Is CERN Trying to Open the Bottomless Pit?

Revelation chapter 9 speaks of a "Bottomless Pit" or "The Abyss" or "Tartarus" (terms I will use interchangeably throughout this post) which will be opened in the end times. It would appear from the Revelation of Jesus Christ that the key to this Bottomless Pit will be given to a fallen angel, so that he may open it. Out of the pit will come smoke as if from a furnace, enough to darken the sun and air (What was Bill Gates planning to do to the sun again?), and out of the pit will come "locusts" upon the earth, though it is clear that these "locusts" are not merely grasshoppers, but something far more wicked and dangerous and spiritual.

"And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.

And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads."

Revelation 9:1-4 (KJV)

These evil creatures that come up out of the bottomless pit will be given power and allowed to hurt mankind, but they have limitations. There are two specific things which they are not allowed to hurt.

The first is the grass of the earth, or the trees, or any green thing. Sound familiar? Read The Georgia Guidestones for more on satan's strict commandments for his followers to protect the earth from any harm, especially that caused by humans. God told man to subdue the earth and to multiply. Satan tells us to "Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature," to "Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity," See also the depopulation agenda. See also the green new deal. See also the Pope's new seven-year green initiative. See also the book of Revelation and the Antichrist's covenant with many for seven years... but I digress.

The second thing they are not allowed to hurt are those with the seal of God in their foreheads. It would appear that the demonic creatures coming up out of the Bottomless Pit will not have the authority to hurt those who have been redeemed by Jesus and sealed by the Holy Spirit.

The passage in Revelation goes on to describe the king over the locusts which come up out of the Bottomless Pit:

"And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon."

Revelation 9:11 (KJV)

The king's name is Abaddon, or Apollyon. He is called the angel of the bottomless pit, and the King over the locusts.

Apollyon is the same as the god Apollo of Greek fame (read more about the real story of the Greek gods in the Bible here). The Bible points out that the angel of the bottomless pit goes by multiple names in different languages. Though these two names which are given are of two different languages, they both mean "Destruction" or "Destroyer". The god of destruction is a god that shows up in many different pantheons across the globe. One notable example is the Hindu goddess Shiva—god/godess of destruction. Wait, is Shiva a god or a goddess? Well, yes. Sometimes it's a male, sometimes it's a female. Either way, it performs a "Rudra Tandava" or a "Dance of Destruction" that shatters the sun and moon and destroys the whole earth. Shiva is an important one to remember. We'll come back to him/her soon.

Another name for the god of destruction is Baphomet. Wait, is Baphomet a god or a goddess? Well, sort of both. This thing's got both male and female parts. In the image above, it has the face of a male and female breasts, but just like Shiva, that can change. This is an evil creature who is usually personified as a half human and half goat, but it's also half man and half woman, as well as "half good and half evil". Wikipedia enlightens us with its wisdom by saying that "the Baphomet represents a tradition that should result in a perfect social order."

That reminds me of some SJWs who are trying to create the perfect social order by dismantling, deconstructing, and destroying everything... but I digress.

Here is a statue of Baphomet erected by Satanists in beautiful Detroit, MI. This one looks mostly male.

In any case, suffice it to say that Apollyon, Abaddon, Baphomet, Shiva—whatever you call this god in your language—is the god of destruction and the king over the Bottomless Pit according to the ancient Greek pagans as well as Jesus' beloved disciple John, the author of The Revelation of Jesus Christ.

Now what exactly is inside of this Bottomless Pit/The Abyss? The Greeks called it Tartarus, and here is what Wikipedia has to say about Tartarus:"In Greek mythology, Tartarus is the Bottomless Pit, the deep Abyss that is used as a dungeon of torment and suffering for the wicked and as the prison for the Titans."

Tartarus is not a dungeon for people, it is a dungeon for gods, titans, and enemies of the one true God. Throughout the Bible, we get glimpses of a literal war that is ongoing between God's angels and the evil principalities that rule over the nations. Some suspect that Tartarus is the dungeon where the Almighty God has locked away His prisoners of war.

