86. Why Not?
There can be multiple reasons why you do what you do. Why you're working as hard as you are. Finding your "why" is what according to many is the thing that leads you to success. I, on the contrary, believe it to be not only a buzz phrase that has been thrown around quite a bit in recent years but also a subject of contemplation. Rather than asking "why" try asking "why not?" Why not pursue your potential? Why not start that business? Take back your power with this question.

85. Internal vs. External Validation
This is a talk I gave on the app Wisdom (https://wisdom.audio) over the subject matter of internal vs. external validation. As social creatures, we often look to others to validate our actions and decisions when in actuality, we should be validating them ourselves. Take 15 minutes to learn more by pressing play!

84. Bare-Bones Business and One Good Monster, an Interview with John Timmerman
In this interview with John Timmerman, Founder, and CEO of Good Monster, a digital marketing agency out of Syracuse, New York, I had the opportunity of diving deep into his story and in his early days in business. A creative idea led to a paying client, multiple clients, and eventually evolved into Good Monster as we know it. He shares information in a bare-bones way, which I am assured will help you in your own processes. A serial entrepreneur, Timmerman has taken his successes and launched other businesses, including a self-marketed annual conference NoBullX which we also cover.

83. Words Have Power
If you ever stopped to evaluate your language and how you speak, chances are you would find a lot of uncertain verbiages. From "I'm trying" to "I'm going to" and "It would be nice", words have power. A lot of power. Those three examples are some of the most used phrases I have personally seen. In order to hit your goals and get to that level you're striving to get to, you must watch how you speak. Speak in a manner of "I am" instead. Listen to this episode to find out what I mean!

82. Mentors, Personal Branding, & a Remarkable Story, an Interview with Blitzmetrics' Founder, Dennis Yu
In this episode of Chase the Vision, I sit down with Blitzmetrics' founder and CEO, Dennis Yu in what I would call my most captivating interview to date. With a less technical and more personal approach, our conversation covers Yu's early years and his experiences with mentors, to recent challenges he has been faced with within his businesses. If you want to learn from somebody who's worked at Yahoo, has a course coming out with Jake Paul, and has spoken on literally hundreds of stages, this is for you. If you want a glitz and glamour, fake guru, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

81. The Lost 9/11 Tapes of the Student's of Stuyvesant High School, a Conversation with Joseph Fenity
Today marks the 20th year anniversary of the tragic event known as 9/11. This event murdered thousands of innocent civilians and left the world scarred, yet for a time also unified. Joseph Fenity was a sophomore in High School, a mere 15 years old when this event happened. Although he was across the United States in Texas, he embarked on the task of getting the perspectives of younger people who were mere blocks away from Ground-0 rather than that of the adults. This resulted in an intensive documentary and interviews with over a dozen students. 2 decades later, Fenity rediscovered several previously unreleased interviews and brought them to me to help get these now-grown students' voices, heard. 77. Personal Branding; Fact or Myth?
Is personal branding all just one big myth? Something that exists in our minds and language, but not in reality? In a recent conversation with someone on Facebook, the person claimed it was a myth and that building your personal brand is the equivalent of your ego building. I felt the need to discuss this topic and shed light on the truth.
