I am finally on Patreon!

It's taken too long to be in a place where I could confidently produce regular content, but I’ve reached it.
Currently, there is only one tier - a small monthly allowance for special content. Not just blogs - but actual fiction and non-fiction, as well as Q&A about being a professional author, artist, Art Director, Art Studio Manager (Creative Director), and art contest judge.
And there are short stories already available FREE to eve...

About Book Reviews and Reviewers
Today, I sold a copy of my novel to a relatively well known online book reviewer. In person. I didn’t have to beg or give it away for free. They liked the cover, the pitches, and how I spoke about it. My awards didn’t hurt.

I'm back and The True Dragon of Atlanta is ★★★★★ on Goodreads!
Sorry for the delay.
I had been forced away from blogging to take care of family, but I am BACK in 2025! But first the reviews are in:
The True Dragon of Atlanta is ★★★★★ on Goodreads.
I also recently received an amazing compliment from the President of Galaxy Press. We were both guest on The Author's Quill PodCast and he told the entire world listening that "There is no way AI could have written your novel. It's impossible."

Will try to not do that again. This is why AI gen images for reference are a problem. They are not being corrected enough in th...

FAQ: How do you write Children's dialogue?
In The True Dragon of Atlanta, there are 10-11 year old twins who seem... unique. Their dialogue is both believable and unbelievable at the same time. That is because I wasn't writing "Children" characters. I was writing characters that happen to be children. That is a critical difference. I also limited their conversations to how they interact with each other and authority. That doesn't reveal their total selves. What can be discerned is that they are both brilliant and bitter in the extreme. T...
