this exclusive language that almost seems designed from the beginning to keep people in the dark, literally. Now leaders are readers and I have had to do all my own work to “know” what I do currently, I didn't have aware parents or community, I have been brainwashed in several religions and pseudo-cults, and I grew up in America. lol , nuff said. So in order to receive the power and clarity I have so far, it took basic free will which ALWAYS unlocks truth. It’s the basis for let’s say 'christian salvation', just use your will to “ask God into your heart.” It’s the basis for all religions, right? Free will prays 5 times a day or meditates endless hours or it eats certain food and wears certain clothes, by free choice or will. And as we grow (either or both in age and maturity) , we either freely chose to continue the practices we were taught or learned or we begin to look elsewhere for direction or connection with Divinity. So point 1, do NOT resist these upgrades because YOU don’t know the language, take 100% Response Ability (that is to say you consciously respond and realize 100% sovereignty in every sitch) and learn it! And point 2 is that just by reading this article or coming to the

or hooking up with anyone like me, clearly you are already on the high path to living heaven on earth with us and are a part of the earthly “kingdom” New Earth prophesied so many thousands years ago! KEEP GOING and thank you thank you thank you for being here with me!!!!!!!! I love you so fucking much! I’m working day and night to bring clarity and decode this mystical language as I myself am being taught day and night about more and more levels and realms! O ya, plus I have a couple other businesses and I’m mom and dad to 4 awesome new earth children :) So point 3 is IF I CAN DO IT , SO CAN YOU! April is a huge proponent of tapping into our own creative juices in order to tap further into these awesome wells of Divine wisdom! Oft times when we simply dance around playfully or sing like no one is listening or scribble some words down in a journal or even make a delicious meal or put together a killer outfit, we transcend lower level selves!!!! Imagine the compound effect of consciously creating! Another mind blow right:) It was to me anyway, all my life it was inferred that I was not creative, because I didn’t draw or paint. That limiting belief almost literally killed me SEVERAL TIMES as I had allllll this “inner-gee” (energy) in me, as I was born a healer and empath, with no outlet! If each person was able to create each day, or even like once a week, maybe even once a year would be enough! Who knows, the more we tap into these “new” ways of living, the quicker we will be able to experience the freedom and joy we desire on an individual and collective stage. When we realize the freedom we have to express our innermost Being with ourselves, others and the Divine, I think we probably automatically evolve to higher dimensions. It is that important EACH ONE OF US identify what we enjoy doing and then DO IT, do often as possible. It’s a beneficial cycle where once we start creating, when we let go of expectations and judgments that is, we want to do it more. And again, once we can fully be content with how we express and create, we “positively project” on to the other! Instead of criticizing others because we unconsciously suppress OUR natural abilities or tendencies, we begin to appreciate others differences and their abilities and creativeness! We become supportive allies not jealous terrorists.

This is a current blog being written 1 13 2021 (twenty twenty won) whilst a global pandemic has locked down the entire planet earth as well as several rumors of the Pope being arrested and now we have the USA President who is scheduled to give up office in 7 days being forcibly pushed out earlier (Impeached AGAIN) and is allegedly retaliating by enacting an military “insurrection” which has effectively shut down the American government. Kinda big news, every week breaking stories and at the same massive rate of 3D “reality” literally BLOWING THE FUCK UP in our faces, we have helpful beneficial Beings coming to us in groves in order to serve and heal those of us who are willing to pull our heads outta our butts. Lol. Here we are! Here we are! Practicalsaint Talks is aligned with the MOST AWESOME beautiful Beings on the planet, and to be clear we do have guests from all over the globe! Uh… well then, I love my job! I love my life haha. What an awesome time to be writing and recording ‘ourstory’ (“his-story/history) I LOVE technology that enables us to get our messages out, to use our creativity to serve, to connect in deep ways with people literally everywhere all the time and thanks to a surge of spiritual intelligence, we are now interconnected with galactic forces both on the planet and off through the merging of our energies and stream of consciousness!
Now, onto the recap and refresh of the info we shared a few days ago.
Connecting to our personal Age of Aquarius- what does that mean? How do we do it?