Where is the entrance to Tartarus? The Greeks and Romans traditionally believed that Apollo's temple was the entrance to the Bottomless Pit/The Abyss. A place called Apolliacum, which is now modern day Saint-Genus-Poilly—that last word "Poilly" is the same word as Apollyon/Apollo.

As I mentioned before, the Bible already told us that Apollo is the king of the Bottomless Pit, so the entrance to the Bottomless Pit being at Apolliacum, the temple of Apollo, makes perfect sense.

By the way, where is CERN located?

I'm so glad you asked...

CERN actually straddles the French-Swiss border and is partly situated in a little town in Switzerland called "Saint-Genus-Poilly" (sound familiar?), and is located where a temple called Apolliacum once stood, which was the temple of Apollo, and interestingly enough, was believed to be the entrance to Tartarus, otherwise known as the Bottomless Pit, or The Abyss.

I don't know about you, but it's sort of hard for me to believe that it's just a coincidence—that an organization whose stated purpose is to open a door to "an extra dimension" just so happened to build their facility at the entrance to the Bottomless Pit, and 500 feet down under the earth no less. I think I got a little ahead of myself here. Let's rewind.

So what exactly is CERN?

According to Wikipedia, "The European Organization for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, is a European research organization that operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world. Established in 1954, the organization is based in a northwest suburb of Geneva on the Franco–Swiss border and has 23 member states."

CERN has an enormous facility that is not overseen by any governmental body, so it essentially its own autonomous fiefdom. It has an enormous underground tunnel complex which houses the 17-mile long particle accelerator I mentioned before, the Large Hadron Collider. The collider is composed of 9,600 super magnets which are 100,000 times more powerful than the gravitational pull of Earth.

You heard that correctly.

These magnets are capable of accelerating the smallest particles in all of God's creation to speeds just shy of light-speed. CERN reports the temperatures reached by the LHC are about as hot as conditions in the Universe after the Big Bang, or more than 100,000-times the temperature at the center of the Sun.

So what are they trying to do?

The former Director for Research and Scientific Computing at CERN, a man named Sergio Bertolucci, stated that the LHC could open a door into "an extra dimension" for "a very tiny lapse of time” in order “to peer into this open door, either by getting something out of it or sending something into it.”

"Of course," added Bertolucci, "after this tiny moment the door would again shut; bringing us back to our 'normal' four-dimensional world ... It would be a major leap in our vision of nature… And of course [there would be] no risk to the stability of our world."

On a completely unrelated note, has anyone seen the movie Stargate where they find the "key" to open up a ring-shaped portal which leads to a slave system where the overlords are the old gods of Egypt—Ra, Anubis, Horus, etc.? Did you ever see that movie? I digress.

https://youtu.be/3Ds0DRCNXN4

You may not have heard of CERN, but it definitely affects your every day life in a big way. CERN has come up with many innovative applications from gas detectors to cancer therapies to risk management for the stock market. Even the World Wide Web began as a CERN project. That's right! CERN invented the internet! CERN is also, not surprisingly responsible for the first webpage in history. It's unknown whether Al Gore was working at CERN at that time : )

Today we take the rapid advancement in technology for granted, but it makes me think of the stories of old—you know the stories of the old gods revealing new technologies to humans—like when Prometheus supposedly gave man the gift of fire?

There are many who believe there is strong evidence for computers in the ancient world, and that the pyramids were originally giant power stations, all given to humans by the old gods. Now I don't know about all that, but I do wonder what these scientists are hoping to get when they “peer into this open door, either by getting something out of it or sending something into it.” Are they simply hoping to get information? New technology? Hidden knowledge? What's on the other side anyway? Is there something in there trying to get out?

Totally off topic, but has anyone seen Stranger Things? You know, the show where scientists in a giant secret research facility in a small town are secretly working deep underground on opening a portal into another dimension, and a guy who reminds me way too much of Gavin Newsom genetically modifies a young girl who becomes the "key" to opening that portal into another dimension? And remember when Newsom gets her to open the portal, but then hordes of terrible demon creatures come out of the portal and kill everyone, so the the girl (who is the key) has to lock the portal again before the ultimate destroyer is set free and the entire world is destroyed. Did you guys watch that one yet? I digress.

https://youtu.be/5eGRm3FTxYg

You may have also heard of the so-called "god particle", the Higgs-Boson particle. This was discovered by scientists at CERN. The discovery of the "god-particle" angered both Christians and atheists alike. Christians were mad at scientists for "playing god" and possibly blaspheming, while staunch atheists like Neil de Grasse Tyson and Stephen Hawking had other reasons for voicing their concern.

Tyson went on record saying that CERN will cause the planet to explode. Not "could", but "will".Stephen Hawking wrote in the preface to his book Starmus "The God particle found by CERN could destroy the universe." He feared that the Higgs-Boson particle could cause a "catastrophic vacuum decay which would cause space and time to collapse and… we would not have any warning to the dangers".

In 2008, one German scientist filed a lawsuit against CERN in the European Court of Human Rights on grounds that CERN was going to trigger a mini black hole that would destroy the earth. The case was thrown out. Black holes—mini or otherwise—are also known as bottomless pits. It's interesting to me that both the anti-religious scientific community and the religious community are equally concerned that CERN is going to open a bottomless pit. The atheist scientists followed the science to this conclusion, and the Christians simply read their Bibles. Both communities have come to the predicted the same inevitable outcome regarding CERN—they are going to open the abyss. Perhaps they already have.

The aforementioned Large Hadron Collider—otherwise known as an "atom-smasher"—is built to do one thing: accelerate the particles that make up the universe until they reach high enough speeds, then cause them to collide head-on with one another just below light speed with enough force to destroy them. Why would they want to destroy matter, you ask? I don't have a clear answer for you, but I do know that the Bible tells us that the king of the abyss is the god of destruction—otherwise known as Apollo, Abaddon, or Shiva.

Want to take a stab at who CERN selected as their official corporate mascot? Go ahead! I'll give you one guess!

It's Shiva, the Hindu god of destruction, aka Apollyon, aka Abaddon. No, I'm not kidding. Yes, this is real. Below is the statue of Shiva right in the middle of CERN's campus, portrayed as doing the "dance of destruction" inside of what looks to be a portal (or the opening to the abyss/Tartarus).

As I mentioned before, Shiva is the god of destruction, the destroyer god. The Bible tells us that this destroyer god is the angel of the Bottomless Pit, the same Bottomless Pit which holds evil demonic spirits who are locked inside. Greek mythology tells us this is the dungeon where titans and gods are kept as prisoners of war.

So wait a minute... don't scientists generally hate religion? Well, not these ones! The scientists at CERN love this one god, the god of destruciton. They worship Shiva. Not only is Shiva their official corporate mascot, but he/she is a prominent figure throughout CERN's media, and there have even been documented mock (hopefully) human sacrifices to Shiva recorded on the CERN campus. Sound too unreal? Watch this.

https://youtu.be/zDXM21u8n68

I don't even want to know what they do behind closed doors.

In the following video, you can see the scientists of CERN inside of the Large Hadron Collider doing Shiva's dance of destruction. This film is called Symmetry and won many prestigious film awards and was actually filmed inside of the Large Hadron Collider. See if you can watch this short film and still tell me you believe CERN is interested simply in science. I double dog dare you.

https://youtu.be/Cllqr1nmdYk

This film is very strange, but also very revealing. The text reads: "In the search for the smallest particle, he discovers a dance of the cosmos." A ring of light circles the text like a portal.

That text alone tells a story that we've seen in film and television many times. It's the story of a team of scientists whose curiosity leads them out to explore the universe, but once there, they discover something very different than they ever imagined possible.

As the film begins, four scientists dance in a circular motion around the main scientist, almost like a portal. He appears to be falling through the portal as they dance Shiva's dance of destruction around him. As he falls through the darkness of the abyss, his eyes glow with a bright light.Immediately after this, he is in a deserted land with a ring around him—again, reminiscent of a portal—reaching his hand out to what is presumably satan, or perhaps the angel of the Bottomless Pit.His watch begins to spin wildly, indicating that when the portal is opened, time somehow changes. Mandella Effect anyone?