We go over the new qualities of humans as we shift from the age of Pieces to the age of Aquarius and what we can probably start seeing personally and in the collective consciousness as well! It's SO fascinating that Aquarius is in "charge" of electricity (ya, pun intended ;) and here we are on the brink of technology revolution, showing us that truly what the heavens do, we are a part of and is why we brought this show to you today, in order to serve and assist our fellow humans navigate through this great awe-inspiring shift!
The last several THOUSAND years in Pisces (approximately years 0-2000) was all about hierarchy, following the lead of a few, laying down one's life in order to ascend, and black and white thinking shaped by religious and governmental institutions bent on finding our connection to spirit in a prescribed manner, controlled by a few.
As we travel into the age of Aquarius, approximately year 2000-4000) we begin to lose the concept of a power group being able to lay an exact path to divinity for another. We begin to travel the road of individual intuition, insight and initiation. We enter the egalitarian age of equality and equanimity, that is to say sovereignty and personal connection with Divine Source that leads to collective ascension- being the change we want to see. We all trust each other to “show up as our best selves in order to strengthen the whole.” This new age is about holding space for others to grow as we honor and accept our individual role and way. As we show up each day for ourselves, we automatically empower others to do the same, which in turn upgrades the entire planet to create the new earth unity consciousness known as “heaven.” Heaven is in our hearts a famous enlightened man was said to have taught, "we’re all one" he said~ Jesus. His message, whether he really was a man turned god or a god born to a human body or even walked this earth at all, teaches humans that yes, we are 100% human earthlings and through personal transmutations embody 100% Divinity at the same time and this is possible FOR EVERY ONE ON THE PLANET!
In order to assist us in this great shift, we talked about tapping into sacred Guides and other Galactic Beings who are with us in order to bring about unity, compassion and peace. Sacred harmonious union within our selves, with others and with the Divine! Earthlings are undergoing evolution at incredible rates and at this point, survival of the fittest is real! Those who refuse REFUSE to acknowledge unity with all, those who REFUSE to do no harm, THOSE who refuse to take 100% responsibility (response- “ability”) for 100% what we see, taste, touch, smell and feel ARE DEAD. Dead in a sense that we stay in our own personal hell instead of crossing over to the idea of heaven or nirvana or paradise or whatever other name you identify with. There are levels of hells, there are levels of heavens , there is CLEAR impact of our earth decisions and we’re actually here on earth because we forget where we came from once we get here, like a dream. When we’re in a dream, we have no sense of past, how many times in sleeping dreams are you in one place than all of a sudden in another, only you have no idea how you got there or why the scene changed at all?! Enter earth bodies at birth, and here we are people. It’s time to WAKE UP to the face we’re in a literal NEW AGE. I’m not attached to any dogma or religion, I have realized these concepts basically on my own through divine will allowing me to be taught and upgraded, and this is what I am happy doing to benefit others, is to say what I’ve learned and hopefully I can say it in a way that makes sense and can be immediately integrated and embodied in order for all to heal completely, forever. When we wake up from the dream of this earth matrix and begin to take true response-ability for our thoughts, actions and speech, we connect to serve and heal. We enter the personal age of Aquarius and continue to evolve from homeosapians to homeosanctus. Our physical bodies change, our mental body is changed, our spirit body is changed, nothing is as it was before. This age isn’t about attaching blame or resentment toward those who forged the path for us thus far, it’s about identifying what hasn’t served us and choosing different actions to get different results in the future.
We speak about using Tarot and Oracle cards in order to help us connect to our highest self, our future self that is 100% merged with Divinity in ourselves (cells) with others (seen and unseen) and the Divine All Source. Complete sacred harmonious union, THAT is the one we connect to personally and collectively in this new age! Even our future self that is 5 minutes from now is one we want to connect with in order to serve our now self in making perfectly timed and inspired decisions.