An orgy of naked bodies entwined together in a sensual dance is depicted and the main scientist appears to be caught up and distracted in it while the satan/angel character watches on as if he were pulling the strings and controlling the man. Are these fallen angels? Who else is on the other side of the portal with him? Genesis 6 is all about fallen angels mating with humans (more on that here).

The computers back at CERN start alerting this message: "Collision Failed" and the man is suddenly traveling back through the abyss, trying to hold on to the satan/angel character, but they are pulled apart. The orgy begins to fall apart, and all of the naked bodies fall through an open portal, and the ecstacy is over just like that. This ends our story on what is clearly meant to be a tragic note.

It's hard to say, but it feels to me like a veiled progress update for interested parties, as if to say "we were so close!" Keep in mind this film was made in 2015, so seeing as it's six years later, I'd imagine they can have longer portal orgies by now. Maybe they can even get some of those fallen angels through to our side by now?

Well, if you thought that film was weird, hold onto your Bibles. In the following video, the scientists at CERN worship Baphomet—a transhuman, transgender goat. This is an abbreviated version—just the highlights—of the very lengthy satanic ritual CERN produced to celebrate the opening of the Gothard Tunnel.

https://youtu.be/uGFYXKglT-g

Finally, it's worth mentioning the hidden symbols. The masons do it, the illuminati do it, they all do it. It's no mystery that practitioners of the occult likes to hide their hidden symbolism right under our noses, and CERN's acronym for the World Wide Web is a perfect example. In Hebrew—the language of God's people—the Vav is the letter for the English v and w. In Hebrew, the characters act as both numbers and letter, and the Vav has a numerical value of—you guessed it—6.

I'm pretty sure you're not doing anything wrong when you type it into a computer, but I don't think it's a coincidence that nearly every single thing you've ever viewed or navigated to requires that very specific series of numbers be entered before it. Think about how many times they've got you to type that sequence of numbers so far since they invented the World Wide Web, and then extrapolate that out to everyone on earth who's ever used a computer. Think of how giddy these freaks must be every time they think about it.In addition, have a look at CERN's official logo. Notice any numbers hidden in that design? Which numbers? How many? Three sixes you say? Must be a coincidence. There are probably some other numbers in there by chance as well. How many sevens do you see? Any fours? How about a two? No? Hmmm... interesting.

So, there you go. That was just a brief overview of CERN. There are many rabbit holes to go down here, and trust me, they all lead into the darkness. There is no doubt that CERN is heavily involved in the occult, and it seems they are accountable to no one.

I don't think it's a coincidence that we are seeing such an increase in UFO activity and "inter-dimensional beings", so much so that the mainstream news media is covering these events now. I have a feeling that our friends at CERN are in fact letting something pass through, whether it's just information and hidden knowledge at this point, or whether it's actual beings, I'm not sure. Perhaps they are simply peering in and coming away with the latest technology bump, creating the next space crafts that defy our conventional understanding of physics, or perhaps it's something more?

Is CERN trying to open the Bottomless Pit? Have they already opened The Abyss? Are they attempting to unlock the gates of Tartarus? I would love to know your thoughts on CERN, so if you have any questions, concerns, or if you've got some info you think should have been included in this post, let me know in the comments!

Who is Really Pulling the Strings?

A Shift in the World

This past year has been one of great awakening for many people in my life who have suddenly become aware that all is not as it seems in this world. Many of these people have expressed interest in learning more about the Bible, ufo/uap/aliens, Nephilim, spiritual warfare, government conspiracies, and the like—even people I never would have expected to ask me about such things.

Anyone who knows me well, knows that I've been fascinated with the mysteries of God's Word—specifically with Biblical eschatology—for the past two decades of my life. It's one of those subjects wherein the more you know, the more questions you end up with, so there are plenty things that I am still very curious about and totally in the dark on, but there is a shift happening in our world and I believe God is beginning to call us out of the world. Seeing as there are so many newly awakened with sincere questions about what they are seeing, I feel called to answer some of those questions.