Even when what we see now isn’t what we would prefer to see, we learn to love where we are, and ENJOY the journey of creating what we see tomorrow! Have fun being a human stumbling and tripping along, we’re actually doing fabulously well! Stop the “Who we’re going to be when or who we were because…. Losing judgment and being thrilled with who are NOW. Relaxing allows our best selves in order to support a healthy vital collective. Acceptance of my now AND yours! “What if we just decided everyone is awake?!” By seeing everyone on our path as placed there to help us grow, we can stop labeling every person or event or even thoughts as bad or good, awake or not awake, wise or unwise, we see everything as helpful to our journey. “Negative or positive” is still a label of attachment to an outcome or judgment of events or ideas that keep us stuck in polarity and non motion. Equanimity creates harmony. Sovereignty is defined as “freedom from outside control.” Up until recently, the word was only used in terms of governments, as in a sovereign nation that is self governed and not dependent on other countries for goods or protection. Well, enter the Age of Aquarius! Now this word is openly used regarding OUR OWN BEINGS! So so sososossoooooo cool! So fucking awesome! I wrote a chapter in the

too. Relating to April and our talk, the whole message was that we are unique and exquisite, EVERY ONE of us! You, me, “them” “they” us and we! Here we are guys! We’re actually here lol. When we realize our perfection, we then allow for supernatural upgrades that permeate the entire cosmos, inside our own bodies (and I'm saying alll our bodies, we have 7 apparently :) and out! Mind blow right. I know. That’s why we do these shows and courses and writings and offerings, it’s a GIGANTIC undertaking to evolve in one lifetime! Now we know we have sometimes even thousands of different “lives” and we’ll go into timelines and such another time, for here let’s stay focused on realizing our Divinity , being 100% human and 100% divine-- like the ascended masters we idolize with great reverence.
What if we actually gave ourcells (our “selves) that kind of respect and honor?! Anytime we say, “ o I’m not perfect” we degrade and abuse our cells. Let that little gem sink in shall we! It’s HEART BREAKING to see hear smell feel taste self hate, self sabotage, self loathing. Especially when most the time that shit is projected onto THE OTHER, in forms of blame, shame, guilt and contempt, the all illusive “they.” So if we negatively project, it stands to reason we can easily start positively projecting! WOW that’s a great tag line;) “Positively project with kolee lol, you heard it first here folks ;) As we realize our own sovereignty, that we are 100% response able (responsible) through knowing we’re divine Beings sent here to remember that sacred harmonious union within our own cells first then with the other, seen and unseen and Divine Source---- WE’RE IN! Rarefied hormones are secreted that incredibly enhance all our senses and open new pathways and anointed (what Messiah means- Meshiach = anointed one) abilities like walking on water, walking through walls, alchemizing substances and emotions and ideas, etc, YOU SEE??!! Stick with us here, we’ll keep going over it ;)
SO fucking powerful! BOOM. whew, maybe get some tea and contemplate that for a bit then come back to read the rest :) lol. April's main heart and soul message (as well as kolee’s) is everyone is beautiful and powerful and sovereign.
And as we grow in that state, we:
1. can be the best highest version of our cells AS WELL as
2. behave in perfect harmony with others as we interact, build, grow, create with others! In order for “they” to be awesome, “we get to do the work- because “we” are them and must be awesome our self (cellf)! And
3. In order for the collective to be a no harm society, WE must DO NO HARM! It’s really pretty logical and easy to see, yet thousands and thousands of years and lives have been harmed out of justifications and judgments. But ego loves to divide and conquer, by keeping the illusive “them” over there as some mysterious all powerful force, we are robbed of our response-ability and therefore our sovereignty.
Division language - hi ego, we see you! Welcome! Haha Yep, good ole Ego. Now we have demonized ego and religions have tirelessly tried and failed to squash it. Ego isn’t “bad” per se, more like the untrained uncouth monkey in the corner. We need to start seeing ego as a friend actually in order to transmute that shit permanently for the whole. Transmute would be saying we take something and turn it into something else, not by fighting and destroying it but by working with and teaching it ways of serving in a way that actually changes the composition form basic to majestic. Doesn’t that just FEEL better? It does to me! Anytime we’re “against” something, we’re in division/ego. Simple. No exceptions, no judgments either, but it is what it is. The universal law is that we “think” something is “bad”- that is duality instead of unity.
Anyway, one way ego divides and harms is through language. I thought it was a really great point that April brought up about how even our new earth groups have this exclusive language that almost seems designed from the beginning to keep people in the dark, literally. Now leaders are readers and I have had to do all my own work to “know” what I do currently, I didn't have aware parents or community, I have been brainwashed in several religions and pseudo-cults, and I grew up in America. lol , nuff said. So in order to receive the power and clarity I have so far, it took basic free will which ALWAYS unlocks truth. It’s the basis for let’s say 'christian salvation', just use your will to “ask God into your heart.” It’s the basis for all religions, right? Free will prays 5 times a day or meditates endless hours or it eats certain food and wears certain clothes, by free choice or will. And as we grow (either or both in age and maturity) , we either freely chose to continue the practices we were taught or learned or we begin to look elsewhere for direction or connection with Divinity. So point 1, do NOT resist these upgrades because YOU don’t know the language, take 100% Response Ability (that is to say you consciously respond and realize 100% sovereignty in every sitch) and learn it! And point 2 is that just by reading this article or coming to the

or hooking up with anyone like me, clearly you are already on the high path to living heaven on earth with us and are a part of the earthly “kingdom” New Earth prophesied so many thousands years ago! KEEP GOING and thank you thank you thank you for being here with me!!!!!!!! I love you so fucking much! I’m working day and night to bring clarity and decode this mystical language as I myself am being taught day and night about more and more levels and realms! O ya, plus I have a couple other businesses and I’m mom and dad to 4 awesome new earth children :) So point 3 is IF I CAN DO IT , SO CAN YOU! April is a huge proponent of tapping into our own creative juices in order to tap further into these awesome wells of Divine wisdom! Oft times when we simply dance around playfully or sing like no one is listening or scribble some words down in a journal or even make a delicious meal or put together a killer outfit, we transcend lower level selves!!!! Imagine the compound effect of consciously creating! Another mind blow right:) It was to me anyway, all my life it was inferred that I was not creative, because I didn’t draw or paint. That limiting belief almost literally killed me SEVERAL TIMES as I had allllll this “inner-gee” (energy) in me, as I was born a healer and empath, with no outlet! If each person was able to create each day, or even like once a week, maybe even once a year would be enough! Who knows, the more we tap into these “new” ways of living, the quicker we will be able to experience the freedom and joy we desire on an individual and collective stage. When we realize the freedom we have to express our innermost Being with ourselves, others and the Divine, I think we probably automatically evolve to higher dimensions. It is that important EACH ONE OF US identify what we enjoy doing and then DO IT, do often as possible. It’s a beneficial cycle where once we start creating, when we let go of expectations and judgments that is, we want to do it more. And again, once we can fully be content with how we express and create, we “positively project” on to the other! Instead of criticizing others because we unconsciously suppress OUR natural abilities or tendencies, we begin to appreciate others differences and their abilities and creativeness! We become supportive allies not jealous terrorists.

The economy is matching this trend and it has been thrust forward by covid. The way the world purchases goods and products has been completely revamped, and I would say in the best ways. I am a lover of brick and mortars, don’t get me wrong, yet that business model is SOOOO 2019! Yes it’s fun to shop, and yes the eye does buy (more accurately we buy what we can touch and see more impulsively) and with the new coming holographic tech in store for the 2020’s, all that the retail shops offered to a small select local area is now available globally. Om. Let that sink in a moment. We are literally on the brink of an entire new civilization and can either ride the wave or be crushed by it.
Our Practicalsaint Talk with the brilliant Zoe Ervin highlights what we can look forward to if we choose to nurture the upcoming minds of planet earth with a new radical approach of “living for a living” and “conscious economy” “conscious consumerism” and “law of the Divine Compensation. We look at the privilege of growing up in such a generation and the beautiful “Response Ability” that comes alongside. Because we DO have such a worldwide audience these days, it is incredibly important to realize the massive responsibility (Response Ability) that comes along with this shift. Consciously creating content, products, opportunity for the benefit of the whole is all we really have to do. The time of hideous plastic cheap toys, straws, packaging, bags and such are old fashioned! Poison and harmful toxins in our clothes, food household furniture and goods are finished. We destroy our environment, earth, children, animals, etcetera by not doing something differently in 2020. Paying slave wages and forced labor is out. Laying out agendas with hidden intent and harming others is no longer acceptable in 2020 and beyond. Full disclosure is here. I’m not pretending we’re not censored beyond belief or that erythang is gonna be sunshine and roses during this great shift, but geezy what else do we have to do with our time? Things were pretty shitty under the old rule of go to school 16 years, work at job that pays per hour or per year for 20-40 years, pay off school, car n house and die(mostly fat, sick and or broke) with a couple dollars we leave (if the government didn’t take it first) to our kids or communities. This is no way to live people! What this talk shows is that things have changed. Education, economy and family are different now. As a woman who used her first computer in high school and has been online 20 years, I must say I love living in the future! I was able to self publish
my first book
back in 2010, a woman of no consequence could now have a global voice. I remember when I was 20 and realized now I had direct access via email to companies, politicians and the like, what an incredible leap email even was! Then I discovered the phrase, “I’m a blogger, I’ll write about it” struck more fear in the hearts of man than a loaded gun to the head (not really but the pen IS mightier than the sword). My point is that everything has changed in the last 2 decades and by 2040 we will be ghosts if we don't embrace the present wave of
“extreme ownership.”