Ready to be Unplugged

Many are very concerned about what's happening in our world, but have a hard time breaking free from the mental prison of worldly politics. There is so much more going on, and it would appear that the left v. right political game is simply an intentional misdirection—a hegelian tactic (quick explanation of the hegelian dialectic here) for manipulating the public as needed by those who are really pulling the strings—and therein lies the biggest question people seem to have: who is really pulling the strings?

Who is Really Pulling the Strings?

Here's a short video by the Bible Project to give you a 5,000 foot aerial view on what the Bible says about who is really pulling the strings in our world today. It doesn't dive deep or tackle any particular subject in any kind of detail, but it will give you a quick summary overview of what is happening behind the scenes in our world, and it's a great introduction if you have never explored these Biblical truths. You won't be able to see what's really happening in the world until you begin looking at the world through the correct lens.

https://youtu.be/e1rai6WoOJUDigging Deeper

This video will most likely produce more questions than answers, but it should point you in the right direction. I'm so glad you are asking questions and looking for answers, and I would encourage you to fast, pray, and read the Word of God. Reach out to others around you if you have questions, ideas, or revelations, but be careful of false teachers. If the world doesn't hate their message, then there is a good chance they aren't speaking the truth. As Jesus said:

“If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the one who sent me." —John 15:18-21 (NIV)

If you have any questions, suggestions, or revelations, please let me know below in the comments!

Camping Trip: Santa Margarita Lake!

My family and I spent this past weekend out at Santa Margarita Lake, hiking, cooking, and exploring the beauty of God's creation! Tyler, Jaimee, and their dog Dottie joined us as well! We had a Bible study with the kids, played guitar and sang around the fire, and ate some seriously delicious food!

Out under the stars and away from the city lights, one of the strangest things that happened is that we saw a TON of UFOs in the sky. I've been seeing the videos all over social media, and wondering if the videos people were posting were real or a hoax, but we all saw the same thing. Not just one—not even just one kind—we saw a whole flurry of strange things happening in the sky. I tried to film, but my iPhone wouldn't capture any of it. It was all just dark, so unfortunately all I can do is point to similar videos I've seen other people take.I still don't really know what to make of that whole thing, whether it's actually spiritual entities of some sort (what unbelievers call inter-dimensional beings or aliens), or if it's so-called "project bluebeam" or some other government conspiracy, but what I do know is that we saw some weird things as clear as can be, and there were three of us that saw the same thing, so I know I'm not crazy!!!

Our friend Leo lent us his portable propane grill for the weekend, and Andrea cooked up a storm, making us a bunch of very happy campers! Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and porridge in the mornings, and sauteed veggies, steak, chicken, and potatoes for dinner. For lunch, we kept it simple with sandwiches, and of course we ate way too many chips, cookies, and smores. I'm hoping I worked some of that off during our beautiful hike up to Rocky Peak!

The last time we went tent-camping, Phin was just 8 months old, and I think we decided after that, that we would wait a while before we do this again. Well, it's been a while... probably too long. The kids were awesome and helpful, and had a really special time out there. Phin was especially sad when it was time to leave, and had to spend a few minutes with his rock to say goodbye. So it's back to work this morning, but I'm so glad we took the weekend to get outside with the kids, and grateful to Ty, Jaimee, and Dot for making the trip!

My First Place Poem

My parents recently moved, which meant I was bombarded with old memories and forgotten treasures from the past that I was forced to sort through, lest they be thrown away in the move. One of the coolest things I found was this book, "Voyages of Discovery," which was an anthology of award winning writers from the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education's Writing Celebration contest in 2001. Inside this book was a poem I wrote in ninth grade entitled, "Reading by the Lake," which won first place in the ninth grade poetry category.