I fired my bosses 18 years ago, Dec 2002. I have built a million dollar business in the past 10 years and raised a beautiful family and am continuously seeking more ways to up level myself and the entire consciousness as I build my 2nd and 3rd and 4th income 'rivers' this coming decade:) I was totally new to alllllll online marketing, I have been in sales my whole life when I realized that is how I could make the most money in the shortest amount of time with the least effort- enter online sales! Yike, moving from a small local market to an 7.7 billion person one is daunting I know. Yet, if I can do it, so can you. If 20 year old Zoe can figure it out, so can you. The question is how much are you willing to feel uncomfortable in learning new skills for HUGE payoffs? Not only for yourself, but your children or friends' children or even to leave a legacy of abundance not lack and debt. This is why the old model of eat/work/die has worked so long, it’s pretty “easy” to navigate, not much thinking or creativity or bravery behind the curtain here. I’m not saying I don’t appreciate the road our elders have plowed, yet we must look at the results that road had led to and commit to being a part of the new earth systems where all can use our innate gifts to serve the whole. To love our lives and never want to retire from our life's work

THIS is the Law of Divine Compensation written so eloquently by 2020 Presidential candidate Marianne Williamson in her book from 2012. It states that as conscious creators sharing what we care about that benefits all or at least harms no one, we will ALWAYS be Divinely compensated by the universe we are a part of. This is huge and wonderful news! I certainly have seen it happen over and over again, thousands of times, when one decides to follow their heart and take that giant leap of faith to the unknown. . Zoe gives a couple practical tips on starting your own business here too, no matter how old or young one is. “Start when you are ready,” she says. I agree. Timing is everything and the planning can take longer than the actual execution of the plan many times. Research and planning are key to any business, especially when we are representing spirit and divinity. Money management like investing gains back into biz and prioritizing time are probably the biggest keys online or off to succeed. Important also to note, we never FEEL ready… so properly plan and then pull the trigger, the worst that happens is you go back to the grind and make 20 bucks a hour again, or maybe you are a doctor and you go back to working day and night for a couple hundred thousand a year. You will be further ahead tomorrow by starting today than if you never start. We never realize our full human potential on earth until we start.

Because we DO have such a worldwide audience these days, it is incredibly important to realize the massive responsibility (Response Ability) that comes along with this shift. Consciously creating content, products, opportunity for the benefit of the whole is all we really have to do. The time of hideous plastic cheap toys, straws, packaging, bags and such are old fashioned! Poison and harmful toxins in our clothes, food household furniture and goods are finished. We destroy our environment, earth, children, animals, etcetera by not doing something differently in 2020. Paying slave wages and forced labor is out. Laying out agendas with hidden intent and harming others is no longer acceptable in 2020 and beyond. Full disclosure is here. I fired my bosses 18 years ago, Dec 2002. I have built a million dollar business in the past 10 years and raised a beautiful family and am continuously seeking more ways to up level myself and the entire consciousness as I build my 2nd and 3rd and 4th income 'rivers' this coming decade:) I was totally new to alllllll online marketing, I have been in sales my whole life when I realized that is how I could make the most money in the shortest amount of time with the least effort- enter online sales! Release the balance myth of 2020 and integrate harmony instead in 2021
Busting the work life balance myth!
Greeting beautiful Beings :) If the year 2020 has proved to us anything by now, it’s that the one constant we can count on is change. If we look at a tightrope walker, the year 2020 is the wobbly guy up there without a harness or safety net over the grand canyon! We must release the paradigm of balance and adopt the harmony goal instead if we want to stay not only alive another year but also stay sane and even productive and beneficial next year in 2021. Balance is the concept that both sides must be equal in weight in order to safely navigate the thin line given to pass. The very mention of this feat sends me into a bit of anxiety, how about you? In this piece we want to become aware of what is being asked of us in the first place and then look at how we have gone about dealing with the roles we play and most of all how we learn to navigate these everyday life chores with grace and ease through harmony instead of balance. What are the differences between harmony and balance and why looking at it through a new lens can really up level your life in 2021 is what the intention here is. Let’s dig in shall we.
I have personally realized a few grand things this year about balance and that it is actually a horrible unrealistic goal. Talk about tying your heart to a dead end dream! NO ONE and I am saying NO ONE truly even has the capability to “balance” life and the fact that the myth has been thrust on already overworked and underpaid Beings shows me it’s a myth meant to harm instead of benefit us. It’s already plain stressful enough just to stay alive here on earth 2020 and on top of that we desire to thrive and succeed. In the face of such ordinary earth challenges like breathing clean air and finding pure clean drinking water, getting enough exercise, sunlight and nutritious foods, living is a full time job. Then we have to pay for it all. We are in a constant survival cycle induced by instinct to live and an evolved drive to excel. Just imagine a different picture of this amazing vehicle, we’ll call this vehicle the year 2020 here, 'Response-able', conscious, graceful and majestic we are walking, running, dancing, flipping or any other perfectly timed movement (including stillness and rest) on an entire unified surface! No thin line to dangerously navigate or continuously maneuvering or holding tightly to objects, ideas or matter in order to “control” or manipulate the events or stuff so we don’t fall. No constant choices or decisions that lead to us feeling paralyzed or feeling the need to rush forward to alleviate stress. What if we didn’t have the constant fear of life falling into the dark unknown abyss known as change? What if we could move through life with a confidence that no matter who, what, where, when or why, we are perfect? We are in perfect timing with life and only “fall” or "fail" when we jump out of that beautiful harmonious stream by going back to the old way of thinking and start controlling and “balancing” again.
Is it too grand an idea? No. That’s why I took time to interview the amazing Susan , because she not only lives this way but she has taught 1,000s of others to work the same way. In our podcast, we highlighted the fact that balance has been unfairly pushed on humans, especially women who have historically been expected to take care of the house, the children, the household finances, the care of the community PLUS make money and take excellent care of ourselves all at the same time! Yike. That’s a lot guys. No one can do it. Not in the balance model, which is why we see a HUGE number of suicides, depression, dis-ease or dis-abilities, or maybe worse aggression and violence toward others including riots, looting and murder in general. It's a fail-fail system that we MUST get out of rn. Right now! 2020 has shown us we can’t actually predict the future events based on past ones. 2020 has taught us patience and awareness. We have ALL had to adjust and flow or we have been sucked in the undertow and feel lost and desperate in the sea of change. This is where the new view of 2021 must include harmony.
What is harmony actually? I would say it’s the releasing of all expectations and being in the flow of what is, in all moments. When we properly (consciously) create causes and conditions in our everyday actions, we live in a new space. We live in a space that is filled with infinite potential and we know what we do actually creates what we experience. If we desire to experience a happy, joyful, fresh, open hearted existence, we have to realize we already possess it. “It” is not something outside of us, hence something to be balanced in the first palace, it (happiness, fulfillment, harmony, etc…) resides inside us and is laying latent in most humanity just waiting to be seen and nurtured! When we wake up to the fact we are 100% Response Able to every single event that comes our way, we actually are empowered in a whole new exponential way. We realize we are actually able to respond in a safe and aware, creative and appropriate manner, every time, which in turn brings us to a confident space that allows us to harmoniously interact with all that is. We stop seeing outside events or people as a cause for our unhappiness. When we do see upsetting issues, we feel it. When we feel it, we respond with compassion for ourselves, others and the unseen ones. We can transmute and alchemize in order to harmonize eternally. I’m not suggesting there are no longer unwanted change or sadness or pain when we live in harmony. I’m saying that when we live in harmony, we are no longer thrown off course when we do encounter these inevitable sufferings on planet earth 2020/2021 and beyond.