At the time, I was so embarrassed by this poem and the last thing I wanted to do was show it to anyone. If you'd like to hear that story, you can continue reading, but if you want to skip the story and just read the poem, feel free to scroll down to the bottom. Just keep in mind that this poem was written a long time ago, before I ever considered myself a writer, so I'm not sharing it because it's a great piece of literature, but because it is a special part in my own writing journey. To me, sharing this poem feels a lot like Peter Parker showing off his first homemade Spider Man suit.

Back in the ninth grade, I was way too "cool" (aka self-conscious) to share my writing with anyone, but my English teacher, Mr. Costello took it upon himself to enter one of my poems into the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education's Writing Celebration 2001 without my knowledge. I found out that my poem had been entered—and that it had in fact won the first place prize for my grade level—via the morning announcements over the school-wide overhead speakers. I didn't feel proud of myself in that moment. Not even a little bit. I felt confused as to how this could have happened, and honestly, I felt very angry. I felt the way one might feel after having been told that an embarrassing photo of them had been circulating around the school.

Having moved to a new city prior to the start of school that year, I was brand new to Paso Robles High School, and I was still trying to figure out exactly where I fit in and how to go about making friends. The name of my award winning poem was "Reading by the Lake," which sounded so lame and effeminate to me at the time. Sure, the real me could take the time to admire and wonder at God's creation, and enjoyed a good read, but that was certainly not the side of myself that ninth grade me wanted to project to my peers. I was a guitar player who wrote and screamed punk rock songs, who blasted Blink 182 and Green Day alone in his room, who skated and wore shorts that started mid-thigh and ended mid-shin. I was mortified at the thought of developing a reputation as a weird, soft, sensitive poet.

My English teacher asked me to read my first place poem in front of the class, a request that evolved into more of a demand after I repeatedly and belligerently refused to oblige him. He was pushing me to believe in myself and to be confident in my writing, and he did it to the point that my parents finally had to ask him to knock it off at "Back to School Night". Like me, neither of my parents knew the first thing about poetry, but they knew I was embarrassed about what had happened, and they had my back when I asked them for help. After that, my teacher reluctantly allowed me to give up on myself, and to this day, I have never entered another poetry contest.

I still continued to write, but for many years I kept my writing extremely private. I did share some of it with others—mostly punk songs, and later indie rock tunes that I wrote for my band Oh My Land—but most of my writings have been lost to old notebooks that disappeared over the years. By the time my daughter was born in 2009, I'd written many half-finished novels, abondoned screenplays, half-baked graphic novels, sub-par television pilots, etc.; but during that time I had really begun to educate myself on the craft of writing. That year, with fresh inspiration from Stephen King's The Gunslinger, I was determined to do something with all of the knowledge I had gained and I resolved to myself that I would start and—more importantly—finish a novel. The first line I wrote on the page remains, to this day, the first line of The Withering, which is set to be published by Ambassador International in the very near future (release date TBD).

It took a lot of research, practice, and determination—and even more missteps—to appreciate the work it takes to write a cohesive novel, let alone a good one. In the years since the ninth grade, I've matured and gradually learned to take myself a lot less seriously. When I became a father, I dove headlong into the great joy of embarrassing my own children (it's a thing we dads do—don't ask why, we don't know either), without any care as to whether or not I make a fool out of myself in the process. Along the way, I've found that life has grown more enjoyable as I've grown less concerned with how others perceive me.

I now look at my high school years very differently than I did back then, and while it would be pointless to regret the choices I made as a dumb teenager, I have been able to appreciate what my teacher was trying to do for me, and to recognize that while his method could have been better, he meant only well for me. Ninth grade Patrick wasn't ready to be a writer. He cared about far more important things, like if Kahuna's had any new Volcom or Independent tee shirts, hiding the fact that I was having such a hard time landing kick flips (still never really mastered that one, but I could ollie over three decks), or whether it would be too unoriginal of me to put stickers on the pick-guard of my guitar.

It took me a while to get here, but I'm very proud of the novel I've written and I'm so excited to share it with anyone who is interested in reading it. I'm even quite proud of my poem that was awarded first place in the only poetry contest I've ever entered (to my knowledge).