The real gem of this concept to me is that once we let go of so-called control or balance that is outside focused, we allow for pure transformation to occur through the universal law of harmony. It becomes an inward state that opens up a whole new world, literally. As individuals wake up to this truth, it continues to spread to corporations and companies as well as communities and families globally. When we as species start to invest in harmonious solutions, we are creating the new earth. Heaven is a place that is content and abundant. There is plenty for all and everyone gets their way. We have the real privilege to shape and craft the world we live in now and the one that future generations will experience, therefore shaping our eventual time in the elusive Heaven space we all basically desire to experience. What we do today, DOES shape our tomorrow. I promise. The main take away from the cast we shared is that clinging to the work life balance myth sets us up to feel like failures, every time. As already mentioned, it is virtually impossible to maintain balance where self, other and the unseen is concerned. If we strive for that false ideal, we will always fall short. Life sucks. Sure there will be times the crazy seems to work, yet the results are far from consistent and only lean toward consistently failing if anything.
This is what we got life wise. Where we are is where we are. We must take full responsibility for what we have created personally and collectively thus far. The gentle news is that we can change where we are. The harsh news is that we have to change for things to change as well. 100% response “ability” is what we’re going for in order to be 100% empowered (in-power) at all times, no matter what in the world is flying past us at the moment. When we no longer only see the thin line (supposed tos, shoulds and expected tos) as our only path but the whole wide space as our field and playground, we automatically feel supported and safer. We can fly and not fall. Being unexpectedly blown around becomes fun and adventurous instead of terrifying and horrible.
When we let go of shoulds and supposed tos; expectations as it were, we open up to allow infinite solutions and outcomes. Living in harmony is feeling safe and confident enough to take unknown paths with courage and doing it consistently enough to see the physical manifestations of such a practice. Becoming aware in this manner allows us to constantly adjust of trajectory course that remains harmonious and aligned with our real self, others and the Divine. I have personally lived this concept for about 10 years now, maybe more, and I’m telling you right now, there is NO OTHER endeavor or goal that can ever fulfill or satisfy us without this foundational truth being embodied here right now where you are for the rest of your existence. Nothing else can truly matter (materialize) until we are rocking with the harmonious orchestra of life! Any amount of perceived success will be stripped away as soon as it arrives, because life is change and something surely comes to blow us off the thin line we too oft walk.
Here’s to us grooving harmoniously with 2021 as it dances to meet us in a few short weeks. If I have one legacy to share with this earth I’m living on, it’s the one of freedom, the complete freedom, that living harmoniously with self, others and the unseen ones brings us. Let us now let go of what we think we are supposed to be, do, think and feel and allow what is to be. When it appears, we see it, we acknowledge it, we love it, we share it if we need to, and above all else we transmute it through our beautifully designed human Being. Shadows are only dark spaces that desire attention. We are not owned by our shadow states, only directed by them. And when our shadow spaces have been touched by harmonious uncondtioned acceptance, they either dissolve or they become beautiful large silhouettes of our beautiful Beings that show up when we are illuminated by high frequency light and love. The simple truth is that we’re all perfect. We are divine Beings in human bodies desiring a divine existence in permanent harmony with all. How we achieve it is called life. Regardless if you think we come back again and again until we achieve this permanent harmony or we get one shot in this body we now live in is irrelevant to this topic. We are here right now at any rate and how we show up in our mundane everyday life is what amounts to our life in total; in this world of duality and polarized view points, we do not know if a drunk driver will swipe us and kill us instantly, we do not know if a killer virus will show up and change our entire world as we knew it, we do not know if we will have cancer take over our cellular Being and kill us, we do not know if we will have our same job or house or spouse or pets in the next 24 hours actually. Change happens and is happening at spectacular rates currently. In order to smoothly maneuver through this shifting matrix we must realize harmonious states in our cells (selves) with others and the unseen (divinity) ones. Stick with it and take surprising support or opportunities with leaps of faith and courage this season, because tomorrow may not come and this is it folks, this is what we got to work with. It’s time to move forward with grace and ease in 2021 and beyond. We all deserve the peace and contentment that harmony is married to. We all can actually achieve happiness and satisfaction in this field of unity and harmony. It is actually up to us, as an individual, to make concrete actionable steps to creating this harmony. There has never been a better time to let go of the old and explore what can be.