So without further ado, I'm pleased to present to you:

"Reading by the Lake" by Patrick Patton, ninth grade

The city lights glimmer in the reflection of the lake

Like the stars that form the mighty bear;

And each leaf in its own little space is no mistake,

For the Creator carefully arranged them there.

The mother goose with her young engages in swimming to and fro.

The father goose will watch them from afar.

The bothersome mosquito nears a fate he does not know—

The toad will keep their numbers down to par.

The magnificent bulb, which is the dragon’s claim to sky,

Glows brighter that the light upon my read;

For if I dare to spy, I cannot look away, for I

Come to appreciate this world from which I see.

The lovers on the boat are cuddled tightly in the warm

Of the blanket neatly tucked around the pair;

As I marvel at the life and at the willow’s awkward form,

I wonder if they wonder at the very things that I see there.

As the night grows ever older and my bookmark plays its role,

I bid well-faring to the dwellers of the lake.

The dragonfly gloats gallantly of the performance that he stole,

And the geese honk their goodbyes upon the wake.

Why I Don't Play the Covid Game

When people ask why I’m not playing the Covid game...

First, let me say that I don't know the first thing about this guy, Dave Smith. I simply came across this video clip and knew I couldn't have said it better myself, so I'm sharing it. This is exactly why I don't play the Covid game. Sure, you can argue that totalitarianism is justified, but you can't deny that it is full-blown totalitarianism which we are enduring. I, for one, will NOT be justifying it for one second—I will be standing up against it.

https://video.wixstatic.com/video/44718d_8fd9f6f5987048c88d5e9939c85d2d8f/480p/mp4/file.mp4

It’s easy to obey and get applause and pretend you’re helping others, especially if you don’t understand the harm you are causing. It’s hard to stand up against an entire society that is spitting on you and cursing you for actually standing up for others’ rights who apparently don’t even understand what is at stake or value this country.

Look at Canada. Look at the UK. Look at Australia. We are not far behind. People are having their children taken from them by their governments. People are being thrown in prison and denied the right to appeal. People’s livelihoods are being destroyed by the government.

Totalitarian governments are responsible for hundreds of millions of deaths and absolutely dwarf Covid-19 in terms of death toll—it’s not even comparable.

Here’s to the brave ladies in my life who endure name-calling, curses, and getting screamed at when you enter the grocery store so you can feed your family. You are courageous and admirable. I hardly ever even get approached, probably because I’m scarier, and weak people pray on those who they perceive as weak—women and children. We both know they are mistaken in that respect.

Men who don’t wear masks, good job to you too, but we are built for confrontation, so that kind of “courage” is bare minimum for us. Risking ridicule pales in comparison to risking your life like our brave men and women of the military. Many have risked their lives and given their lives to stand against totalitarianism in the United States, so the very least I can do is get yelled at by bratty millennials. Even contracting and dying of Covid is preferable to allowing totalitarianism here.

The government has been training you to be quiet, to listen, to watch your screen and follow instructions since you were very small, so while I understand that dissenting goes against all of your extensive training, I am shocked by how many people have blindly gone along with the program.

If you do wear a mask and take the vaccine in order to “protect others”, I can appreciate your intent, however please consider that you may be ushering in a far worse, far more deadly virus by way of short-sighted compliance. I believe that to be so, and that is why I do not play the Covid game.

Our Will V. God's Will

our will v. God's will - psalm 119

As a society, our collective morals have changed—they're always changing—but God's Word stands firm. It never changes. So if you find yourself confused and wondering what God thinks of things, don't look around. Don't look at the news. Don't look on social media. Don't look at the latest hashtags. Open up the Word of God.If you find that the God that you worship happens to believe all the things that you believe, approves of all the things that you approve of, is fighting for all the things that you think are important, and hates all the things that you hate, chances are you're not worshiping the God of the Bible. If His will doesn't contradict your will, you're worshiping yourself. The whole point is that we're supposed to lay down our desires and our wills in order to submit ourselves to His will.

So if you think that God is all about your woke agenda, it's time to turn off the news, put down that phone, and open up that Bible. Psalm 119 would be a fantastic place to start—scroll down.
